We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:
1. Execution Planning Advisor
JOB ROLES
• Provide guidance and advice to the entire Project organization and the Project Services group on project planning and schedule control.
• Educate and develop team capabilities in planning and schedule control by proactively demonstrating best practices and acting as a role model.
• Coordinate and facilitate package teams and functional departments to develop work schedules of each team and also integrated schedule.
• Provide appropriate advice on schedule logic and sequence, and on the necessity and duration of individual activities to ensure the schedule is workable and practical. Embed with package teams and functional teams in their day-to-day operations and take primary ownership of schedule management, ensuring timely updates, integrity of logic and data, and alignment with interfaces and dependencies.
• Monitor and review Abadi Project status, providing advice and early warnings to help ensure the project is completed on time. Develop and recommend recovery or mitigation plans, scenario analyses, and what‑if simulations to safeguard key milestones.
• Prepare and present clear, actionable schedule performance reports and dashboards to management and stakeholders, including forecast completion dates.
• Contribute to cost and schedule risk analysis.
• Support integrated risk workshops to identify schedule and cost drivers, quantify risks and opportunities, and define assumptions and ranges. Ensure alignment between the risk register, schedule risk inputs, and cost estimates, and periodically update analyses as project conditions evolve.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in technical science, engineering, management/business administration, economics, finance, or social science discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of Experiences in oil and gas industries or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Primavera is mandatory.
2. Engineering & Supplies Coordination Long Lead Item Engineer
JOB ROLES
• Develop the equipment list and group the list based on schedule and cost priority.
• Compile all technical, schedule and cost data, and develop the justification, risk and opportunity to be presented to INPEX management, JV and SKKMIGAS.
• Develop the procurements requirements documents for the critical items (equipment)
• Support the communication with Vendors, Develop the agreement of Purchase Order Novation to EPC Contractor as part of EPCI Contract to the selected Consortium
• Ensure that all technical data (Data Sheet) attached to PO is already agreed and countersigned by Potential EPCI Contractors.
• Responsible to monitor the Long Lead Items manufacturing load that may vary from time to time depending on the order received by them, raise the concern to management for intervention if there is any sign of potential delay.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in LNG facilities is required.
3. Early Work LNG Construction Engineer
JOB ROLES
• Develop and document the scope of work for Early Infrastructure Work and provide input to the potential contractor to develop Construction Execution plan in line with FEED Contractor requirements. The input shall be consistent with engineering principles and philosophy, strategy, engineering standards and other defined specifications.
• Construction Planning - Manage the deliverable of Early Work Construction Planning; Construction Schedule; Support Construction Cost Estimates and Quantities Development; Manage Construction Risk Assessment & Analysis; Manage Construction Stakeholders Interfaces; Develop and Implement Labor Management Plan; Support Engineering Practices and Processes (MOCs, LOPA, HAZOP, etc.); Plan Construction Completions, Turnover, and Closeout Works Processes.
• Preparation and documentation for Early Work - The purpose of this review is to support contracting (scope of work) in accordance with the pre-FID works through candidate’s expertise such as construction knowledge and experience
• Coordinate with INPEX FEED Team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works defined in Contract Deliverable list related to FEED requirements. Provide recommendations and technical input on Construction engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors to meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the OLNG Facilities
• Supervision and management of Early Work at site with paramount Safety leadership; Ensure that the ongoing Early Work Construction is managed, supervised in a safe manner in compliance per Jurisdiction and regulation
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in the Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in LNG facilities is required.
4. Manager Compensation & Benefit and Expatriate Administration
JOB ROLES
• Manage Company remuneration plan, strategy and implementation, evaluate and monitor effectiveness of Company remuneration system (grading system, salary administration, performance reward model, payroll system, etc.); and to provide recommendations of remuneration adjustment based on market survey analysis, company ability and other considerations; to ensure implemented remuneration is competitive compared to other oil and gas company, it complies with Government rules and regulations and Company remuneration policy and procedures.
• Manage team to prepare remuneration budget and payrolls for National and Expatriate employees, monitor and review budget completion which includes allowances, benefit and deduction according to agreement and Company policy and procedures, evaluate and provide solution on remuneration issues; in order to ensure valid remuneration budget and remuneration comply with Government regulations and Company policy and procedures.
• Manage and Evaluate job evaluation process for new position and/or enrichment/enlargement roles and responsibilities of current position, slotting process into grading system and salary structure; in order to set updated compensation and benefit system in accordance with Company policy and procedures.
