An Indonesian mining company which operates the copper and gold mining and have a long-term expected mine life followed by processing stockpiles.

To support our operations with a variety of projects and challenging tasks in Safety and Security area, we are looking for highly motivated professionals eager for brave thinking, foster innovation, and build collaboration to achieve operational excellence to fill the following position :

ADVISOR SECURITY

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• This role will be reporting to Manager Security Operation; Responsible for providing analysis and suggestion on the necessary steps to improve the security management system and align with Security Corporate Integration Management System in order to ensure zero loss target in company working area. The advice is given to Manager – Security Operation.

• To provide security management system consultation and services to the Dept. Security.

• To provide advice on implementing effective security management systems to protect proprietary information, company data and general interactions of employees.

• Support the Manager – Security Operation in the implementation, operation and maintenance of the Security Management System based on industry standards and aligned to the national vital objects (OBVITNAS), ISPS Code, Aviation Security (AvSec), Radioactive Source Security Officer (PKSR) and Control of Commercial Explosive.

• Provide advice on security polices and standards across the Group and identify areas of non-compliance.

• Support the identification, understanding, documenting and reporting of existing and emerging security risks, trends and threats to Security Department, Management and other stakeholders across the company.

• Identify and undertake initiatives designed to identify and manage security risks, threats and vulnerabilities across the Company.

• Facilitate, drive and develop (where appropriate) security strategies, policies, plans, tools practices and standards that are:

o Aligned with business requirements in terms of balancing risk and costs

o Consistent with the Company’s vision, mission and values

o Reflect mining industry-accepted practices

o Able to operate effectively in all security disciplines including information, physical, technical and personnel

o Kept current and visible

• Provide advice on the interpretation of approved security policy, standards and guidelines across the company and identify areas of non-compliance.

• Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager - Security operation.

What skills and experience do you need?

o Degree in information technology or business, or equivalent relevant work experience. With minimum of 15 years appropriate Mining/ EPC industry experience.

o Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role in managerial role as Advisor Security Operations;

o Had Experience in industrial security audit, risk management or business consulting and / or analyst roles (highly desirable);

o Experience in improving alignment Security Management System with other Standard / ISO Management System such as ISO 9001:2015, 14001:2015 & ISO 45001:2018; Experience in financial services industry (desirable).

o Demonstrated practical experience (implementing and/or risk assessment of industrial security standards and framework) over some or all of the following (mandatory):

- National Vital Object (OBVITNAS)

- ISPS Code

- Aviation Security

- Radioactive Source Security Officer (PKSR)

- Control of Commercial Explosive

o Understand Mining and EPC business process; Understand the mining and construction process involving > 5.000 employees.

o Have certification on industry technical qualifications – CCPS, CISSP, CISA, CISM etc (desirable). ISMS Certified Lead Implementer Professional (desirable); CPP (Certified Protection Professional) from ASIS (American Society of Industrial Security).

o Have certification, knowledge, and practice on Supply Chain Security Management System (ISO 28001:2007); Social Responsibility (ISO 26000:2010); Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015); Environmental Management System (ISO 14001:2015); Occupational Health & Safety Management System (ISO 45001:2018); Risk Management System (ISO 31000:2018); Security & Resilience – Business Continuity Management System (ISO 22301:2019); Information Security Management System (ISO/IEC 27001:2022);

o Specialized knowledge in the areas of industrial security such as; physical security, personnel security, information security, technical security or technology risk; Have working knowledge of Industrial Security trends and issues; Working knowledge of contemporary industrial security principles and practices; Specialized knowledge in one or more areas of security governance, technical risk management or security-related technologies; Working knowledge of the operations of a financial institution (desirable); Working knowledge of ‘Lean’ and ‘Agile’ methodologies;

o Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring; Team Work and work collaboratively; good analytical; conflict resolution : have skilled ability to interpret and analyze stakeholder requirements, strong stakeholder engagement skills; ability to handle complexity and uncertainty in technical situations; and ability to provide competent advice on a range of Industrial Security issues; Ability to work independently; Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines; High energy and results driven.

ENGINEER – FIRE EMERGENCY SERVICES

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Support for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and readiness of all fire emergency equipment, systems, and protocols within the organization. Reporting to the Fire Emergency Services Superintendent, this role plays a critical role in safeguarding the well-being of employees, visitors, and property by preparing for and responding to fire emergencies; Assists the Superintendent FES in implementing Emergency Response activities and programs;

• Equipment Maintenance and Inspection:

- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire protection equipment, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and hydrants.

- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance activities.

• Emergency Response Planning:

- Collaborate with the Fire Emergency Services Superintendent to develop, update, and implement comprehensive emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.

- Participate in fire drills, simulations, and exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of emergency plans and identify areas for improvement.

- Conducts emergency response planning including: conducting research for the development of building pre-fire plans, conducting company building fire prevention inspections and familiarization, and assisting Fire Prevention with occasional fire inspections and other related duties.

• System Troubleshooting and Repairs:

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to fire protection systems and equipment promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous functionality.

