To support our immediate upcoming projects, we are looking for qualified candidates to fill the role as follow:

1. Lead Mechanical & Piping Engineer (Indonesian National)

Reporting to the Engineering Manager the Lead Mechanical & Piping Engineer’s responsibilities will include:

1. Creates cost estimates and/or bills of materials for project budgets and/or scope definition.

2. Performs, reviews, and approves necessary mechanical and piping engineering calculations.

3. Draft contract administration correspondence.

4. Works with the drafting team to develop and review civil, mechanical, piping, and structural layouts, arrangement, and detail drawings.

5. Evaluates and adjudicates received bids and quotations for both mechanical and process equipment as well as civil, structural, mechanical and piping construction scopes of work. Responsible for utilizing supplier information, cost standards, and technical information from quality, manufacturing engineering, and design engineering to form contractor selection.

6. Involved in process plant construction as well as commissioning (dry, wet, and ore commissioning) and facilitates handover to site operations both for domestic and international projects.

7. Schedules and monitors program activities to achieve an “on-time” result including follow-up with external suppliers to ensure timely response to action items.

8. Monitors project cost activities to achieve an “in-budget” results.

9. Ensures justifications for contractual claims resolution and/or variations during project implementation.

10. Ensures the mechanical and piping engineering design complies with Client and/or Company technical specifications and/or Indonesian & International Standards.

12. Recommends remedial actions to mitigate schedule delays, scope creeps, and budget overruns

13. Prepares engineering proposals and solutions.

14. Makes informed well thought out decision making throughout the engineering process, considers safety, project costs, material compatibility, industry standards, maintainability, operability and constructability to deliver mechanical & piping engineering designs that exceed Client and Company expectations.

15. Identifies opportunities to improve processes and efficiencies in the development and implementation of the capital works projects.

16. Recommends remedial actions to mitigate schedule delays, scope creeps and budget overruns

17. Performs mechanical engineering investigations on existing and future plants and equipment

18. Leads and mentors a team of mechanical and piping engineers from senior to graduate level;

19. Is fully accountable for the outcomes including costs, schedule and any reworks of the mechanical piping engineering design on projects;

20. Participates and provides valuable input into HAZID and HAZAOP studies.

Requirement:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University;

•  A minimum of 10 years of experience within the mining industry with 8 years working in/on studies, PRE-FEED, FEED and detailed design.

• A minimum of 5-years’ experience within the design and/or operation of gold mining processing plants;

• Proven site experience with respect to the construction, commissioning, maintenance and/or operations of mineral processing facilities.

• Must have proven design experience with respect to materials handlining and wet plant design;

• Must be able to perform pumping and pipe sizing calculations for process slurry via first principals;

• Detailed knowledge of piping, tanks, pressure vessels, valves, scrubbers, screens, crushers, conveyors, feeders, pumps, blowers, compressors, and instruments.

• Previous experience and good working knowledge of American and Australian design standards including ASME, API, CEMA, AS in addition to Indonesian Standards (NSI)

• Excellent understanding of project budget preparation and estimating.

• Excellent knowledge of reading and understanding drawings.

• Excellent knowledge of project execution principals and project management systems.

• Have knowledge on gold processing plant.

• Proficient in reading and writing in English is a must

2. Senior Mechanical & Piping Engineer (Indonesian National)

Responsibilities:

1. Performs, reviews, and approves necessary mechanical engineering calculations.

2. Works with the drafting team to develop and review civil, mechanical, piping and structural layouts, arrangement and detail drawings.

3. Develops, reviews, and approves technical specifications and data sheets.

4. Identifies and specifies the scope of work packages

5. Evaluated and adjudicated received bids and quotations for both mechanical and process equipment as well as civil, structural, mechanical and piping construction scopes of work. Responsible for utilizing supplier information, cost standards, and technical information from quality, manufacturing engineering, and design engineering to form contractor selection

6. Involved in process plant construction as well as commissioning (dry, wet and ore commissioning) and facilitates handover to site operations on projects domestically as well as internationally.

Requirement:

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited University;

3. Senior Control System (Indonesian National)

Responsibilities:

1. A senior Control System Engineer or Automation Engineer is responsible for the Control System design, project organization, and project execution of company engineering projects in compliance with International, National, and Company standards and procedures for Best Practice Design, Environment, Health, and Safety.

2. Continuous learning and growing.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) – Software Engineer, Control Engineering, Electrical Science, Physic Engineering or other technical background with on hands experience in the daily work.

• Automation Engineering/Programming Experience – 5+ years (including DCS and PLC).

• IoT Experience - connectivity, software development, data communication & data analysis.

• Able to drive a team and as part of team.

• Can bring something special to the team.

• Have good experience for engineering software in Process Automation

o Studio500, FTLink, FTView SE, FTView ME

o UnityProXL, Citect SCADA, Wonderware

o PCS 7, PDM, WinCC, STEP7, SITRANS

o PAC System, DELTA VTM

o Communication protocol EtherNet/IP, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus, HART

• Have good experience in designing the system architecture, wiring diagram, process and instrument diagrams.

• Have good experience in Digitalization and IIoT industrial applications

• Have Experience in Electrical Drive & Control

• Have experience as a Control Systems Engineer in the mineral processing industry

• Strong interpersonal, self-driven, and leadership skills.

• Excellent communication and writing skills in Bahasa and English is a must.

4. Control System Engineer (Indonesian National)

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for designing, developing, installing, managing and/or maintaining equipment that is used to monitor and control process plant systems, equipment, and processes

2. Develop, review and approves technical specifications and data sheets

3. Identifies and specifies the scope of work packages

4. Involved in process plant commissioning (dry, wet and ore commissioning) and facilitates handover to site operations

5. Schedules and monitors program activities to achieve an “on-time” result including follow-up with external suppliers to ensure timely response to action items

6. Ensures justifications for contractual claims resolution and/or variations during projects implementation

7. Recommends remedial actions to mitigate schedule delays, scope creeps and budget overruns

Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) – Software Engineer, Control Engineering, Electrical Science, Physic Engineering or other technical background with on hands experience in the daily work

• Automation Engineering/Programming Experience – 3+ years

• Has skills in all specific control disciplines such advanced process control (APC), distributed control systems (DCS), programmable logic controllers (PLC) and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA)

• Has a good understanding of process plant instrumentation inclusive of automated valves with regard to selection, installation and calibration

• Have good experience in designing the system architecture, wiring diagram, process and instrument diagrams.

• Have good experience in Digitalization and IIoT industrial applications

• Have Experience in Electrical Drive & Control

• Have experience as a Control Systems Engineer in the mineral processing industry

• Good knowledge and understanding of accepted Electrical Engineering practices, design codes and regulations

• Good knowledge of reading and understanding drawings

• Good knowledge of project execution principals and project management systems

• Excellent communication and writing skills in Bahasa and English is a must
