To support our Operation Team in Port, Logistic and Warehouse area with a variety of projects and challenging tasks, we are looking for highly motivated professionals eager for brave thinking, foster innovation, and build collaboration to achieve operational excellence to fill the following position :
SENIOR SPECIALIST DIVING & R.O.V
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible to coordinate essential work duties related to diving and ROV operation
• Ensure the diving equipment and ROV are well maintained and in a satisfactory condition free from possible hazards.
• Ensure diving operations have a suitable and safe working area on the surface in accordance with any diving permits to work.
• Ensure all relevant records, certificates, logs, etc., are updated and permits for diving are processed before any diving work begins.
• Supervise diving and ROV operation in order to check the tailing pipes.
• Supervise diving and ROV operation in order to Internal Line Inspection (ILI).
• Supervise diving and ROV operation in order to check environment department equipments.
• Supervise diving in order to check navigation buoy’s chain in all company area and report the result to Superintendent.
• Supervise diving in order to clean the velocity cap in power plant’s water intake.
• Supervise diving in order to clean the swimming pool in Site area.
• Supervise diving in order to change the termostat in power plant’s exit pipe as request by enviromental department.
• Supervise diving in mining pit and reservoirs as requested.
• Supervise diving in Senunu Water Intake System (SWIS) to check the sand thickness and report to Process Department.
• Propose the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures related to diving and ROV practices.
• Supervise all bathymetry operation in order to measure the depth of the Company marine area.
• Propose new procedure to ensure effective and efficient Port Logistics Group.
• Actively encourage and support team members to participate in decision-making processes and to assume responsibility and exercise initiative.
• Encourage and promote continuous improvement by constantly looking for opportunities to improve work practices and procedures
• Report all diving and ROV activity to superior and user.
• Supervise all diving and ROV operation as requested.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor’s degree of Geography’s / Senior High School graduate or equivalent
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Diving and ROV area, especially in Port Logistic area
• Certified diving license and should be able to obtain a commercial diving license within a reasonable amount of time
• Certified First Aid and CPR
• Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of positions; poses relevant technical inspector certificate
• Has good Leadership, Team player with supervisory experience
• Need to be physically fit to perform diving duties
• Fully qualified to conduct training in scuba and surface-supplied Air Diving and maintenance of necessary equipment
• Ability to adjust to changing situations, good communicator, and people management
• Sea Eye ROV experience preferable
• Computer skills to include Internet navigation, Email usage, and word processing, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
SENIOR SPECIALIST EXPORT IMPORT
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
Local Logistics / EXIM Strategy
• Develop and implement company logistics strategy encompassing both site and corporate operational requirements.
• Provide supervision and leadership for EXIM team in export and import customs clearance activities, annual RKAB preparation, customs audits, as well as its administration.
• Assist Supt. Logistics & EXIM in daily routine of Import Export Clearance and related activities and its documentation.
• Provide timely and regular update, feedback and input to Supt. Logistics & EXIM and Port/Logistics Manager in relation to export import activities as well as GOI relation at local site.
• Maintain good communication with Customs and other local Governmental office and be present / attend any coordination meeting whenever required.
• Attending the tax court hearing as a witness of export concentrate process whenever required by the company.
• Maintain good relationship with all related government officials with respect to Company Ethic and procedures.
Import – Related Activities
• Responsible on maintaining, reviewing and updating of HS (Harmonised system) code and do any necessary correction and recommendation in case of disputes.
• Responsible on controlling, reviewing and updating of Master List / Import Purchasing / Import Quota usage in relation with RKAB.
• Preparing the Import Documentations to Customs for Cargo Import Clearance and ensure the data correctness i.e. price, quantity, weight, dimension and descriptions.
• To prepare and submit request / application for a surveyor inspection at the origin for each commodity which requires it.
• To prepare the Tire, Steel and other Import commodities data for import planning and coordinate with company Permitting department.
• To prepare data in relation to Tire, Steel and Other Import commodities and coordinate with Permitting department for permit application to Trade Department.
• To prepare the data for plan of mandatory SNI import of commodities which shall be coordinated with Permitting team for applying the permit of “Pertimbangan Teknis” (Pertek) to Ministry of Industri.
• Prepare and compile data for Importing Non-New Capital Goods (Barang Modal Bukan Baru - BMTB) and further coordinate with the company Permitting Department to submit applications for Import Trade Permits.
Others
• Responsible in providing the correctness and accuracy as well as completeness for any export and import documents which will be submitted to customs.
• Checking physical materials at bond yard if required by Customs and before re-export.
• Provide supervision on concentrate sampling which is conducted by 3rd Party as per requirements up to ROA and COA preparation
• Provide supervision to export team in monitoring the export loading, export document accuracy as well as export tax duty correctness.
Financial, Data Management & Reporting
• Responsible on preparing Master list / Import Purchase realization as well as trending cost duty and tax paid in monthly basis to be compared the RKAB / Budget, share to all related parties concerned.
• Responsible in preparing the supporting data for annual RKAB report in collaboration with other internal departments within SCM.
• Responsible in preparing data for Custom Audit and as a counterpart for the Superiors (Superintendent and Port/Logistics Manager) in custom audit process.
• Responsible in preparing and providing the weekly and monthly export and import reports.
• Preparing the necessary data for scrap handover including permit and tax related matter.
• Other duties as assigned.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Formal degree qualification in Business, engineering and/ or logistic or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 12 years export / import experience preferably within a large mining organization with 5 years in senior level as Senior Specialist Export Import.
• Minimum have extensive years of experience interfacing with government departments at a senior level.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian Customs regulation is a must and experience on International shipping is required;
• Have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognize by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;
• Strong communication skills and proven ability to engage and build relationships across multiple layers of the organization from senior management to site leaders and Operations Crew, and other Stakeholder;
• Very good organizational skills with the ability to effectively priorities tasks and work both independently and as part of a team;

