PT. TIMAS SUPLINDO established since 1992 with supported professional experts and able resources. Our existence and achievement over the past 20 years has enriched us with the experience, knowledge, and the capability to overcome any challenge, obstacles and barriers in many EPC oil and gas (offshore and onshore) projects.

We are urgently looking for highly qualified, talented, dynamic, productive and independent personnel to fill in the challenging position:

1. HRGA Manager

• Job Responsibilities :

-  Coordinate and control the implementation of the HR function and ensure that everything works according to policies, systems and work plans that have been prepared or set.

-  Manage all HR activities (Manpower planning/People development/Compensation & benefits etc)

-  Reviewing the Annual Performance Appraisal

-  Developing a system to help enforce Company Regulations and other policies

-  Ensuring employees understand all company regulations and comply with them

-  Controlling the amount and quality of human resources needed through the recruitment process

-  Coordinate with HRGA in the project related to the existing problems and their solutions

-  Understand related to employee regulations, BPJS Health, BPJS Employment and PPh 21

• Requirement :

-  Max. 45 years

-  Have a minimum of S1 degree from any major (preferable from in Law/ Human Resource Management/ Psychology or equivalent)

-  Have a minimum of 10 years of working experiences as HR and GA Manager (preferable from EPCI Company).

-  Have excellent skills in People Development, C&B, Labor Law, human resources strategic planning, Industrial Relation, Interpersonal Skill

-  Good communication in English and Mandarin (verbal & written) (will be preferable)

-  Able to operate MS Office (word, excel, power point)

2. Cost Control

• Job Responsibilities :

-  Reviewing and analyzing project costs

-  Maintain confidentiality of project costs and obtain or obtain Project finance reports

-  Preparing information quickly and accurately to Project Control Manager and Project Managers for invoicing, project cash flow and project finance.

-  Assisting Project Managers in reviewing and evaluating project forecasts, by calculating the costs incurred and the progress of the projects already achieved.

-  Combining data reports, project schedules and costs for review and approval by the Project Manager

• Requirements :

-  Male with Max. age 37 years old

-  Min. S1 Accounting/Finance/Engineering/Management

-  Min. 5 years experience in the same position, specially in EPC Project (oil & gas services)

-  Computer literate (Ms. Office, Ms. Project etc.)

-  Fluent in english (spoken and written)

-  Good team work, good personal and communication skill

3. Project Manager

• Job Responsibilities :

-  Managing project resources such as: Budget, HR, Equipment and Project equipment.

-  Managing project costs, quality and schedule, and ensure there are no work accidents in the project.

-  Reviews and make project progress reports, so that they are in accordance with the specified time limit, and inform the project progress to customers

-  Responsible for all commercial and technical aspects related to contracts and amendments when the project starts until completion.

• Requirement :

-  Male, max 52 years old

-  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Power) or equivalent

-  Having min 15 year experience in Onshore project in Oil and Gas Industry;  min. 5 year experience working as Project Manager  (preferable experience in pulp and paper fabric)

-  Able to leading teams and project successfully

-  Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management and client

-  Good command in English both written and spoken

-  Experience negotiating, managing, and implementing EPC Contracts

-  Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change

-  Strong analytical and problem solving skills

-  Fluent in English, Mandarin (will be high advantage)

4. Procurement

• Job Responsibilities :

-  Reviewing the process of Supplier Sourcing, Tender, Clarification, Bid Tabulation, Negotiation, and Winner Recommendation to PO Issuance

-  Receiving, Register PR

-  Ensuring that the search process and assessment of the Supplier are going well

-  Learning and clarifying as needed with the User

-  Helping determine the evaluation results of Vendor / Subcont those that are in accordance with the request

-  Coordinate with the expediter to ensure that items purchased have arrived on request

• Requirement :

-  Max 40 years

-  S1 Engineering

-  Have min. 3 years of experience with the same position in  EPCI, Fabrication Company

-  Have good negotiation and communication skills

-  Have good knowledge of export and import procedure

-  Have knowledge of vendors and awareness to the market price/trend

-  Have experience as a Subcontractor or Buyer or Purchasing or Procurement.

