Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Operating & Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations and projects within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful project management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.

Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing potential risks and issues.

Oversee the day-to-day operations, optimizing processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.

Maintain strong communication channels with team members, stakeholders, and leadership.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor Degree majoring in related position, Master Degree is preferred;

- Possesses minimum 15 years working experiences with minimum 5 years in managerial position;

- Knowledge and experience in drilling operations is an advantage.

- Proven experience in project management, with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.

- Proficient in project management tools and software.
