We are seeking experienced people for the following positions:
Specialist Finance (928916)
(Batam)
In this role you will:
• Be responsible for daily operational of Finance & Accounting related to end to end Invoicing to Receipt Process, GL Reconciliation,
• Monthly Financial Reporting Deliverables, Document control, Journal & Accrual, JDE processing, and Other financial and administration function associated with Finance in Jakarta
• Processing Finance documentation records and management unit file system.
• End to end Invoicing to Receipt Process includes actively maintain correspondence with commercial team, projects and clients.
• GL Reconciliation
• Monthly Financial Reporting Deliverables
• Document control.
• Journal & Accrual, JDE processing
• Willingness to be hired as local worker in Batam
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor degree in Accounting
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role
• Proficient in Broad knowledge of TMS and Enterprise Systems – JDE, Knowledge of financial and accounting principles and Computer literate.
Coordinator Warehouse (928910)
(Batam)
In this role you will:
• Make sure warehouse arrangement meet the procedure.
• Ensure subcontractors have adequate supervision and resources to plan and complete works on time.
• Monitor, direct, liaise with subcontractors to ensure and maintain program targets.
• Classify storage to make easy to store and fine some part.
• Make sure receiving and dispatch on time and in good manner.
• Check and record all materials and goods received.
• Expedite delivery of ordered goods to all of warehouse.
• File all orders, delivery dockets and requisitions.
• Complete and update monthly Inventory.
• Suitably pack goods and arrange transportation.
• Control over all task execution ensure exceptional accuracy.
• Control the daily work flow ensuring the agreed service levels are met or exceeded.
• Contribute towards operational improvements and/or cost saving initiatives in the operation.
• Lead, motivate, organise and prod the warehouse operations team direction to ensure outstanding performance is achieved in people performance, HSE&Q outcomes and the business results.
• Create a participative team environment.
• Take corrective action on all hazardous situations.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in warehouse operation role.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management, Occupational Health & Safety regulations, administration functions, Computer Literacy, English Language.
Specialist Technical Training Developer (928917)
(Balikpapan)
In this role you will:
• Analyse and interpret national training standards from across Thiess' operational jurisdictions
• Harvest information on training and assessment practices across Thiess operations, ensuring the capture of best practices within training and assessment documents.
• Assist projects in understanding the application of Thiess Certified Training and assessment materials.
• Contribute to the development of online training, and assessment materials.
• Maintain and update training and assessment materials in Thiess Learning Management System (LAAMP).
• Provide advice on instructional/learning and curriculum improvements.
• Review training and assessment materials, making recommendations for improvements to be approved by the global moderation team.
• Maintain and provide guidance on the layout of the expert document storage system.
• Maintain change management spreadsheets for training resources, keeping a comprehensive change history.
• Maintain and update training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Validate the training materials through regular reviews and assessments to align with the latest standards and best practices.
• Establish and maintain minutes of moderation team meetings.
• Develop and maintain training resources improvement register.
• Participate in the performance management process, including the creation of information performance notes.
• Develop eLearning materials and courses to support training objectives.
• Apply instructional design principles to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
• Digitise learning content for accessibility through online platforms and learning management systems.
• Create technical videos to enhance training and instructional materials.
• Design and maintain SharePoint websites (Learning Portal) for sharing training resources and materials.
• Provide cross-regional support by adapting training materials for different regions.
• Interface with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to determine training and assessment requirements and provide content advice.
• Guide the Moderation group on the technical training process and content.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Minimum graduated from Certificate IV qualification in Training and Assessment or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical training development or a related role.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other relevant design tools.
• Proficiency in 3D modelling and animation software, including Blender.
• Expertise in applying instructional design principles to create effective and visually appealing learning experiences.
• Skill in creating and editing multimedia content, including videos, gamification, animations, and interactive graphics.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and experience in designing inclusive learning materials.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics, layout, and typography.
• Ability to work with various file formats, including vector graphics, raster images, and multimedia assets.
• Familiarity with emerging trends and technologies in graphic design and eLearning.