- Coordinate with external contractors when necessary for complex repairs and system upgrades.

• Training and Education:

- Provide training to employees on fire safety practices, including fire prevention, evacuation procedures, and proper use of fire extinguishers.

- Conduct workshops and informational sessions to raise awareness about fire safety and emergency response.

• Documentation and Reporting:

- Maintain accurate records of all equipment inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and testing results.

- Prepare regular reports detailing the status of fire protection systems and any recommended actions for improvement.

• Regulatory Compliance:

- Assists the Superintendent FES in implementing Emergency Response activities and programs.

- Stay current with local, national, and international fire safety codes, regulations, and standards, and ensure that the organization remains compliant with all requirements. Be responsible for the safety, work standard and discipline of all FES operational and non-operational personnel. Ensuring that measurable levels of competency are maintained to all workgroups within the FES and that Governmental compliance is maintained with regard to any matter pertaining to FES personnel.

- Contribute to the formulating and development of work safety standards, development, implementation and influence behavioural change to ensure compliance and avoidance of risk-taking behaviour amongst FES personnel.

- Provide a systematic application of management policies, procedures and practices to the task of identifying, analyzing, evaluating, treating and monitoring risk. Formulate and suggest program policies and procedures for management review.

- Support the development of strategies and policies that contribute to the delivery of the organization’s objectives.

• Collaborate with other departments, such as Facilities Management and Occupational Health and Safety, to integrate fire safety measures into broader health and safety initiatives.

• Emergency Response Leadership:

- Assist in coordinating emergency response efforts during fire incidents, providing technical expertise and support to ensure the safety of all personnel.

- Liaise with external emergency services (fire department, EMS, etc.) when necessary.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in OHS Engineering/ Fire Protection Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) are a plus.

• Proven experience min 5-7 years in Fire Emergency Services area , including the protection system maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response management system and compliance.

• In-depth knowledge of fire safety codes, standards, and regulations.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex fire protection system issues; Excellent communication skills to effectively convey fire safety information to individuals at all levels of the organization; Proficiency in using fire safety equipment and tools./ Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments; Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks during emergency drills and response.

SPECIALIST – FIRE EMERGENCY SERVICES

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible to supervise day-to-day Operational Response and administration of Fire and Emergency Services as the lead response agency of Emergency Response of Company Group; Assists the Superintendent FES in implementing Emergency Response activities and programs.

• Responsible for the discipline and continued maintenance of Fire and Rescue competencies of FES Fire fighters.

• Responsible for coordinating & leading all multi agency, deployment, and operation during events as an Emergency Response Group Controller (ERG).

• Responsible for all service delivery functions and a member of the strategic leadership team, the post will make a significant contribution to vision, strategy and policy development and delivery.

• Assist the Superintendent FES for the safety, work standard and discipline of all FES operational and non-operational personnel. Ensuring that measurable levels of competency are maintained to all workgroups within the FES and that Governmental compliance is maintained with regard to any matter pertaining to FES personnel.

• Manage and perform emergency scene operation involving life-saving and property protection work; conduct size-up, resource request and assignment, confinement, extinguishment, salvage, and overhaul.

• Performs or effectively recommends the hiring, transfer, suspension, motivate promotion, discharge, assignment, reward, discipline, direction of work, and adjustment of grievances of subordinate personnel.

• Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records, writing reports on the work activities such as fire and emergency reports, daily log book, equipment maintenance logs, and issue performance evaluations of probationary firefighters.

• Responsible for proper maintenance and care of all equipment, apparatus, fire station and grounds; direct and participate in periodic inspection of same to ensure that all assigned equipment, apparatus, facilities, and supplies are in a state of readiness; ensure completion of proper maintenance, documentation and repairs.

• Update and maintain current maps and charts; must be familiar with Department jurisdiction streets, intersections, fire hydrants, water mains, and sprinkler systems; take note of specialized and unusual conditions as required.

• Perform related duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent training at a technical or vocational school with a focus on Fire Science or, Safety or Nurse Education.

• Have 5-7 years of career as Specialist/ Supervisor Fire and Emergency Services experience in Mining/ Construction industry is a must.

• Certified of Competency for Frontline Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR; Certified of Training of Trainer from accredited training institution; Certified of Fire fighter Level B and Level A from Government Certification ; First Aid Level III from accredited training institution; Competent at all field described in FES Training System including but not limited to the following: Firefighting Operation; Technical Rescue; Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus; Hazardous Material Response; Confined Space Rescue; Marine Oil Spill Response; Rescue Boat Crew and Rescue Swimmer Task; Land SAR; Motor Vehicle Accident Rescue; Vertical Rescue; First Aid and Victim Care;

• Have exposure and experiences as instructor is preferable; Instructor of First Aid Training, Firefighting, Rope Access, and SCUBA training from accredited training institution.