• Manage HR&GS budget for personnel cost, non-personnel cost (recruitment, training, social activities, Outsourcing, HR&GS Consultant) and General Services; Manage the implementation of budget cycling in HR&GS department in planning, monitoring, evaluating, and revising; Set budget for HR & GS in order to ensure budget calculation are valid, accurate in timely manner, align with guidelines rules & regulation and support company activities.
• Manage and lead team to review and improve Business Process/ Standard/ Procedure/ Guideline related to Compensation & Benefit and Expatriate Administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Preferably, a minimum 15 years of experiences in Human Resources. Having experience in PSC Company is preferred.
5. Head Recruitment
JOB ROLES
• Manage and evaluate annual recruitment plan based on the Manpower Planning provided by Studies & Organization Team.
• Evaluate and monitor recruitment budget execution based on the annual recruitment plan/activities.
• Control and monitor all required recruitment sourcing process and ensure all activities are aligned with the company standards & procedures; (i) define sourcing strategies to fulfil the vacant positions, (ii) sourcing candidates refer to the job requirements using the selected sourcing channels.
• As a focal point for Technical Manpower Supply coordinating with project function and other related HR Team members.
• Control and monitor all required recruitment selection process and ensure all activities are aligned with the company standards &procedures; (i) shortlisting candidates, (ii) defining required selection tools, (iii) scheduling recruitment tests/interviews and communicating the recruitment schedule, (iv) conduct reference check to the selected candidates, (v) managing and following up job offers, (vi) liaising with Medical Team to conduct pre-employment Medical Check Up.
• Control and monitor all required recruitment hiring process and ensure all activities are aligned with the company standards & procedures; (i) managing and following up employment agreement, (ii) verify original supporting documents.
• Monitor and control Induction Program and ensure that the program is aligned with the company standards & procedures and INPEX strategy.
• Monitor and control Internship Program and ensure that the program is aligned with the company standards & procedures.
• Monitor and control Apprenticeship Program and ensure that the program aligns with the company standards & procedures
• Monitor and control usability of E-recruitment System, Coordinate and evaluate recruitment policy and procedure in order to comply to law and INPEX strategy
• Review regular recruitment report to be informed to HR&GS Management and Management.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Psychology or any other discipline
• Preferably, minimum of 13 years experiences with minimum 5 years in the Oil and Gas industry.
6. Lead People Development
JOB ROLES
• Monitor Company strategic plan in short term, middle term, and long term; coordinate the team to review current status of competency alignment to the Company strategic plan both competency as a position requirement and competency assessment result of employee; coordinate the team to develop and propose people development plan and program; in order to ensure availability of people development program and plan that align with Company strategic plan and target.
• Coordinate, define and propose talent pool criteria such as high performer of employees based on employee performance appraisals result (EPMS), competency requirement in current and in future position, competency gap assessment, employee working experiences, specific skills, etc.; coordinate to screen employees according to the criteria; in order to ensure talent pool data updated and complete as an internal sources of candidates to fulfill Management/Company strategic plan.
• Lead the team to prepare, propose and execute people development program for candidates in talent pool as a part of succession planning which consist of assignment in a position, individual development program (IDP), mentoring programs, leadership development programs, executive development, and others programs including mentoring, tutorial, OJT, training program and/or seminar/conference for Manager level and above; evaluate people development program effectiveness and the program impact to such employees; in order to ensure people development programs match to the need of Company succession planning.
• Coordinate competency assessment programs conducted by determined third party or internal party, monitor assessment method implemented in the assessment process and review the assessment result; coordinate and monitor in updating employee competency database; in order to ensure competency assessment process meet Company quality standards and competency assessment result of determined employee is valid and update as a base of development program implementation or in fulfilling Management/Company plan.
• Coordinate and monitor to develop and propose format and system of knowledge management, monitor and evaluate knowledge content submitted by individual employee to be uploaded in the system; coordinate and monitor to develop and propose sharing session programs for all departments; in order to ensure knowledge management and sharing session are in line with Company quality standards.
• Coordinate to provide explanation of employee education support and other policy related to people development and procedures to such employee, to ensure education support policy and procedures are implemented properly and well-informed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• Preferably a minimum of 13 years experiences, And minimum of 3 years experiences preferable in oil & gas industry.