PORT RADIO CONTROLLER
(National - Site Based)

Special Port Administration Task
1. To serve users/customers in the operation of Piloting and Tugging/Towing.
2. To serve the administration of piloting, tugging/towing, radio station for piloting, mooring, crew boat, etc.
3. To record the service plan for ship piloting service in-out, shifting/moving as well as the updated / changes of service time.
4. To input and issue the realization of the use of Piloting / Tugging Services.
5. To input and calculating the Ship Service Transaction Data, submitting and confirming to Users/Customers.
6. To submit the Ship Service Transaction Data to the Finance Department for the basis of issuing invoices and tax.
7. To recording and control all documents related to Piloting and Tugging/Towing Services.
Other Tasks
1. Stand-by duty service according to working hours of the coastal radio station
2. Maintain the confidentiality of the news, which is not to be published
What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary degree or formal degree qualification in Port/Logistic/ Supply Chain or equivalent; additional training or education in communication, radio operations, or a related field is a plus.
• Minimum of 7 years as Radio Controller or Radio Operator in a port logistics environment or a similar role within a large mining organization.
• Knowledge of radio equipment and communication procedures, including VHF and HF radio.
• Air Ground Radiotelephony Operator License issued by Directorate General of Air Communications;
• Time Management and work prioritization; Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English and other relevant languages spoken in the port logistics industry; proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software;
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, as required by the port logistics department.

COORDINATOR - LOADING MASTER & MARINE
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for coordinating and overseeing the safe and efficient loading and discharge of cargo on vessels. This role ensures that all loading and unloading activities are in compliance with the relevant regulations, guidelines, and company policies. This role also acts as the primary liaison between the vessel operators, cargo owners, and port authorities.
• Plan and coordinate the loading and unloading of vessels, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Develop and implement loading plans to optimize vessel capacity and ensure the safe and secure stowage of cargo.
• Conduct pre-loading meetings with vessel operators, cargo owners, and port authorities to review the loading plan and address any concerns.
• Monitor the loading and unloading process to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of cargo movements, including weight, volume, and stowage location.
• Coordinate with terminal operators, stevedores, and other stakeholders to ensure that loading and unloading activities are executed safely and efficiently.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vessel operators, cargo owners, and port authorities.
• Provide guidance and support to the operations team to ensure that loading and unloading activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure that all safety procedures and protocols are followed during loading and unloading activities.
• Coordinate the issuance of marine certificates and other necessary documentation.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Nautical Science, or a related field; Have exposure in a Port and Shipping Industry within large mining organization in related area is preferable.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role in a port or shipping company with minimum 3 years’ experience as Coordinator/ Sr. Supervisor Loading Master and Marine;
• In-depth knowledge of marine operations, cargo handling, and safety regulations.
• Valid certification as a Loading Master from a recognized organization.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Excellent organizational and planning skills; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Knowledge of relevant computer software applications; Good communication in English both in verbal and writing.
SENIOR SPECIALIST – HSE MARINE & PORT
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for ensuring that all marine and port operations comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations. This role will work closely with management and operational teams to develop, implement and maintain policies and procedures that minimize risks and promote a culture of safety, also responsible for identifying hazards, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions.
• Develop, implement and maintain marine and port HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of marine and port facilities to identify potential hazards and areas for improvement.
• Develop and deliver HSE training programs to educate employees on safe work practices and procedures.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and provide recommendations for corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with marine and port operations.
• Work closely with management, operational teams, and regulatory agencies to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
• Monitor and report on HSE performance metrics, including leading and lagging indicators, to ensure continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments, contractors, and vendors to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, or related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in marine and port HSE management.
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations governing marine and port operations; Certifications in occupational health and safety or environmental management.
• Experience in developing and implementing HSE policies and procedures.

