PROCESS ENGINEER
Requirements :
• Minimal S1 Chemical/Petroleum/Others relevant engineering.
• Having minimum 5 years minimum experience of Process Engineering on Medium/ Large capital petrochemical from concept to start up.
• Must be able to demonstrate a detailed knowledge of industry standards and codes, such as API, ASME, ISO, required to support the review of company standards, project reviews and implementation of plant construction.
• Shall have experience with creating PFDs, P&IDs, troubleshooting process equipment and system failures, including pumps, compressors, pipeline/piping and dehydration systems and knowledge of HYSIS and other process simulation software is required.
• Advance analytical & problem-solving skills including root cause analysis (RCA)
• Proven ability for equipment specification and selection and in ensuring compliance from the suppliers, preferably within an EPC contracting organization.
• Strong knowledge of process simulation software (e.g, Aspen HYSYS, UniSim)
• Understanding of Indonesian regulations for Electrical equipment
• Experience in Functional Safety including, development Functional Safety Management Plan, participation in Safety Reviews, development of SRS/SIL calculations and verification and validation activities.
• Competent in Sizing of flow devices/ control valves / relief devices.
• Competent in P&ID development.
• HAZOP experience, experience with process safety management system and hazard analysis techniques.
• SHE Management.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multi discipline teams.
CIVIL ENGINEER
Requirements :
• Age 30 – 40 Years.
• Minimal S1 Civil.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
• 10 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical Industry Preferred.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry knowledge may be strongly desired.
• Have the ability and experience to carry out construction/structural design to support preparation and construction activities for operational facilities.
• Familiarity with design software, such as Autodesk, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and MicroStation or others.
• Knowledge of map creation software and photo imaging software. Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
• Understand International Standards in carrying out Engineering Design, SNI, ASCE, ACI, ASTM, AWS.
• Have the ability to facilitate, collaborate, and coordinate with other functions and EPC parties.
• Able to think creatively and logically.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a high level of accuracy in calculations and design.

INSTRUMENT ENGINEER
Requirements :
• Min S1 Instrument/Electrical/Physic Engineering/Others relevant engineering.
• Min 4 years experiences of instrument Engineering on Medium/Large capital projects from concept to start-up.
• Competent of working within the C& I (control & instrument) Discipline on Small Projects..
• Advance analytical & problem-solving skills including root cause analysis (RCA)
• Experience in use of Instrument Standard: IEE, IEEC.
• Proven ability for equipment specification and selection and in ensuring compliance from the suppliers, preferably within an EPC contracting organization.
• Competent in project execution using selected design tools and techniques.
• Competent for budget schedule control/monitoring and reporting.
• Competent in design safety, constructability.
• Understanding of Indonesian regulation for Electrical equipment.
• Competent in the application, specification and requisitioning od DCS, PLC and SIS System, with experience of the system full lifecycle.

ELECTRICAL ENGINEER
Requirements :
• Min S1 Electrical / Others Relevant Engineering.
• Min 6 years experiences in Electrical Engineering on Medium/ Large capital petrochemical from concept to start up.
• Detailed engineering and construction process knowledge in electrical, ELV and BMS services for commercial and light industrial.
• In continuation to above knowledge on below mentioned system is sought:
- Hight Voltage 110 kV (distribution substations)
- Low voltage 0.38 kV, cables, bus bars, MDB's, MCC's, SMDB's, DB's etc.
- Emergency lighting, central battery etc.
- CCTV, Access control system & security
• Experience in use of all international Electrical codes/standards like NFPA. NEC, IEC, IEEE, NEMA
• Trough knowledge on process involving design, selection, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of MEP services is required.
• Competent for budget & schedule control / monitoring and reporting.
• Understanding of Indonesian regulations for Electrical equipment.
• Competent in Electrical and Control requirement for Mechanical packages.
• Competent in Electrical protection methodologies.

MECHANICAL STATIC ENGINEER
Requirements :
• Minimal S1 Mechanical/Civil/Others relevant engineering.
• Having minimum 5 years’ experience of Mechanical Static Engineering on Medium/ Large capital petrochemical from concept to start up.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the design, selection, installation, and operation of mechanical static equipment, including pressure vessels, tanks, piping and fittings, valves, heat exchanger, and associated systems.
• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience with international Code & Standards like ASME, TEMA, API, AD2000, PD5500, DIN, JIS, ANSI, ASTM, etc. including excellent interpretation skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools commonly used in mechanical static equipment design and analysis such as Autocad, SAP 200, and others.
• Knowledge of process involving design, selection, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning of static services is required.
• Proven ability for equipment specification and selection and in ensuring compliance from the suppliers, preferably within an EPC contracting organization.
• Understanding of Indonesian regulations for mechanical static equipment.
• Competent in Mechanical static protection methodologies.

Requirements:
• Min S1 Mechanical or Others Relevant Engineering.
• Having min 5 years experiences in Mechanical Rotating Engineering on Medium/ Large capital petrochemical from concept to start .
• Strong knowledge and experience in the design, selection, installation, and operation of mechanical rotating equipment, including pumps, compressors, turbines, and associated systems.
• Familiarity with industry codes standard related to rotating equipment, such as API (American Petroleum Institute) standards and ISO (International Organization for Standardization) guidelines.
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools commonly used in mechanical rotating equipment design and analysis, such as Autocad, SAP 200, and others.
• Experience in use of all international codes/standard like ASME, DIN, JIS, ANSI, ASTM.
• Trough knowledge on process involving design, selection, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of rotating services is required.
• Proven ability for equipment specification and selection and in ensuring compliance from the suppliers, preferably within an EPC contracting organization.

