PT Panca Amara Utama (“PAU”) is a 700,000 MT per year ammonia initiative. Ammonia is a chemical compound used in the manufacture of fertilizer, explosives, acids, and other petrochemical products. This USD 830 million project is built near Luwuk, Central Sulawesi. One of the biggest industrial project in Eastern Indonesia, PAU initiative supports the government’s directive to increase domestic value addition within the country.

PT PAU’s ammonia plant runs on KBR’s Reforming Exchanger System & Purifier Technology, the leading technology in Ammonia production. This represents its first application in the world, which puts Indonesia at the forefront of Ammonia production worldwide.

Construction began in June 2015 and the plant began commercial operations in September 2018.

Ammonia is an inorganic compound of colourless gaseous form, consisting of Nitrogen and Hydrogen with the formula NH3. The Ammonia product that PAU produces is in liquid form, stored in an atmospheric tank at -33 degrees C. Ammonia is used as the main raw material for the manufacturing of fertilizers. As well as other derivatives including explosives, dyes, household cleaners and nylon.

HEAD OFFICE PLACEMENT

1. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (OD) LEAD

Qualifications:

- Age between 35 – 45 years old

- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree of Psychology (Preferably Industrial Psychology) or Human Resources Management from Grade A University

- Having minimum 10 years of working experience in Organizational Development with latest position minimum Assistant Manager/Section Manager of OD from Petrochemical/Chemical/Oil & Gas/Energy/Mining/Plantation/Manufacture Company

- Having knowledge of Organizational Development, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Change Management, Employee Engagement, Applicable Manpower Law and Regulations, Business Process, MPP Forecasting, and Budgeting

- Having training experience in OD Specialist, Training for Trainer, Performance Management, Job Grading, Professional Psychologist Certifications

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Willing to be assigned for business travel especially to Company Site Plant

- Placement at Head Office in Kuningan, South Jakarta

 

2. ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (OD) OFFICER

Qualifications:

- Maximum age: 30 years old

- Bachelor’s Degree of Psychology from reputable University

- Having minimum 3 years of working experience in HR – OD section, preferably from Ammonia plant/Petrochemical/Oil & Gas/Large Manufacture Company

- Having experience in handle employee training arrangement (from preparation, implementation, accountability and analysis), drafting Company Policy and Procedure, managing Management Trainee and Internship Programs, handling Employee Engagement Program

- Having good communication, computer, and public speaking skills

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Placement at Head Office in Kuningan, South Jakarta

 

3. FINANCE ANALYST

Qualifications:

- Maximum age: 30 years old

- S1 or S2 of Accounting from grade A University

- Having minimum 3 years of working experience as Finance Analyst, preferably from Oil & Gas or Petrochemicals Companies

- Having advanced MS. Excel skills, PowerPoint, Finance Modelling, Projections, and Costing

- Having training in Excel, MS. Teams, and any training related to Finance will be additional advantages

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Placement at Head Office in Kuningan, South Jakarta.

 

4. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT PROCESS ENGINEER

Qualifications:

- Age between 34 – 38 years old

- Minimum Master’s Degree of Chemical Engineering

- Having minimum 10 years of working experience as Process Engineer from EPC Company with Ammonia/Fertilizer Plant Project or Ammonia/Fertilizers Company/Technology supplies and project vendors

- Experience in management of multi discipline project in field of Oil Gas and Petrochemicals

- Expert in Microsoft Office 365

- Understand and familiar with Enterprise Systems (Dynamix AX/D365 & IBM Maximo) & Document Management System

- Expert in Microsoft Project, understand and familiar with Primavera

- Must have very good presentation and problem-solving skills

- Preferably holding certification/training in Project Management, Microsoft Office 365, Enterprise System (D365/IBM Maximo), ISO Implementation, SMK3 Implementation, and Communication Skills

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

5. PROJECT ENGINEER

Qualifications:

- Maximum age 35 years old

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Civil Engineering, or similar major

