Established in April 1981 by its parent company Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (KUFPEC) is an international upstream company, engaged in exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas outside the State of Kuwait. KUFPEC is active in 13 countries spanning five continents a head office in Kuwait and seven area offices in Egypt, Indonesia, Australia, Pakistan, Norway, Canada, and Malaysia.

KUFPEC participates in joint ventures with similar E&P companies both as an operating and non-operating partner.

KUFPEC AO Indonesia requires highly qualified individual to join our Jakarta team in our KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V., operator of Anambas Block PSC as:

Petroleum Economist (PETECO)

Qualification and Responsibilities:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or economics with at least 5 years in oil and gas industry

• Understand Merak Peep software or Excel economic with modelling ability is a must

• Well diverse experiences in perform project economic analysis and evaluations

• Direct involvement in monitor and report in production, price, capex, opex and revenue of assets.

• Intensive experiences in conducting feasibility studies to determine reservoir profitability

• Ability to conduct in economic assessments for mergers and acquisitions within the oil and gas industry.

HR Planning and Development Officer (HRPLAD)

Qualification and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, psychology or engineering with minimum 5 years’ experience in oil and gas environment.

• Expert in the Complete Recruitment Process with strong interpersonal skills, decision-making abilities and strong intention in details.

• Hands on experiences in creating Organization Development and Performance Management

• Proficient in Developing Training Plan and Implementation including policies, procedures, soft skill and technology

• Sufficient Practiced in Career Guidance and Enhancement

• Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong analytical skill and comfortable working in teams or individual

Finance Officer (FINOFF)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountant with minimum 5 Years’ Experience in Oil and Gas Production Sharing Contract (PSC) environment.

• Budget Preparation and Reporting; Familiar with the preparation of WP&B and FQR

• Preparing monthly Tax report

• Preparing daily company finance operations / General Accounting.

• Assist and coordinate with Head Office for routine task and ad hoc tasks

• Liaise with external parties, such as Government Institution, Partners, Tax consultant and Auditor.

General Requirement

• Indonesian citizen

• Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English skills, oral and written

• Motivated self-starter, strong personality, capable of working independently or in team with limited resources.

• Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment to achieve clear goals.
