PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) is a prominent mining company in Indonesia, specialising in the exploration and mining of precious metals such as gold and silver. The Company’s primary operating site is the Martabe Gold Mine in the Indonesian province of North Sumatra, while our headquarters in Jakarta facilitates and manages the corporate functions of the Company.

The area of the Martabe Gold Mine is based on a sixth-generation 30-year Contract of Work with the Government of Indonesia. The total area is 130,252 hectares, or 1,303 km² covering South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli, and Mandailing Natal Regencies. The operational area of the Martabe Gold Mine in South Tapanuli Regency is 509 hectares as of January 2022.

As of 30 September 2023, our mineral resources amounted to of 6.2 million ounces of gold and 59 million ounces of silver. Production The operating capacity of the Martabe Gold Mine is more than 7 million tonnes of ore per year to produce more than 200,000 ounces of gold and 1-2 million ounces of silver per year..

PT Danusa Tambang Nusantara (PTDTN) holds 95% shares of PT Agincourt Resources. PTDTN is a subsidiary of PT United Tractors Tbk. with 60% share ownership and PT Pamapersada Nusantara with 40% share ownership, as well as part of PT Astra International Tbk business group. A total of 5% of PT Agincourt Resources' shares are owned by South Tapanuli District Government and North Sumatra Provincial Government.

To strengthen the existing Community Development team and to ensure the achievement of the department objectives, the Martabe Gold Mine is looking for candidate to fill the role: 

SENIOR SUPERVISOR – ON SITE LOGISTIC (SCM 2401003)

This position will be located at the Martabe Site in the Supply Chain Management (SCM) Department and will report directly to the Superintendent – Transport and Logistic.

The Senior Supervisor – On-Site Logistics holds the responsibility of planning, organizing, and overseeing on-site logistics activities within the Supply Chain Management group. This includes coordinating the movement and storage of cargo within warehouses and associated lay-down areas, as well as managing the distribution of materials and equipment to all PTAR Operations and user departments. The position is pivotal in ensuring that on-site logistics activities adhere to safety and efficiency standards set by PTAR, following established policies and procedures. It involves overseeing the timely receipt, checking, storage, issuance, delivery, and accurate accounting of materials and supplies.

Applicants for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:

1. Possess a formal degree in business, management, engineering, supply chain, logistics, marine, and shipping.

2. Desirably, hold certification as a professional in Supply Chain and Logistics functions.

3. Have a minimum of 8 years of supervisory work experience in materials handling equipment and loose lifting equipment.

4. Demonstrate a solid understanding of lifting equipment, transportation, and loose lifting equipment.

5. Possess experience in Rigging, with certification as a Rigger or lifting equipment operator (SIO) being desirable.

6. Exhibit strong coordination skills, along with the ability to plan, organize work, and adhere to policies and procedures. Possess good interpersonal skills.

7. Possess well-developed computer skills, preferably with a background in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems with warehousing or materials management modules.

8. Have good communication skills in both Indonesian and English (written and spoken).

9. Demonstrate a good understanding of materials handling, material handling equipment, and their maintenance.

10. Desirably, have exposure to materials handling at remote mining locations and experience in planning on-site logistics movements of materials, fuel, reagents, and dangerous goods.

 

SENIOR SUPERVISOR – COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE

(CD 2401002)

This position will be located at the Martabe Site in the Community Development Department and will report directly to the Superintendent - Community Infrastructure.

The Senior Supervisor - Community Infrastructure holds a specialized position in civil engineering and infrastructure, focusing on the creation of design and budgeting programs, daily supervision, monitoring, and evaluation of community infrastructure programs and projects. This role also involves providing civil and technical advice, offering alternative solutions to challenges, and advising on proposed projects based on community needs. To ensure accurate and current information, the incumbent is responsible for maintaining updated community infrastructure data, reporting, and progress reports for each project. In day-to-day operations, cultivating positive relationships with the community and relevant stakeholders is integral to this role.

Applicants for this position are expected to meet the following qualifications and criteria:

1. Hold a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, architecture, social sciences, or a related field.

2. Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

3. Demonstrate extensive experience in Project Management.

4. Proficient in utilizing infrastructure software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.

5. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other technical drawings.

6. Possess a working knowledge of construction methods and safety standards.

7. Capable of conducting technical analysis in building design, calculation, and construction.

8. Exhibit strong communication and presentation skills with various stakeholders.

9. Proficient in negotiation, analytical, and conceptual skills.

10. Demonstrate effective leadership and influential team-building abilities.

11. Able to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.

12. Knowledgeable in developing databases and administration reports for program activities.

13. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction project management.

14. Hold a valid Driver's License (Class C).

 

SENIOR OFFICER – COMMUNITY INFRASTRUCTURE (CD 2401001)

This position will be located at the Martabe Site in the Community Development Department and will report directly to the Junior Supervisor - Community Infrastructure.

The Senior Officer - Community Infrastructure is responsible for actively monitoring and reporting on the progress of the community infrastructure program in the field. This position entails offering guidance and solutions to the Junior Supervisor in addressing any issues that may arise during the project. Additionally, the role involves drafting progress reports for projects, evaluating deliverables from contractors or program implementors at the field level, and conducting data collection for infrastructure baseline data. Throughout these activities, it is crucial to maintain positive relationships with the community and all relevant stakeholders.

1. Hold a Diploma Degree (D3) in civil engineering, architecture, social sciences, or a related field.

2. Demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience in building construction and development.

3. Possess a strong understanding of technical aspects related to building construction and infrastructure.

4. Capable of conducting technical analysis for building calculations and construction purposes.

5. Proficient in sketching simple infrastructure projects.

6. Exhibit excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with the community, contractors, and other stakeholders.

7. Competent in supervising contractors to ensure adherence to agreed contracts and specifications.

8. Proficient in using Microsoft Office.

9. Skilled in drawing and sketching simple infrastructure projects.

10. Demonstrate proven communication and reporting abilities using standard computer programs.

11. Hold a valid Driver's License (Class C).
