OFFICE MANAGER

Location : Batam, Indonesia

To lead and support team members, expand clientele using professional communication, excellent cooperation, and customer service skills.

Job Responsibilities          

▪ To handle operation of vessel agency, logistic and any permits for vessel in and out;

▪  To manage and supervise team members in daily activities for supporting operational matters;

▪  To monitor and control any administration activities both in operations and office and also to maintain office cash flow;

▪  Responsible for ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office, planning the expenditures, analyzing variances, and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise;

▪  Prepare monthly report to Management for operational matters;

▪  Nurture with various government departments for company related matters and maintain relationship with Clients.

Job Requirements

▪  Bachelor’s degree from any discipline with maximum age 50 years old;

▪  5 years experiences in agency and in the level of supervisor and have knowledge in handling shipping agency;

▪  Understand well about export and import procedures is a mandatory;

▪  Have a good integrity, strong communication, and business sense and ethic;

▪  Willing to travel and standby for any ad-hoc duties assigned;

▪  Excellent in verbal and written English is a must.

Boarding Officer

Location : Batam, Indonesia

The first point of contact for vessels arriving into the port and processes all necessary formalities and declarations in a timely manner to ensure smooth entry and departure of ships assigned.

Job Responsibilities

▪  In-charge of all port formalities;

▪  In-charge of all immigration formalities for sign on and sign off crew;

▪  Ensure applications for crew changes are submitted timely and correctly;

▪  Arrange hotel accommodation and transportation of crew;

▪  Coordinate with suppliers, surveyors, technicians, repairers, etc.;

▪  Ensure instructions to all parties are communicated timely and effectively;

▪  Manage clearance and delivery of ship spares;

▪  Update and process information and documentation timely;

▪  Update shipowners on the operational activities of their vessels;

▪  Attend on board vessels whenever necessary;

▪  Perform ad hoc duties as required by the management.        

Job Requirements

▪  Bachelor’s degree from any discipline with maximum age 35 years old;

▪  3 years experiences in agency and have knowledge in handling shipping agency;

▪  Understand well about vessel certificates and immigration procedure is a mandatory;

▪  Have a good integrity, strong communication skill and able to work efficiently; 

▪  Willing to travel and able to work irregular hours to cater to the different arrival times of ships, and cope with unanticipated events and tight work schedules;

▪  Excellent in verbal and written English is a must.

Custom Clearance/Logistic Officer

Location : Batam, Indonesia

Organize to research and analyze import and export control, customs tariff and relevant preferential policy according to import export requirement, promote to reduce the law compliance cost and import-export cost

Job Responsibilities

▪  Handle overall process for import license and custom clearance matters;

▪  Carries out Custom Clearance administrative duties;

▪  Coordinate with various departments for product import and export shipment;

▪  Provide periodic reports to Office Manager;

▪  Manage declaration documents;

▪  Deal with various government departments for company related matters;

▪  Any ad-hoc duties assigned.      

Job Requirements

▪  Bachelor’s degree from any discipline with maximum age 35 years old;

▪  3 years experiences in agency and have knowledge in handling shipping agency;

▪  Understand well about export and import procedures is a mandatory and able to operate customs module (Manifest.BC.1.1);

▪  Have a good integrity, strong communication skill and able to work efficiently; 

▪  Willing to travel and able to work irregular hours to cater to the different arrival times of ships, and cope with unanticipated events and tight work schedules;

▪  Excellent in verbal and written English is a must.

Technical Superintendent

Location : Batam, Indonesia

Monitor and manage accommodation work barge operation and repair technical matters.

Job Responsibilities

▪  Coordinate and ensure that all mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment maintenance and repair is done in a safe and prudent manner.

▪  Ensure compliance to company policies, local and international regulations relating to the operation of the barge, and current pollution regulations.

▪  Supervise the monitoring of the power plants controls and power distribution, propulsion and auxiliary systems.

▪  Supervise the maintenance and repair of all engine associated systems.

▪  Supervise the maintenance and repair of all pumps and valves of the ballast system, associated driven pumps and auxiliary equipment.

▪  Ensure that reports for repair and maintenance of equipment are accurate and complete.

▪  Oversee classification society surveys as part of continuous survey of machinery.

▪  Supervise the implementation of outstanding recommendations from audits, as issued by Clients, Regulatory Authorities or Barge management.

▪  Maintain an adequate supply of spares to fulfill maintenance requirements and facilitate a safe and efficient operation. Generate requisitions as required.

▪  Inform the Barge Master, Head Office Technical Department and other department heads of any technical problems or limitations that may affect the safe operation of the Barge.

▪  Communicate equipment problems or breakdown information to Technical Department and equipment vendors.

Job Requirements

▪  Candidates should have a minimum 10 years' experience as Engineer on board of offshore vessels/accommodation construction barge

▪  Strong leadership skills and ability to work effectively within a team

▪  Fluency in spoken and written English.

▪  A proven track record of International experience with Offshore Companies

▪  Education Level: Naval/Marine

▪  Experience of Shipyard operations

▪  Electrical or Mechanical experience

Senior Marketing Executive

Location : Jakarta, Indonesia

Assisting to develop marketing campaigns and sales strategies and to provide support to other marketing member.

Job Responsibilities

▪  Understanding the company’s products, competitors, and business position in the offshore market.

▪  Doing market research and to prepare proposal/contract/agreement according to the client’s needs and objectives.

▪  Problem solving and negotiating the terms of an agreement to close deal.

▪  Identify and analyze market demand, understand market trends, benchmarking.

▪  Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.

▪  Preparing and presenting quarterly and annual reports to senior management.

▪  Ensuring that marketing and communications efforts adhere to agreed timelines and managing expectations with various stakeholders.

▪  Keeping up to date with market developments and competitor strategies.

Job Requirements

▪  Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree from any discipline and maximum age is 35 years old.

▪  Having at least 10 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably from marine industry.

▪  Familiar with tender process is a must.

▪  High degree of professional ethics and integrity.

▪  Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

▪  Willing to travel and comfortable doing field work due to prospection needs.

▪  Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both spoken and written. Able to communicate in Mandarin language will be an advantage.