Requirements :
• Min S1 Mechanical/ Civil/ Electrical/Instrument/Others relevant engineering or Science.
• Min 4 years experiences Document Control/Management experience on major petrochemical projects.
• Exceptional level of computer literacy in Windows - Word, Outlook, Excel.
• Knowledge of document management is essential.
• In depth knowledge of document control systems and procedures.
• Experience of using EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) such as Projectwise would be advantageous.
• Experience working with many file types.
• Ability to find and preserve paper documents.
• Basic understanding of construction would be an added advantage.

CONTROL SYSTEM ENGINEER
Requirements :
• Min S1 Instrument/Control/Electronics/Computer/Others relevant engineering.
• Min 6 years experiences of control DCS Engineering on Medium / Large capital petrochemical projects from concept to start up.
• Advance working knowledge of DCS system brand such as Honeywell, Siemen, etc.
• Knowledge of Rockwell/Siemens/others PLC & HMII, Tricone ESD, Bentley Nevada will be preferred.
• Practical Experience with establishing communication interfaces with third party system using Ethernet Network and Modbus is necessary.
• Networking fundamental knowledge is required.
• Ability to develop Engineering drawings and wiring schematics, loop diagrams and power distribution for Control system.
• Knowledge of SIL fundamental is required.
• Experience in use all international Electrical codes/standards like NFPA, NEC, IEC, IEEE, NEMA.
• Trough knowledge on process involving design, selection, procurement, fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of MEP services is required.
• Proven ability for equipment specification and selection and in ensuring compliance from the suppliers, preferably within an EPC contracting organization.

HSE MANAGER
Requirements :
• Age 40 – 50 Years.
• Bachelor's degree in K3/Public Health, similar engineering major.
• Minimum 5 years experience as HSE Manager in Mining, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical or similar is preferred.
• Have knowledge and ability to implement ISO Standards 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA and NFPA standards.
• Ability to develop and implement a QHSE Management System.
• Working knowledge of safety management information system.
• Create and run a company P2K3 organization and report all activities every 3 months.
• Create and develop risk management through HIRADC, JSA, HAZOPS, CSMS, Why Tree.
• Mastering HSE Documents (JSA, HIRA, CSMS etc.)
• Willing to be assigned to all Company operational areas if needed.
• Excellent knowledge of Indonesia K3 legislation and procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of potentially hazardous materials or practices.
• Experience with writing policies and procedures for health, safety and environmental.

Responsibility:
• Responsible for identifying Indonesian safety and environmental protection regulations, and formulating the company's safety and environmental protection system.
• Formulate Company safety and environmental protection policies and objectives.
• Responsible for coordinating safety and environmental matters with the Ministry of Manpower, Ministry of Environment and Forestry, Safety IMIP, and Ministry of the Environment.
• Responsible for the supervision and management of the company's hazardous chemicals and major hazards.
• Responsible for supervising the disposal of waste water and waste gas according to standards and hazardous waste disposal compliance.
• Responsible for overseeing the timely submission of RKL-RPL, South Seas Committee meeting reports and traffic reports to IMIP.
• Responsible for evaluating the company's ENVIRONMENTAL PROPER performance and SMK3 certification.
• Conduct audits and carry out planning, implementation and supervision of work and K3LL in the project environment. The Safety Manager must provide standard regulations in each work procedure.
• Bridge company information with HSE users at the project location and in the work unit.
• Provide and convey the HSE Policy, socialize it and implement it on an ongoing basis.
• Carry out inspections and investigations of work implementation procedures.
• Implementation of HSE both in the company area and sub-company areas (if any).
• Recruit and prepare members in the health, safety, environment division who meet their qualifications and understand their responsibilities as HSE.
• Supervise and report to management and other institutions in accordance with the required rules.
PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Requirements :
• Age 35 – 45 years.
• Minimum S1 education majoring in Engineering, Administration and/or other relevant majors.
• Have experience in the same field for at least 5 years in the same position, preferably from the manufacturing industry.
• Understand procurement issues.
• Have good skills regarding Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Purchasing.
• Good knowledge of procurement regulations, contracts, vendor management.
• Accustomed to managing vendors and has an extensive supplier network.
• Master Ms. Office (Excel & Power Point) and presentation techniques.
• Have good negotiation and analytical skills, communicative, disciplined, honest.
• Able to work as a team and under pressure.
• Placement of Head Office Jakarta.
Responsibility:
• Recommend and monitor procurement methods in order to increase the efficiency of costs incurred by the company.
• Review supplier performance regularly to find suppliers who have quality products with competitive prices and on-time delivery.
• Monitor the process of preparing and presenting procurement reports in accordance with established systems and procedures.
• Monitor the realization of goods delivery and the realization of outstanding POs to determine the status of goods.
• Responsible for planning the procurement of goods, making financial estimates in the procurement of goods.
• Leader in managing factory productivity operations, working together with all other departments and operational teams.
• Cooperate well between related departments to enforce contract and regulatory compliance throughout the entire process.
