1. Job Title: Lead Pipeline Installation Engineer
Indonesia, 6 months, renewal
The Lead Installation Engineer will focus on installation methodology and analysis for subsea pipelines and other subsea facilities, such as manifolds, protection structures, risers, cables and umbilicals; the analysis will be performed as part of the delivery of our projects across the globe for oil and gas, hydrogen and carbon capture service.
The ideal candidate will have a sound technical understanding of standard industry installation analysis programs (OrcaFlex, etc) and modelling the installation of subsea pipelines and other facilities as described above. The ability to write coherent reports and communicate effectively with clients and project management is an essential part of this role.
Provide specialist technical support to projects including but not limited to:
• Developing methodology, acceptance criteria, boundary conditions for offshore installation engineering design
• Performing static and dynamic installation analysis of subsea pipelines and other subsea facilities, such as manifolds, protection structures, risers, cables and umbilicals
• Review and/or verification of offshore contractor installation engineering deliverables
• Provide installation input to other project deliverables including field layouts, method statements, etc
• Provide pro-active technical leadership in all aspects of installation engineering.
Skills / Qualifications
• Engineering degree qualified
• Previous experience in in a similar lead level role
• Requires previous experience of in-place and static/dynamic installation engineering of subsea pipelines and subsea facilities.
• Experience in offshore and subsea construction operations including Risk Assessment and Management
• Familiarity with marine operations, vessel motions, offshore lifting operations, marine warranty/certifying authority requirements
• Knowledge of hydrogen transport and carbon capture pipeline systems
• Proven track record in FEED, detailed design and construction engineering
• Able to develop pipeline and subsea facilities installation analysis and procedures
• Familiar with the relevant international standards and Codes of Practice and competent in the design, specification and selection of pipeline and subsea systems to meet the requirements therein
• Experienced in the use of specialist software and Finite Element Analysis software (ORCAFLEX, FLEXCOM,ABAQUS,ANSYS)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint is required
• Sound appreciation of all aspects of offshore energy sector developments
2. Job Title: Lead Umbilical Engineer
Indonesia, 6 months; renewal
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years experience as Umbilical Engineer Subsea, Umbilical, Riser and Flowline (SURF). Water Depth.
• The scope of work is to transport and install free issued subsea umbilical and subsea power cables.
• Main task was to review all supplied documentations to ensure the information provided are sufficient for the T&I scope, provide technical advice to the T&I procedures.
• Attending umbilical design review meetings and umbilical related business development meetings domestically and internationally.
• Experience in FEED / DDE deepwater project with umbilical design (hydraulic production and electrical cables).
• Experience in defining specification for steel tubes deepwater production umbilical.
• Experience in defining specification for both electro multiplex hydraulic umbilical and direct hydraulic umbilical
• Experience in static and dynamic umbilical analysis, including fatigue analysis
3. Job Title: Geotechnical Specialist
Indonesia, 6 months, renewal
• Experience in oil and gas (15 years), in which 10 years in geotechnical field.
• Experience in design stage geotechnical within FEED or detailed design stage of offshore / GEP project (minimum 2 projects)
• Have experience in reviewing geotech report and determine the suitability to be used in design of offshore GEP (like pipe-soil interaction, geohazard, structural foundation, etc.)
• Have extensive working knowledge of Geotechnical, Geophysical, Soil assessment, Seismic, structural design and geohazard study, as well as applicable codes and standards
• At least hold two (2) positions as Lead or Principal Geotechnical Engineer in FEED stage or detail engineering EPCI stage.
• Experience as Lead/Principal Engineer responsible for the design, analysis and review of geotechnical, geophysical, soil assessment, seismic, geohazard study for SURF design.
• Having experience in review and provide assurance on the correctness of Geophysical Survey Data Reports, Geotechnical Survey Data Reports, and Laboratory Testing Reports
• Experience in defining Pipe Soil Interaction for on-bottom stability assessments, free span analysis, liquefaction analysis, seismic loading expectations, walking assessment, define seabed zonation, and define ‘as-laid’ monotonic first breakout PSI parameters.
4. Job Title: Seismic Specialist
Indonesia, 6 months; renewal
• At least twenty (20) year experience in the oil and gas industry, at least fifteen (15) year experience in seismic discipline and at least ten (10) year experience as Seismic Specialist.
• Experience in reviewing the Peak Ground Acceleration (PGA) and full spectra, Liquefaction and Cyclic softening analysis, Seismic Displacements under seismic events, seismic loading at the connections between the pipelines and the pipeline end structures data to be adopted on the pipeline Design.
• Has held the responsibility of Focal point for Pipeline seismic design basis based on the updated survey data
• Has performed studies to define a supporting Deterministic Seismic Hazard Assessment.
• Experience in developing FEED level Site Response Analysis including Slope stability assessment.
5. Job Title: Electrification Advisor CFB Boiler
Karawang, 6 months
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the advising of electrification installation work at site
- Responsible for the advising customer of coordination of electrification testing and commissioning work at site
- Working in a safe manner without risk to themselves, others or the environment
- Obey HSE policy and related instructions
- Comply with site rules
- Report all incidents, near miss cases or HSE risks as instructed
- Correctly use all required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Make suggestions on how to improve HSE practices
Authorities:
- The right to make decisions within the area of responsibilities
- To operate in accordance with instructions agreed in the contract, within the frames of principles agreed with the project engineer (E&I), project manager and Chief Commissioning Engineering.
Tasks:
- Installation advising
• reviewing the preparation of installation works by the contractors
• reviewing contactors installation schedule, manpower and resources plans
• assisting customer in defining needed manpower and resources
• following up and reporting of the effectiveness and quality of installation work