- Having minimum 7 years of working experience as Project Engineer of multi discipline object in field of Ammonia / Petrochemical Industry, Oil & Gas Industry, or EPC company

- Having knowledge and training experience of Project Management Training, Ms. Project / Primavera, Ms. Office 365, Enterprise Systems (SAP/D365/IBM Maximo), ISO Implementation, SMK3 Implementation

- Must have good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Placement in Head Office in Kuningan, South Jakarta

 

6. PROCUREMENT OFFICER

Qualifications:

- Maximum age 35 years old

- Minimum S1 of Engineering

- Minimum 5 years of working experience as Procurement Officer/Purchasing Officer or related, from EPC Company or Oil & Gas Industries

- Solid knowledge and understanding of procurement processes, policy, and systems

- Proficient computer skill, familiar with ERP / SAP / Dynamix AX / Maximo

- Proven experience within Purchase to Pay role

- Fluent in English and having excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

SITE PLACEMENT

1. OPERATIONS HEAD

Qualifications:

- Maximum age 50 years old

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering

- Having minimum 25 years of working experience in Ammonia, Petrochemical, and/or Oil & Gas, having experience as Manager/Senior Manager in Operations minimum 10 years

- Having good knowledge of Ammonia process

- Having in-depth knowledge of business developments field procedures and practices

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Placement at Site Plant in Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah (with roster system)

 

2. RELIABILITY & INSPECTION LEAD

Qualifications:

- Maximum age: 45 years old

- Bachelor’s Degree of Mechanical Engineering

- Minimum 15 years of working experience in Ammonia plant or Petrochemical companies at Reliability & Inspection field as Assistant Manager

- Having experience in HSE, Plant Asset Integrity Management, Equipment Criticality, Risk Base Inspection (RBI) & Reliability Centre Management (RCM) experience or plant integrity inspection, Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) & Predictive Inspection experiences, Rotating equipment experiences, Condition monitoring knowledge (e.g., vibration monitoring, skin temperature monitoring, & etc.), Welding technology & inspection knowledge and experience, Non-Destructive Examination (e.g., visual inspection, ultrasonic thickness test, dye penetrant examination, & etc.) knowledge and experience, and substantial experience in a variety of Mechanical & Inspection roles associated with Ammonia manufacture would be beneficial.

- Understand and have experience using Plant Asset Integrity Management software or system e.g., RBI, RCM & etc.

- Having experience using mechanical international standard: ASME, ANSI, API, and ASTM

- Having experience using software system of equipment condition monitoring

- Understanding Indonesian regulations for mechanical equipment

- Familiar in using MS. Office 2010 and Maximo

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

3. SENIOR PROCESS SAFETY ENGINEER

Qualifications:

- Maximum age: 45 years old

- Bachelor's Degree of Chemical Engineering from reputable University

- Having minimum 5 years of working experience as Process Safety Engineer from Ammonia/Petrochemical/Manufacture/Oil & Gas Industries

- Familiar with the 14 elements of Process Safety Management (PSM)

- Familiar with development of process safety roadmap and setting targets of process safety key performance indicators

- Having knowledge in various studies like HAZOP, HAZID, SIL, LOPA, etc for various process systems

- Having dood experience in understanding P & IDs with respect to various equipment, instruments, and process

- Able to review P & IDs from a safety perspective and provide comments to the design team

- Experience in understanding logis and interlocks with respect to various systems

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Placement at Site Plant in Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah (with roster system)

 

4. PROCESS ENGINEER

Qualifications:

- Maximum age 30 years old

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree of Chemical Engineering

- Having minimum 5 years of working experience in Ammonia plant or Petrochemical company as Process Engineer

- Having skills and competencies in Process Simulation (Aspen Hysys), Process Calculation (Line Sizing, Pump Hydraulic Sizing), Problem Solving (Root Cause Analysis), Technical Writing, Process Design Engineering (PFD, P&ID, C&E)

- Having training in Process Simulation Aspen Hysys will be additional advantage

- Fluent in English both spoken and written

- Placement at Site Plant in Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah (with roster system)
