Specialist Business Analyst & PMO

(Placement : Jakarta)

Supevisory Level

Job Description :

1. Oversee the planning, implementation and monitoring of strategic initiatives

2. Establish project and program management methodologies, standards, and best practices so that initiatives are on track, on budget, and in line with expected goals

3. Identify potential risks and challenges associated with strategic initiatives and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address these risks

4. Implement a quality assurance process to ensure that initiatives meet organizational standards and expectations

5. Implement and manage technology solutions and tools (e.g., project management software, data analysis tools) to support initiative management

6. Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the organization's current processes, operations, systems, and identify areas requiring improvement and opportunities for optimization

7. Simplify and optimize business processes to reduce waste, increase efficiency, and improve quality, and utilize process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma or Business Process Reengineering

8. Identify opportunities to reduce operational costs, as well as maintain or improve quality and optimize resource allocation to align with business priorities

9. Identifying the progress of each project to ensure the company completes it according to the budget, resources and schedule that have been determined, as well as determining and prioritizing the projects that will be carried out based on corporate strategy and company goals

10. Monitor the operational budget for business activities in the company, based on the routine budget that has been made, to ensure that the company's activities are in accordance with the company's business objectives, as well as reviewing the company's routine financial expenditure based on existing policies by comparing the budget that has been made with the actual costs incurred to minimize cost variances.

Qualification :

1. Educational Background : Bachelor Degree from Mining Engineering/ Other Engineering

2. Maximum age 35 Years old

3. Minimum 3 years work experience in the mining industry

4. Experience in Project Management or Business Improvement Minimum 3 Years 

5. Minimum 2 year experience in Cost Control Management

6. Have Green Belt Certification (Six Sigma)

7. Have Strong Analytical Thinking

8. Mastering Microsoft Office Level Advance (Ms. Excel, Power BI, Ms. Project, Visio, Ms. Planner)

9. Mastering Database & SQL and Good Data Visualization

10. Mastering Project Management & Cost Management (Cost Effectiveness: Cost Reduction, Cost Improvement & Cost Initiative)

Section Head Accounting

(Placement : Jakarta)

Supervisory Level

Job Description :

1. Monitoring financial reporting and general ledger, monitoring, analyzing and evaluating financial aspects in business arrangement contracts which include taxation, credit term and accounting treatment

2. Assist the Accounting Manager to achieve accounting operational objectives by contributing accounting information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and finalize an action plan; Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards

3. Ensure accurate and monthly reporting of all monthly, quarterly and final financial information, and ensure a good and timely year-end audit schedule

4. Using professional accounting concepts and internal company policies to resolve complex accounting issues including maintenance of internal controls, and maintaining compliance of accounting treatment against PSAK/IFRS

5. Plan and coordinate the development of financial and accounting systems and procedures, and control their implementation to ensure all financial processes and transactions are orderly and orderly, and reduce financial risks

6. Cooperate with other Divisions in general and the Finance Division in particular to support the overall goals and objectives of the department and respond to inquiries from management and external parties regarding financial results, special reporting requests and others.

Qualification :

1. Minimum S1 Accounting with a maximum age of 35 years

2. Minimum 4-6 years experience in Senior Accounting / Senior supervisor Accounting or Management Reporting positions

3. Proficient in Using Microsoft Office (Advanced Excel, Highly preferred)

4. Familiar with Using SAP (Highly preferred)

5. Have a deep understanding of PSAK/IFRS accounting standards

6. Have CA/AK/CMA certificate

7. Have a strong leadership spirit, can communicate actively with various lines in the company
