About Us :

PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry is one of the proposed company for National Strategic Project (PSN) which is located at Bunta, Bungintimbe, and Tanauge Village, Petasia and East Petasia District, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Total investment value are approximately 27.8 Trillion Rupiah, with an area more or less than 600 Ha of 1,912 Ha of Industrial Park PT Stardust Estate Investment. Construction phase was already started in 1st quarter of 2020 and production phase is estimated to be commisioned in 2nd quarter of 2021. Being considered as one of the leading nickel ore based mineral processing in Indonesia, PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry will be developing three different industrial areas; Nickel smelter with 24 line production capacity of 1.8 million ton per year Nickel Pig Iron (NPI), power plant with capacity of 1,100 MW, integrated port & stockpile with capacity up to 9 x 5,000 DWT Barge and 2 x 50,000 DWT Vessel.

1. Doctor

Qualifications:

• Medical Doctor, 2 years of working experience as a Doctor in the mining or smelter company is preferable;

• Having an active Registration Certificate of Medical Doctor (STR);

• Having ATCLS/ACLS and EKG certification;

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (would be an advantage);

• Able to work with team, communicative, and having leadership management;

• Having a high commitment, integrity, and service oriented;

• Attention to detail;

• Willing to work in North Morowali Site (Central Sulawesi) with 10 : 2 roster system

• Available for 2 position

Job Description:

• Carry out service activities to patients, starting from pre-analysis, analysis and post- analysis activities;

• Formulate and solve problems related to the determination of diagnosis, evaluation of treatment, prognosis and disease prevention;

• Provide expert information to patients;

• Provide consulting services;

• Identify and analyze technical problems regarding methodology, equipment, reagents, specimens, and patient preparation;

• Provide insight and knowledge to nurses related to patient handling and administration to develop work systems.

 

2. Translator for Port and Travel (Mandarin)

Qualifications:

• Associate’s Degree or Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 2 years of working experience in the same position;

• Have an HSK Certified will be an advantage;

• Having solid administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office;

• Experience in travel or port operation activities is preferred;

• Available for 1 position in Jakarta (Head Office) and 1 position in North Morowali – with roster system 10 : 2.

Job Descriptions :

• Provide Mandarin translation assistance (both oral and written) at the inter-company level;

• Carry out day-to-day administrative duties and serve as a liaison between internal department with Site team or clients;

• In terms of correspondence with external parties that require Mandarin as an introduction as needed.

 

3. Recruitment & People Development Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology/Human Resources Management/Industrial Engineering/Law;

• At least 5 years of working experience as a Recruiter in the mining company or mining contractor;

• Experienced conducting end-to-end recruitment process for heavy equipment operator positions (such as: crane, loader, excavator, etc), driver, security;

• Have deep knowledge about the flow of the recruitment process and labor regulations related to employment agreements (PKWT, PKWTT, Probation, THL);

• Understand government regulations related to employment in the mining sector;

• Mastering interview skills and psycho test;

• Communicative, capable to work under pressure, and detail-oriented;

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with roster system 8 (weeks) : 2 weeks (off).

Job Description:

• Maintaining MPP of all divisions and fully responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process for positions on site;

• Manage periodically update related to employee database (excel and HRIS System) and employment agreement;

• Make a report on the recruitment process about the applicants;

• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and individual development (IDP);

• Carry out training and development activities;

• Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs;

• Maintaining and evaluating competencies;

• Conduct end-to-end Talent Mapping process.

 

4. HSE Senior Officer Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least an Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent;

• 25 - 30 years old;

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in the same position in the mining/smelter sector;

• Required skill(s): healthy safety environment, occupational safety, K3, trainer;

• Understand and have good knowledge about regulations regarding safety and the environment in the smelter sector, as well as being able to make plans and research environmental standards;

• Have an active license as "Ahli K3 Umum";

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with roster system 10 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off).

Job Description:

• Ensure that all risk assessment in the workplace is established, implemented, monitored, and communicated according to risk management requirements;

• Develop and maintain awareness of occupational hazards and safety precautions;

• Monitoring and doing carry out internal Occupational Safety (K3) training for employees;

• Regularly conduct a safety inspection, evaluation controlling the action, and incident investigation;

• Check the potential for illegal operations in the workplace related to safety;

• Liaise with the internal department, Head Office, and external interested parties and regulatory authorities on matters about safety and health.

 

5. HRD Assistant Manager - HO

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in Psychology/Law/Management or related;

• Minimum 7 years experience in HR;

• Have experience in all HR function (Recruitment, Comben, People Development, and Industrial Relation);

• Experience in Mining or smelter industry;

• Ethical, resourceful, versatile, hands-on, able to work under pressure & self-driven with good organization skills;

• Placement in Jakarta (Head Office).

