About Us :

PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry is one of the proposed company for National Strategic Project (PSN) which is located at Bunta, Bungintimbe, and Tanauge Village, Petasia and East Petasia District, North Morowali Regency, Central Sulawesi Province. Total investment value are approximately 27.8 Trillion Rupiah, with an area more or less than 600 Ha of 1,912 Ha of Industrial Park PT Stardust Estate Investment. Construction phase was already started in 1st quarter of 2020 and production phase is estimated to be commisioned in 2nd quarter of 2021. Being considered as one of the leading nickel ore based mineral processing in Indonesia, PT Gunbuster Nickel Industry will be developing three different industrial areas; Nickel smelter with 24 line production capacity of 1.8 million ton per year Nickel Pig Iron (NPI), power plant with capacity of 1,100 MW, integrated port & stockpile with capacity up to 9 x 5,000 DWT Barge and 2 x 50,000 DWT Vessel.

11. Safety Expert Pesawat Tenaga Produksi

Qualifications:

• Have a Certificate (Ahli K3 Pesawat Pesawat Tenaga Produksi from Kemenakertrans RI)

• Have a Certificate (Ahli K3 Umum from Kemenakertrans RI)

• Have a Certificate (Implementasi SMK3 from Kemenakertrans RI)

• Have a Certificate Trainer of Trainer (TOT)

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali Site Morowali with roster system 10 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off).

Job Description:

• Preparing Hazard Identification, Assessment and Risk Control of operating Production Power Aircraft in the workplace

• Develop plans and implement the K3 Inspection program for Production Power Aircraft periodically as an effort to fulfil K3 regulations and standards

• Provide training, coaching and advice to workers regarding Production Power Aircraft Safety in the workplace

• Make report on the results of Production Aircraft safety inspections and present them to management

12. Tax Senior Staff

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Tax or equivalent.

• Minimum 3 years experience, preferably experience in tax consultant firm

• Able to do tax reconciliation

• Proficient in using tax applications (E-Faktur, E-SPT E-BUPOT) and proficient using Accurate

• Able to establish good communication with the tax office

• Advance in Ms. Office (Ms. Excell, Ms. Word) and proficient in English

• Attention to details, Organize, multitasking

• Placement in Head Office (Jakarta)

Job Description:

• Prepare data required for tax review and tax audit

• Assist companies in dealing with tax authorities related to the tax audit process

• Prepare responses to letters from the Tax Office

• Prepare and report annual SPT

13. Sales Support Specialist

Qualification:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or Economics;

• 3+ years of experience in Business Analytics or Finance;

• Maximum 33 years old;

• Preferably with a background of corporate finance knowledge, treasury or corporate banking, and research;

• Innovative thinking and analytical knowledge for assessment and interpretation of data;

• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data visualization;

• Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage;

• Placement in Head Office (Jakarta)

Job Description:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large data sets to support business decisions

• Derive and structure solutions to issues at hand through data driven approaches

• Collaborate with other stakeholders to analyze different kinds of data ranging from financial, growth, and user metrics, to support company strategy

• Regularly track key metrics and strive to achieve growth targets by identifying lagging areas and strategies to mitigate the gaps

• Develop financial models to simulate outcomes and impact of different strategies

• Prepare a periodic report and presentation to the upper management to review ongoing initiative

14. Mandarin Translator (Site)

Qualifications:

• Male/female 18-40 years

• SMA, Associate's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree;

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Mandarin Translator in Chinese companies/clients will be an advantage;

• Have an HSK Certified will be an advantage;

• Fluent in Mandarin (both oral and written);

• Have a solid administrative skill and proficient in Microsoft Office;

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali Site with roster 10 weeks (working) : 2 weeks (off).

Job Description:

• Provide Mandarin translation assistance across departments (both oral and written);

• Assist the Dept. Manager to coordinate across departments;

• Carry out day-to-day administrative duties and complete the tasks arranged by Dept. Manager.

