Project Electrical & Instrument Supervisor

This position is responsible for Assist E&I Superintendent to directly supervise execution of    E&I package scope project by the Contractor as per schedule, SOW, budget and safe, including coordination with engineering/consultant team to ensure the project quality as per design and specification.

Qualifications;

• Willing to work in remote area.

• Have Project management skill.

• Experience in electrical & instrumentation of coal handling facility construction & building.

• Experience in Coal handling facility commissioning.

• Good in HSE implementation.

• Good communication with ability to coordinate with many parties.

Project SMP Supervisor

The main job of this role is to assist SMP Superintendent to directly supervise execution of Structure, Mechanical and Piping (SMP) package scope project by the Contractor as per schedule, SOW, budget and safe, including coordination with engineering/consultant team to ensure the project quality as per design and specification.

Qualifications;

• Willing to work in remote area

• Have Project management skill.

• Experience in Structure, Mechanical and Piping installation.

• Coal handling facility construction project Good.

• Good in HSE implementation.

• Good communication with ability to coordinate with many parties.

Project Control & Scheduling Supervisor

This position will responsible in supporting  Project  Control  and  Scheduling  Superintendent  to  guide,  monitor,  and  control contractor in execution of scheduling, invoicing, and reporting. Not only monitor the resources and productivity, but also including to ensure Contractor aware with time constraint.

Qualifications;

• Willing to work in remote area.

• Understanding financial concepts.

• Good in operate Project schedule software.

• Good understanding the business and process. 

• Good in HSE implementation.

• Good communication with ability to coordinate with many parties.

Document Control Officer

This position will be reporting to the Project Control Section Head, the Document Controller is responsible for all tasks and duties in a timely manner and uphold a consistent high standard in regard to maintaining accurate documents that are retrievable at any time.

Qualifications;

• Willing to work in remote area.

• Good in controlling project document.

• Good in project administration.

• Good understanding the business and process.

• Candidates with IT Engineering background is a plus.

• Good in HSE implementation.

• Good communication with ability to coordinate with many parties.

Project Warehouse & Logistic Supervisor

This position responsible in monitoring material transported and delivered for timeliness and legality including providing administrative and warehouse support.

Qualifications;

• Willing to work in remote area.

• Good experience in Supply chain and logistic.

• Good knowledge in material control.

• Good experience in inventory & warehousing.

• Good in HSE implementation.

• Good communication with ability to coordinate with many parties.

HSE Supervisor

This position responsible in providing a service of guidance, surveillance, governance and day-to-day onsite monitoring of Health and Safety Operations of Mine Pit and CPP. This role shall also mainly focus in implementing the Health and Safety related programs, monitoring, inspection and audit in accordance with company standard and Indonesian Statutory QHSE requirements, to achieve the Company's commitment to conducting all activities with zero harm to people and environment.

Qualifications;

• Willing to work in remote area

• Certified POP

• Certified in AK3 umum

• Certified SMKP Auditor will be preferable

• Certified in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 9001 will be preferable

• Experience in Health & Safety operations min 3 years (S1) / 5 years (D3)

• Experience in QHSE compliance, management and monitoring, management system min 5 years (S1) & 7 years (D3).

CHPP Maintenance Supervisor

This position is responsible for maintaining the CHPP fixed plant and auxiliary equipment and facilities in high reliability and serviceable condition to meet all operational requirements with difficult logistics, whilst optimizing the cost. This role, together with the other supervisory positions within the Fixed Plant Maintenance Department, will directly be responsible for elements of the production chain critical to positive business outcomes for the organization. Sophisticated maintenance planning and execution will be required to ensure sufficient and reliable production on a Shift basis.

Qualifications;

• Willing to work in remote area

• Certified POP

• Having knowledge of fixed plant utilized for bulk materials handling and familiar with port business process

• Having Knowledge of maintenance contract administration

• Familiarity with all the required site statutory competencies as referenced on the site Health and Safety Management System and/or AMC Policy

• Knowledge of hazard identification and risk assessment within a workplace

• Min S1 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with minimum 3 years of experience in similar position in fixed plant & supervisory level or 7 years of experience for non-degree level.

Fuel Supervisor

Fuel Supervisor responsible to supervise, coordinate & controlling fuel distribution on site with other team members in order request, delivery, stock and fuel distribution to fullfill the needs with time efficiency and make sure all the process comply to K3LH aspect.

Qualifications;

• Willing to work in remote area.

• Good in fuel management.

• Good in Transportation management.

Procurement Officer

This position will responsible to all purchase activity (sourcing, cost structure analysis, commercial analysis, commercial negotiation, comparison, and vendor management) to full fill users needs.

Qualifications;

• Good in operation Microsoft (Excel, word, power point).

• Min. 4 years experience as a purchasing/procurement

• Experience in mining industry will be preferable

• Good in communication

• Good in negotiation

• Attention to detail

Internal Auditor

This position will do auditing and consultation as the internal audit procedure and assist Sr. Auditor in Internal Audit administrations.

Qualitfications;

• Willing to work in remote area

• Min. 2 -3 years experience in Internal Audit / Auditing Firm / Consulting Firm

• Experience in auditing mining company will be advantageous

• Good communication

• Having good integrity