Job Description:

• Manages & supports HR Manager day-to-day HR operation within the organization;

• Provides advices to managers on employee relation issues;

• Establishes employee handbook, HR policies & procedures to ensure internal controls are maintained;

• Creating HR systems are effective and efficient, for example by creating SOP, Job Description, Training and Development system;

• Compile, carry out and track performance appraisal together with all department heads;

• Conducts effective employee communication to ensure good level of engagement;

• Responsible for compensation and benefit function such as (payroll, Insurance, salary structure);

• Manage MPP and its implementation.

 

6. Trainer Staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3/S1 any major;

• At least 2 years of working experience as Heavy Equipment Trainer at smelter company;

• Have an active license as "Ahli K3 Umum";

• Must have SIM B2 Umum;

• Have experience and ability in the implementation of daily inspection and maintenance of heavy equipment;

• Have experience and ability in basic OH&S tools heavy;

• Good at discipline and team work;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 10 (working) : 2 (off) roster system.

Job Description:

• Creating training need analysis, programs, curriculum, schedule, and training materials in terms of HSE;

• Deliver training related to practicing operating work units;

• Explain the function of panels or indicators on each vehicle unit;

• Creating work plans and reports on the results of internal and external training

 

7. Heavy Equipment Trainer Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Minimum D3 majoring in Mechanical Engineering;

• Maximum 40 years old with at least 2 years of working experience in the same position;

• Experienced and able to understand the types and basics of heavy equipment operation, such as a loader, forklift, crane, excavator, etc;

• Have experience and ability in the implementation of daily inspection and maintenance of heavy equipment;

• Have experience and ability in basic OH&S tools heavy;

• Preference will be given to those who have attended/provided training at dealers;

• Excellent communication and presentation skills;

• Understand the pattern of training, coaching, and mentoring;

• Discipline and high integration;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 8 (working) : 2 (off) roster system.

Job Description:

• Creating programs, curriculum and training materials;

• Responsible for the development of equipment operator competence heavy;

• Ensure the implementation of training and evaluation of training results running continuously;

• Ensure that the P2H implementation of the equipment is carried out properly provide an assessment and evaluation of heavy equipment operators.

 

8. Power Plant Trainer Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in (Mechanical/Electrica/Chemist Engineering)

• Have experience as a Power Plant Trainer (Supervisor level);

• Have a certificate of K3 Steam Power Plant and TOT Level 3;

• Have an understanding of boiler, turbine, and generator operations.

• Have experience in a fabrication company

• Have knowledge of Plant Performance Analyst, Technical Knowledge, Maintenance Planning and Repair Maintenance.

• Have 1st Grade/2nd Grade Certificate issued by DOSH / DEPNAKER K3 with minimum 5 years working experience.

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 8 (working) : 2 (off) roster system.

Job Description:

• Create plant training programs, curriculum, modules and materials

• Responsible for developing the competence of power plant technicians;

• Ensure the implementation and evaluation of training results run smoothly and sustainably;

• Provide assessment and evaluation to power plant technicians.

 

9. Tax Assistant Manager

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience, preferably those who have worked in a tax consultant and are used to working multi-tasking;

• Able to perform tax reconciliation and tax planning for companies. Understand the concept of transfer pricing;

• Proficient in using tax applications (E-Faktur, E-SPT, E-BUPOT) and SAP applications;

• Able to establish good communication with the tax office;

• Thorough, organized and have a good leadership spirit;

• Willing to be placed in Head Office (Jakarta)

Jobs Description:

• Review the work of staff regarding the company's monthly tax reporting and ensure that all taxes are paid correctly

• Conduct monthly tax reconciliations both PPh and VAT

• Supervise the tax review process carried out by the appointed consultant

• Assist in the tax audit process that is being undertaken by the company

• Prepare Annual SPT starting from calculating fiscal corrections to reporting

• Represent the company in the ongoing tax audit process and establish good cooperation with the registered tax office.

• Create and execute tax planning required for the company's tax efficiency

• Serve as an internal tax consultant and provide appropriate tax advice to management including Transfer Pricing.

 

10. Finance Supervisor

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, preferably from Accounting/Finance, Banking, Management Finance, or relevant field;

• 28-35 years old;

• Minimal 5 years experience in related field;

• Excellent in Ms. Office (Excel and word);

• Detail oriented, able to work with deadlines;

• Able to maintenance loan transaction deadline;

• Has experience to correspondent with the bank related to loan transaction;

• Familiar with required documents for loan application to bank;

• Ability to work both independently and as a team player and thrive in a fast paced, high-pressure environment;

• Ability to communicate well, and work productively with internal and external individuals;

• Willing to be placed at PT GNI's sister company in Head Office (Jakarta).

Jobs Description:

• Check, verify and prepare payment transactions;

• Record payment into the system;

• Recap payment reports and outstanding payments;

• Create payment transactions via e-banking or manual;

• Coordinate with banks regarding loans;

• Control and analyze the company's cash flow;

• Bank reconciliation with outgoing money transactions in the system;

• Monitoring cash advance and petty cash.