SPECIALIST LOGISTIC – OPERATIONS & EXPANSION
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for managing and optimizing the flow of goods through the port logistics department; to ensure that goods are delivered efficiently and on time; work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and government agencies, to ensure that logistics operations are coordinated and compliant.
• Plan, organize and manage the logistics of goods moving through the port logistics department, including identifying optimal transportation routes, modes of transportation, and storage options.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies related to the movement of goods through the port logistics department, including customs procedures and documentation requirements.
• Work with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient movement of goods through the port logistics department, resolving any issues or delays that arise.
• Maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and government agencies, to ensure the smooth operation of logistics activities.
• Continuously analyze logistics processes and procedures to identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and measure their impact.
• Develop and maintain logistics-related documentation, including standard operating procedures, shipping manifests, and bills of lading.

SPECIALIST LOGISTIC - TRAFFIC CONTROL
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible to manage the cargo movement for Corporate Domestics Supply Chain and work together with freight forwarding, shipping line and/or inland transport to ensure timely cargo delivery to site;
• To coordinate and work with freight forwarding for domestics’ and international cargo movement from origin to Site Port, ensuring Company Project Equipment and Material is consolidated and delivered in good conditions, full and timely manner.
• To coordinate and work with supplier, forwarder, shipping line and customs broker for Project Equipment and Material delivery from Surabaya Port to Site Port in timely manner and accurate shipping documents.
• To coordinate and work with inland transporter for transport urgent cargos from domestic’s supplier (e.g. Jakarta, Surabaya, Site Port, v.v).
• To provide timely reports to Superior and review the Contractor’s KPI from time to time.
• Maintain good relationship with all business partners with respect to Company Ethic and procedures.
• Working with international and domestics’ freight forwarding / 3PL to control the process of cargo receiving, repacking, storage container and stuffing un-stuffing.
• Reviewing and approve containerize and break bulks shipment proposal from freight forwarding/3PL.
• Work with international and domestics’ shipping line to control the shipment in line with the agreed lead time with correct and timely shipping documents.
• Coordinate with international and domestics’ freight forwarding / 3PL to ensure timely input and correct offsite receipt update in SAP system.
• To coordinate with freight supplier, forwarder, buyer and warehouse team in case of offsite receipt issues and perform the reconstruction / re-work data in SAP.
• Coordinate with buyer, warehouse team, and freight forwarding in case of cargo issues and discrepancies i.e. over, short, un-manifested cargo in actual physical cargo and in to SAP system update and find solution with the respective parties.
• Ensure all Waybills are updated by the freight forwarding in accurate and timely manner, in case of error Running waybill data through brio to investigate all error waybill, forwarded to freight forwarding to be deleted or reconstruction.
• Create timely and accurate system update at SAP system (perform offsite receipt, create waybills, update vessel manifest and shipping cost) for all incoming shipment including frother, PAX, Ammonium Nitrate, Nash which are shipped directly by supplier to Site Port under FAS, DAP and DDP incoterms and other items belong to sub-contractor.
• Collect the information from Laydown team, warehouse and Environmental team for general cargo, empty container, and B3 Waste Cargo shipment to Surabaya.
• Prepare vessel manifest for international and domestic shipment Site Port - Surabaya,
• Update vessel and inland domestic manifest in to SAP system.
• Working with trucking company to send inland cargo to Surabaya and Jakarta or from Jakarta Surabaya to Site Port to meet user requirement.
• Updating vessel cargo details and freight cost in to Logistic excel format and to International and Domestic logistic data base.
• Review Fuel/Gasoline transport data receipt and updated in to Fuel excel report.
• Review and acknowledge freight forwarding, shipping line and Inland transport invoices.
• Provide weekly, monthly and any reports required by the Superior based on Contractor’s performance / KPI.
• Provide support as part of Logistics team as a back-up for International Shipping / Logistics arrangement.
• Support superior to provide International and domestic data for annual budget review.
• Compile historical shipment data and shipping cost to determine change, anomalies to review the Logistics Business Model.
• Coordinate with Procurement Contract Dept. to conduct Market research related to Logistics services to determine change when necessary.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor’s degree with Economic / Logistics / Supply Chain background is an advantage.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in logistics field and/or logistics company; At least 3 years as Specialist Logistic Traffic or Supervisor Logistic; Have exposure in a large mining organization in related area is preferable;
• Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position.
• Good understanding in Supply Chain and Logistics; Preferable having good knowledge of SAP;
• Well-developed computer skills particularly in Microsoft Office applications (Preferable having good knowledge of Excel Dashboard and Power BI); Good communication in English both in verbal and writing.
• Effective interpersonal skills and teamwork player; Able to manage time effectively and priorities tasks on tighten schedule.