• Have knowledge of command and control techniques; Knowledge of principles, techniques, strategy, materials and equipment used in modern fire suppression, firefighting techniques, fire prevention, including hazardous materials and electrical hazards, fire investigation and prevention, rescues and related emergency responses; Knowledge of principles and practices of effective employee supervision, leadership, including selection, training techniques and methods, firefighting public education and awareness and work evaluation, knowledge of emergency medical techniques; Knowledge of report writing and form procedures.

COORDINATOR HSE LNG – EPC POWER

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• To performs supervisory duties; audits compliance with company and national policies, procedures and programs; assists line supervisors with training, communications and implementing project Loss Control philosophy.

• To analyse department statistics and develops and implements programs to address deficiencies

• To advise management of regulatory requirements and proposes methods to meet the current safety regulations;

• Custodian for Health Safety Loss Prevention (HSLP) risk and opportunity register

• Facilitate risk assessment process;

• Coordinate the development and review of HSLP controlled documents based on Information register, audit and risks assessment findings and company standards;

• Schedule, coordinate and conduct HSLP audits against company standards and procedures; 

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and develop project charters and assignment of resources to review and implement;

• Conduct training in HSLP programs, systems and tools;

• Develop reports and make presentations as required;

• Conduct quality reviews of internal and external reports prior to submittal

• Manage improvement projects- e.g. lean;

• Fill operational HSLP roles when required;

• Implements training procedures for Safety/Loss Control staff in line with company Succession Planning Policy;

• Audits compliance to Indonesian safety rules and company policies, procedures and programs;

• Assists managers in the implementation/ supervision of Safety/ Loss Control activities.

• Implements and emergency response procedures;

• Advises line management regarding safety rules, regulations, trends, statistics and compliance with rules;

• Analyses data from accident investigations, observations and inspections to assure management that programs are working as intended. Proposes alternatives to programs that are not working as intended;

• Assist industrial hygiene sampling, surveys and manages a hearing conservation and spirometers program, Medical check Up program.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications or relevant qualifications with minimum 10 years’ HSE experience.

• Have experience in EPC Industry/ Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) construction operation practice is a must with minimum of 5 years’ experience as Senior Supervisory role/ Coordinator in Health, Safety, Environment & Security (HSES) area.

• The candidate should possess HSE System Trainings (Investigation, Risk Assessment or other HSE Trainings supported the system);

• Have strong knowledge about safety, health & environment standard (SMK3, OHSAS 18001, Safety Auditor, Risk Management process) and government safety regulation; understand about HSE standard on EPC/ Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Construction activities; Familiar with Safety management at all levels.

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring; good analytical; conflict resolution;

REPRESENTATIVE – SAFETY FACILITIES & SERVICES

(National - Site Based)

Some of your duties will include:

• Responsible to support and promote safety culture in process operation and ensure safety documentations and reporting well maintained to assure that availability goals are attained and measured

• Responsible to perform and coordinate the HSE training program  based on competence, coaching and resource development activities of process operation to assure that availability goals are attained so that safety culture and safety leadership performance are developed and improved.

• To support company objectives and all applicable Government of Indonesia regulatory and permit obligations for safety procedure, with reporting, compliance, and other statutory requirements within Process operation when required

• To support and assist in safety training program based on competence, safety campaign, coaching, mentoring and implementation.

• To assist and prepare in developing safety statistical tools to monitor safety KPI’s and effectiveness safety program.

• To prepare safety report in weekly and monthly.

• Audits compliance to Company safety rules and policies, procedures and programs as well as Indonesian Government requirements;

• Provide accurate, timely and clear reporting and communication to Superintendent OHS Operations on safety concern in process operation;

• Manage to implement of the safety program in process operation;

• Manage and ensure the effectiveness of safety awareness and training program based on competence to improve the safety culture;

• Participate at the accident investigation, observations, safety Interactions, Inspections, Safety meetings to assure that program are working as intended;

• Ensures compliance with company Standard Task Procedures; Provide required resources to achieve the compliance of mine operation safety laws and regulations.

• Coordinate work schedule and weekly report;

• Assist line supervisor to have observations/Safety Interactions for their positions;

• Implement the company's Environmental Management System (EMS);

• Implements and maintains Emergency Response Plan Procedures.

• Conduct annual side wide risk register (IBPR) and follow up priority as appropriate

• Manage Site Wide Risk Register and evaluation of the implementation layer audit for Top 10 High Risk to each department involvement;

• Maintain and submittal for accident/incident report and monthly report SHLP information (internal and external), quarterly for DOME and annual reporting of the departments activities.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Bachelor Degree in  Engineering, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications or relevant qualifications with minimum 5 years’ OHS experience in Construction Project Development & Facilities Services industry.

• Minimum of 4 years experiences in the related position as a Representative/ Specialist Safety.

• The candidate should possess HSE System Trainings (Investigation, Risk Assessment or other HSE Trainings supported the system); Certified HSE Inspector (AK3 Umum by Kemenaker Tran) and Methodology Level-3 Train the trainer;

• Have strong knowledge about safety, health & environment standard (SMK3, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, Safety Auditor, Risk Management process) and government safety regulation; Demonstrated reporting and presentation capabilities;

• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring; good analytical; conflict resolution;