15. Mandarin Translator (HO)

Qualifications:

• Minimum education in D3/S1

• Maximum 30 years old;

• Have an HSK 5 Certified (will be an advantage);

• Have solid administrative skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office;

• Experience in the smelter, port operation, project, or manufacturing activities is preferred;

• Able to work in a team, good communication skill and multitasking;

• Placment in Jakarta (Head Office).

Job Description:

• Able to communicate using mandarin fluently   

• Able to read and write mandarin well    

• Translate documents for internal purposes from Indonesian-Mandarin (vice versa)

• Translate documents for internal purposes from English-Mandarin (vice versa)

• Support coordination with sites related to cover note making, check invoices and

• payment vouchers of all vendors held by operations.  

• Inputting SAP

16. Senior Staff Compensation & Benefit

Qualifications:

• Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum have 4 years of experience in the same field as Senior Staff Comben

• Maximum 35 years old;

• Proficient in operating Ms. Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint);

• Mastering the Labor Law in the scope of Compensation and Benefits Including Overtime Regulations, Working Hours, Roster Leave, Annual Leave, Absence, THR, Annual Leave Wage Scale Structure, Unpaid Leave, Paid Leave, BPJS Provisions and Insurance.

• Experience in handling more than 2 companies

• Initiative in working without being told, have the best ideas to solve obstacles in work

• Mastering basic administration, collecting, inputting and filing data.

• Have experience in handling DPLK  

• Have experience in creating/designing HRIS   

• Have experience handling payroll for more than 2 companies 

• Ready to work on holidays (Saturday / Sunday / national holidays) to complete payroll implementation targets on time.

• Placement in Head Office (Jakarta)    

Job Description:

• Managing attendance and working hours of all companies in the group including data collection both head office and jobsite.

• Checking the suitability of overtime requests, official travel records, roster leave records, annual leave records     

• Manage BPJS including registration, addition of participants, deactivation of participants, changes in family data, submission of BPJS payment

• Prepare payments for THR, bonuses and its calculation, prepare announcements for the submission of funds and the report.

• Update employee database, PTKP, able to explain to employees regarding salary including income / salary deduction, BPJS, absence etc.  

• Responsible for all payroll activities starting from uploading working hours to sending data to the bank.  

• Responsible for carrying out work to completion according to the targets set each month.

17. Sales Staff

Qualifications:

• Minimum education in D3/S1 in finance or any related major;

• Fresh Graduates are welcome;

• Having an experience in the same field will be an advantage;

• Fluent in English;

• Fluent in Mandarin will be prefered;

• Proficient in operating Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc.);

• Have an analythical thinking;

• Have experience in Export-Import Documentation Procedures (BL, etc.) will be an advantage;

• Placement in Head Office (Jakarta);

• Available in 2 Positions.   

Job Description:

• Responsible to handle export sales documentations, including Proforma Invoice, Commercial Invoice and Final Invoice;

• Handling export sales administrative, related data entry and calculate sales final data setlements;

• Managing sales documentations and filling;

• Liaise with site workers with Mandarin;

• Other ad hoc duties.

18. Supervisor Compensation & Benefit

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting / Finance / Statistics / Economics / Psychology / Human Resources Management / Industrial Engineering / Law.

• Minimum 7 years experience in the field of compensation and benefits and minimum 3 years experience as a compensation and benefits supervisor

• Maximum 35 years old;

• Proficient in operating Ms. Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint);

• Mastering Labor Laws within the scope of Compensation and Benefits including Overtime Regulations, Working Hours, Leave List, Annual Leave, Absence, THR, Annual Leave, Unpaid Leave, Paid Leave, BPJS Provisions, etc.

• Have the ability to manage and supervise the payroll process efficiently and accurately, including processing salaries, BPJS and other benefits included in the payroll component.

• Have strong analytical skills to evaluate and compare existing compensation and benefits programs, as well as the ability to provide relevant recommendations regarding the development of employee compensation and benefits programs.

• Have strong abilities and expertise in payroll systems, data management and compensation and benefits analysis.

