Job Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, Instrumentation, Control, or Telecommunications Engineering; master’s preferred.

Job Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, process controls, metallurgy, chemical engineering or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in, electrical, instrumentation &PLC/DCS systems in the mining/concentrating industry, or in a specialty area are necessary, has minimum 5+ years’ experience working in similar role as Manager/ Senior Superintendent/ Senior Advisor in field process maintenance/ fixed plant project management.

• Certified of Competency for Middle Operational Supervisor of OHS and Mine Environment from DEMR (POM).

Job Summary:

The Manager Process Operations Manager is responsible for reviewing results and operation of the ore processing facilities, including the concentrator, filter plant and ancillary facilities. Conditions to make changes that would improve plant performance and results. This role requires a hands-on approach to lead and manage the operational and maintenance staff and coordinate with other functional groups, including maintenance, engineering, and safety.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or Mineral Processing or related field

7. Position: Risk Controller

Location: Pomalaa, South Sulawesi

What You'll Do

• Development of a risk execution plan (or Risk Management Plan) that aligns with the Client’s, and ISO 31000 requirements for qualitative risk

• Determining or developing the appropriate tools / software to support the project’s risk management program. Obtain assistance external to the project as required.

• Ensuring that the number of qualified project risk personnel aligns with the size and nature of the project (e.g. multi-office execution) and the expectations of the function to support the project.

• Engage other Project Management or obtain assistance external to the project as required (e.g. Regional Risk Manager)

• Following up with action owners to drive action implementation through proactive monitoring and communication with relevant key risk management stakeholder

• Ensuring that risks recorded and identified in the Project Risk Register as having ineffective treatment plans are further investigated by the project team to determine additional risk treatments that will reduce the risk to an acceptable level

• Ensuring that once the treatment has been completed that the status of the risk is updated in the Project Risk Register. This is carried out in conjunction with the person responsible for actioning any treatments and the Project Manager

• Reviewing Risk Registers current controls for effectiveness and where necessary working with Quality Assurance (QA) to validate effectiveness

• Participating in the monthly monitoring of the Risk Register and Action Plan with the Project Manager

• Liaising with the HSE, Security, Process Safety, quantitative risk (project controls) teams where we interface

What You'll Have

• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline.

8. Position: Maintenance Coordinator – Slickline

This role will be responsible for ensuring that support is given to ensure maintenance and the movement of parts and equipment

is actioned in line with compliance and the client and or operational requirements in a safe and organised manner.

Ensure all documentation and recording of information is in line with the Company’s policies and procedures.

Key Activities and Accountabilities

• Ensure that the preparation and preventative maintenance of equipment is undertaken in line with customer and/or operational requirements and in compliance with certification requirements.

• Ensure all documentation is prepared and recorded for the movement of goods and supply of items required for workshop operations as per Company procedures

• Undertake the supervision of personnel within the facility

• Where necessary undertake required inspections of equipment and prepare the appropriate documentation to ensure compliance with company’s policies, procedures and practices. Ensure that all documentation is the correct revision.

• Report all incidents and non-conformances in line with the appropriate procedures and deadlines

• Update job packs and return to the foreman/supervisor at the end of each work period

• Liaise with various internal departments such as logistics and stores to ensure all required components and movement of items is achieved to ensure timely completion of tasks in line with operational requirements.

• Actively participate in morning meetings to discuss safety, maintenance status/tasks, mobilisation/demobilisation updates etc

• Use Stop Work Authority; actively encourage participation in Positive Intervention Programme

• Ensure the daily housekeeping of work area is undertaken to ensure a safe working environment

• Liaise with internal and external parties as and when required to ensure all aspects of workshop activity are discussed as required with the relevant parties to ensure effective communication thereby achieving continued safe working by all parties and task completion

Role Summary:

As a Field Operator - you will provide support for the Product Enhancement services but not limited to other services within pressure pumping. You will oversee operational work to ensure pre-job checks and basic on-site maintenance are carried out safely. You will work under your own initiative to fulfill your role and meet the clients’ needs.

Essential Responsibilities:

 • Understand and adhere to all safety regulations and applicable company Policies.

 • Perform duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Standard Operating Procedures and Workplace Instructions.

 • Maintaining equipment in good condition and ready for use

 • Assisting with pre-mobilization equipment checks and planned maintenance.

 • Performing duties as part of Preventative Maintenance Program, ensuring maintenance are carried out and equipment is in working condition.

 • Ensuring all repairs and maintenance are documented and the paperwork is turned into the supervisor on location.

 • Apply all the disciplines of driving, rigging up, operating and rigging down equipment on location.

 • Maintain equipment and accurate driving records as required by region specific transportation requirements.

Specific Responsibilities:

Has responsibility for operating equipment and/or machinery. Duties may involve some technical elements but primarily focused on running equipment/machinery /systems. Role is hands-on and directly manipulates the equipment.