-  Good command in English both written and spoken (will be preferable)

-  Computer literate

5. IT Business dan System Analyst

• Job Description :

-  Ensuring the development of the system in accordance with the standardization of organizational needs and user requests

-  Collect and prepare business processes that will be automated

-  Identifying the current process (As-is) and process optimization (map the to-be process) for each development and system changes requested by the user

-  Doing a gap analysis of As-is & To-be scenarios for each system change

-  Preparing, Conducting a review with related parties and document SRS (Software Requirements Specifications)

• Requirement :

-  Age maximum 35 years old

-  Bachelor Degree Information Technology/System Information

-  Having min. 2 year experience in the same position

-  Good knowledge of Business Process and technical area (coding & database)

-  Have experience in ERP System

-  Good individual and team player

-  Excellent in time management and planning skills

-  Fluent in English both oral and written is a must

6. Social Media Specialist

• Job Description :

-  Plan and create content that has value on the company's social media accounts based on in-depth research, a clear target audience, and the right social media platforms.

-  Creating, editing, manage and publish content that is relevant for audience and encourages them to make a purchase or be interested in the post.

-  Creating a schedule for posting content.

-  Using analytical tools like Google Analytics or Facebook Insights.

-  Prepare reports on social media developments every month.

-  Communicate with the graphic design team to create content visuals.

-  Documenting the collections of videos or photo belonging to the company.

• Requirement :

-  Have a minimum of S1 degree from any major (preferable from in Journalism, Public Relation, Communications or equivalent)

-  Have minimum 1 year experiences in Social Media Specialist or Content Creator in any field

-  Having a high interest in using social media.

-  Having computer knowledge, such as WordPress, Blog, and other applications for posting articles.

-  Understanding in using various tools, such as Google Analytics, Hoot suite, Instagram Insight, Facebook Insight to monitor the development of managed social media.

7. Design Graphic

• Job Description :

-  Create visual text and imagery concepts, by hand or using computer software, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers.

-  Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports, etc.

-  Creating a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, and websites with software such as photoshop.

-  Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles.

-  Designers design (or create) graphics to meet specific commercial or promotional needs, such as packaging, displays, logos, or imagery for print and digital uses including banner ads, social media posts, website graphics, magazine advertorials, etc.

• Requirement :

-  Bachelor degree in graphic design or related field.

-  Experience as a graphic designer or in related field.

-  Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, product packaging, advertisement and multimedia design.

-  Can use design applications such as Adobe software from Photoshop to Illustrator, CorelDraw and adobe Photoshop.

-  Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

-  Experience with computer-aided design.

8. Photo / Video Editor

• Job Description :

-  Receive directions which can usually be in the form of a short list or a script.

-  Determine transitions, touches, coloring, as well as effects to be applied to photos/videos according to the direction of the existing concept.

-  Improving and correcting lighting, coloring and faulty footage.

-  Collecting all footage from various sources to tidy up as directed.

-  Continuously discover and implement new editing technologies and industry’s best practices to maximize efficiency.

• Requirement :

-  Have a minimum of S1 degree from any major (preferable from film studies, cinematography or related field or equivalent)

-  Thorough knowledge of timing, motivation and continuity.

-  Able attention to details.

-  Ability to work under pressure and deadlines

-  Experiences as Photo and Video Editor or in related field.

9. Construction Manager

• Job Responsibilities :

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day construction management of the project.

- Manage the construction effort and be the construction representative of our company with Client. To plan, develop and organize the construction effort to formulate the most cost-effective plan to timely completion within budget and to implement the execution of that plan.

- Monitor and report to Project Manager and Site Manager of project details, including progress, risks and opportunities in a timely manner.

- Responsible for implementation of the scope of work as related to construction/ fabrication, pre commissioning, load-out and offshore installation hook-up and offshore pre-commissioning and commissioning of the facilities in conformance with project specifications, Scope of Work, and in accordance with the approved Project Schedule.

- Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons for less than satisfactory performance. Provide recommendations and institute measures for improvement by modification to operating procedures/work instructions.

• Requirement :

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Power) or equivalent

- Having min 5 or 10 year experience in Onshore project in Oil and Gas Industry;  min. 5 year experience working as Construction Manager  (preferable experience in boiler project)

- Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills; and the ability to clearly and effectively present complex information to all levels of employees, management and client

- Good command in English both written and spoken

- Ability to thoughtfully and positively influence, lead, and manage change

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills

- Fluent in English