• Knowledge of employee compensation and benefits structures such as wage scale structures, health insurance, performance incentives, retirement plans, and other employee welfare programs.

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to explain complex information clearly to various parties.

• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and collaborate with related departments such as finance, accounting, taxation and other departments

Job Description:

• Manage and supervise data collection on employee attendance and absence reports at head office and sites.

• Check and supervise the suitability of employee attendance and absence documents, overtime requests, official travel records, leave records, annual leave records, and other documents that support the compensation and benefits work program.

• Manage and supervise the employee BPJS registration process including registration, adding participants, deactivating participants, changing family data, applying for BPJS payments.

• Responsible for all payroll activities starting from uploading working hours to sending data to the bank.

• Plan, manage and supervise all activities related to reward management, including payroll processing, insurance and all employee benefit payments.

• Prepare calculations and ensure the payment process for THR, annual bonuses and other employee benefits runs on time and accurately.

• Ensure that the compensation and benefits system running in the company fully complies with applicable labor regulations and the latest internal company policies.

• Develop, evaluate, and update employee compensation and benefits programs including, performance incentives, health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs, and other compensation and benefit programs.

• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of the current compensation and benefits structure and provide recommendations for necessary improvements or changes to the compensation and benefits work program.

• Manage and maintain relationships with external compensation and benefits service providers such as insurance companies, healthcare providers, etc.

• Manage reporting and maintenance of data related to payroll, employee compensation and benefits, and ensure the accuracy and security of this information.

• Provide support to employees regarding questions or issues related to payroll, compensation or benefits.

• Supervise and lead the team responsible for salary compensation and benefits and provide direction and guidance to staff as needed.

• Able to work quickly and accurately within tight deadlines.

• Collaborate with relevant departments, including human resources, finance, tax, accounting, operations, etc. to ensure proper coordination in compensation and benefits management.

• Actively participate in the process of creating and developing an HRD system (HRIS) related to compensation and benefit functions.

19. Safety Compliance Coordinator

Qualifications:

• Minimum education S1 K3 / Environmental Engineering

• Have a certificate of Ahli K3 Umum from Kemnaker RI

• Have a certificate Internal Auditor SMK3/Implementation of SMK3 from Kemnaker RI

• Have a certificate of TOT Level BNSP

• Have participated in K3 Investigation and Statistics Training

• Have participated in JSA and IBPR K3

• Understand K3 Regulations and Legislation

• Willing to be placed in North Morowali with 10 (working) : 2 (off) roster system.

Job Description:

• Assisting K3 audits and inspections from stakeholders (central and local government, as well as third parties)

• Build cooperative relationships related to K3 legal compliance with stakeholders (central and local governments, as well as third parties)

• Coordinate and cooperate related to the implementation of safety compliance programs with area managers and company contractors.

• Develop weekly and daily safety compliance work programs

• Provide socialization of safety compliance work programs to all departments within the company

• Monitor, evaluate and provide recommendations for improvements to the implementation of the daily work program of the safety compliance unit

• Coordinate tasks, monitor and evaluate the implementation of daily and weekly activities foreman safety document control, foreman safety induction and training, and foreman safety inventory art

• Coordinate the initial handling of incidents, their implementation and reporting

• Coordinate the fulfillment of SMK3 documents and implementation in the field

• Ensure the implementation of K3 induction and training is in accordance with the plan

20. Crew TPS LB3

Qualifications:

• Minimum SMK / Diploma;

• Have minimum 1 year experience as Operator TPS LB3;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office;

• Willing to work with shift system;

• Have good communication and discipline in work;

• Willing to be placed at sister company in North Morowali (Central Sulawesi).

Job Description:

• Manage TPS LB3 warehouse operations in accordance with applicable procedures;

• Accept and place hazardous waste according to their characteristics;

• Record incoming and outgoing handover of hazardous waste in the Log Book;

• Perform maintenance on the cleanliness of the building;

• Report daily activities to superiors and also make reports manually and soft files on the computer;

• Pay attention to safety in every job;

• Schedule the transporter for the transportation of hazardous waste.