• Parametrization of the VFD’s

Competence requirements:
- Good knowledge of Electrification technology
- Frequency converters and intelligent motors starters (UMC and simocode)
- Previous experience of site work in boiler island (especially Recovery and CFB/BFB Boilers)
- Fluent English
- Basic safety and electrical safety trainings
- Has good understanding of contractual issues and schedules
- Accomplished 3 supervisor assignments successfully is beneficial
- Has proved to have capabilities to adopt skills outside his/her discipline

6. Job Title: Instrumentation Advisor CFB Boiler
Karawang, 5-6 months
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the advising of Instrumentation and automation installation work at site
- Responsible for the advising customer of coordination of instrumentation and automation testing and commissioning work at site

- Obey HSE policy and related instructions

7. Commissioning Deputy Area Manager
Gresik, 6 months
The Commissioning Deputy Area Manager will be responsible for overseeing the commissioning of smelting projects within their assigned area. They will be expected to coordinate with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of the smelting process and be able to provide guidance and advice to other departments when needed.

8. Job Title: Commissioning Automation Supervisor
Gresik, 6 months
The Commissioning Automation Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of automation systems in a smelter environment. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with our engineering team to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, as well as training new staff on the use of automation systems.
List of Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in commissioning and maintenance of automation systems in a smelter environment
• Knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., Ladder Logic)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues quickly
• Strong English communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
9. Job Title: Commissioning Electrical Supervisor
Gresik, 6 months
The Commissioning Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning and maintenance of electrical systems at our smelter. The successful candidate will be expected to work closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing safety procedures, as well as ensuring that all electrical systems are compliant with local regulations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 10+ years of experience in commissioning and/or maintenance of electrical systems in a smelter environment
• Knowledge of relevant local regulations and standards
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team

10. Job Title: Support Services Coordinator
Papua, 12 months
Essential Function
• Assist manager for the support services facilities such as accommodation, transportation, internet service, solid waste management with CLIENT and the contractors if required.
• Assist manager with CLIENT HR -Support the onboarding process of the project’s team and project’s contractors , coordinate with the related CLIENT divisions the MCU, safety induction, accommodation booking, airport pick up and transportation ,Air fast booking if required .
• Assist manager with CLIENT support services department the meals required for the project’s team at both staff and non-staff mess halls.
• Assist the contractors and owner team site visits with CLIENT visitors division to ensure accommodation required and transportation from the airport to projects site are in order.
• Keep the support services Coordinator and Manager informed of issues and challenges that may rise to find suitable solutions
Job Scope