7. Lead Studies & Organization Development
JOB ROLES
• Lead the team in Organization Design and Development (RPTK), including analyze and review recommendation on strategic issues related to Organization Design and Development and its approval process (SKK Migas, MIGAS & Manpower Minister);
• Lead the team in Organizational issue & Organization Effectiveness and provide recommendation on action item and implementation of Organization Effective Program;
• Review and analyze Job Administration which covers Job Description, Job Analysis, and Job Evaluation; including evaluating and giving expertise advice on strategic issues related to Job Administration;
• Coordinate, analyze, and improve the implementation of KPI establishment, Employee Performance Management System (EPMS), and Strategy Deployment process;
• Improve and implement of Career Development Management, Talent Management, and Competency Framework;
• Coordinate, review, and improve Organization Development administration, system, database and reporting;
• Coordinate, review and monitor the implementation of Employee Promotion;
• Lead, manage and improve related HR Business Process, Standard, Procedure, Guideline to achieve effective and efficient process comply to Company policy and procedure.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline. Tertiary degree in Organization, Change Management or HR is preferred.
• Preferably, a minimum of 13 years’ experiences with 8 years in Oil & Gas industry.
8. Senior Specialist Security Management System
JOB ROLES
• Develop, review, update, and maintain the Security Management System framework, policies, standards, procedures, guidelines, processes, and supporting tools.
• Ensure SeMS alignment with company policies, applicable Indonesian regulations, Integrated Corporate Security principles, ISO management system concepts, and oil and gas industry best practices.
• Establish security objectives, performance indicators, assurance requirements, and annual improvement programs, including periodic SeMS reviews and management reviews.
• Develop and maintain security risk management processes and methodologies, and facilitate security risk assessments for corporate offices, project locations, facilities, logistics routes, personnel movements, and special activities.
• Review security threat assessments, recommend mitigation measures, and monitor implementation of risk treatment actions.
• Establish security assurance programs, including inspections, audits, verifications, self-assessments, and corrective/preventive action tracking until closure.
• Develop security performance monitoring mechanisms and dashboards, analyze trends, incidents, findings, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats, and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain security incident reporting and investigation processes, participate in or lead investigations, facilitate root cause analysis, and manage lessons learned follow-up.
• Develop contractor security management requirements, review contractor security plans and performance, and monitor contractor compliance with company security requirements.
• Develop security awareness and competency programs, coordinate training, exercises, drills, and workshops, and maintain security competency matrices and training records.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in security management, Risk Management, HSSE, Engineering, Criminology, Law, Military/Police Studies, or related disciplines.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Minimum 10 (ten) years of experience in security, risk management, HSSE, or related functions. With minimum 5 (five) years of experience in oil and gas, LNG, EPC/EPCI, energy, mining, or major infrastructure projects.
• Experienced in management system development, audits, assurance, governance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
9. Lead External Relation
JOB ROLES
• Lead and coordinate the team in developing external relations strategy to support INPEX Indonesia project activities; analyze and map Company stakeholders to identify and define major impact of stakeholders as a base of creating harmonized and valuable relation among parties.
• Lead and coordinate the team in developing, coordinating and maintaining external relations matters to support INPEX Indonesia project activities related to networking and relationship management, liaison services, advocacy planning and implementation, socioeconomics and socio-political analysis; in order to ensure external supports to INPEX Indonesia project activities.
• Develop and maintain networking and relationship management (such as creating approach to the key persons, hearing with local or national level representative groups, facilitating executive visits in INPEX area etc.); Develop and maintain good relationship with external stakeholders and SKK Migas to ensure good support to INPEX Indonesia company activities especially project.
• Monitor and review national and local issues related with INPEX Indonesia activities; Recommend steps that can be taken by INPEX Indonesia regarding the issues that occurred in order to take appropriate steps and support the INPEX Indonesia smooth operations.
• Analyze and evaluate report prepared based on requirement and regulation; Deliver and explain report to stakeholders; Maintain report database in order to ensure that reports required by stakeholders are in accordance with the requirements and applicable regulations.

10. Senior Specialist Permitting & Formalities
JOB ROLES
• Review and monitor required regulatory compliance/permits from Government of Indonesia as well as local Government of Indonesia, SKK Migas and its Representative for projects and operations activities; provide recommendations in interpreting local Government rules and regulations; to ensure projects and operations activities are compliant with the prevailing rules and regulations.
• Maintain communication with local government and other specific institutions at central level related to formalities issues required for project activities; in order to ensure local government support to solve formalities issues, and permits submission within the timeframe, company policy, rules and regulations.
• Provide recommendations and advance expertise in developing the socialization aspects of INPEX projects and/or other business operations to local governments – when required before project and/or business operation execution.
• Provide recommendations and advance expertise in handling and dealing with all non-technical issues of existing project which are related to local governments and other stakeholders – to provide solutions to the raised non-technical issues.
• Develop and maintain positive relations with central and local governments’ key personnel – to enable effective warning system in supporting the management to take prompt and effective decisions and actions.
