1. EPCI Contract Engineer
Location: Jakarta
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
• Lead contract and procurement activities for designated offshore projects.
• Prepare and manage tender packages (CFT/ITT), evaluate bids, and recommend awards.
• Negotiate contract terms and conditions to align with project and company requirements.
• Administer EPCI contracts, including change orders, progress payments, and guarantees.
• Manage claims and counterclaims, conduct analysis, and prepare resolution strategies.
• Coordinate with legal, SCM, finance, and project teams to ensure compliance.
• Mentor contract engineers and promote standardization of contract processes.
• Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of contracting practices.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial, or related).
• 10–15 years of experience in upstream oil & gas projects, with significant exposure to offshore EPCI contracts.
• Strong experience in subsea (SPS/SURF) contract management is highly desirable.
• Solid knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, administration, and claim management.

2. Project Manager
Location: Jakarta
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
FEED / FID Readiness:
• Develop and implement the Project Execution Plan (PEP), Basis of Design, and stage gate deliverables for FID readiness.
• Manage FEED reviews, HAZID/HAZOP/LOPA/SIL studies, constructability, SIMOPS, and tie-in studies.
• Finalize tie-in philosophies, brownfield scope, and confirm Facility Sharing Agreement (FSA) key terms with OPEX/CAPEX allocations.
• Establish contracting & packaging strategies, prepare ITT packages, and develop bidder lists.
• Lead regulatory and permitting roadmap (AMDAL/UKL UPL, PTK 007 compliance, safety case, marine permits).
• Align Gas Sales, metering, measurement, and custody transfer requirements.
• Complete Investment Committee documentation to secure FID approval.
EPCI Tendering & Award:
• Oversee contracting strategies, tender process, bid evaluations, and award recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with PTK 007 and TKDN requirements, secure SKK Migas/partner approvals, and mobilize contractors.
Detailed Engineering & Procurement:
• Approve CTRs and execution plans; monitor multi-discipline engineering (structural, process, mechanical, pipeline, electrical, ICSS/telecom).
• Lead design and 3D model reviews, ensure cybersecurity and ICS hardening for ICSS/telecom.
• Expedite procurement of critical equipment (compressors, separators, metering skids, ICSS, subsea hardware).
• Oversee vendor data, FATs, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and MWS/class compliance
Construction, Fabrication & Marine Operations:
• Supervise fabrication yards, HSE performance, welding, coating, load-out, and sea fastening.
• Coordinate transportation & installation (T&I) campaigns including pile driving, topsides set, pipeline lay, subsea tie-ins.
• Manage SIMOPS with host facilities, PTW bridging, logistics plans, and emergency response readiness.
• Ensure compliance with weather windows and marine warranty surveyor (MWS) release notes.
Commissioning, Start-up & First Gas:
• Lead systemization, commissioning dossiers, punch list management (A/B categories).
• Oversee ICSS integration, SATs, loop checks, cause & effect testing, metering, and custody transfer proving.
• Achieve RFSU & First Gas delivery; ensure gas quality per GSA requirements.
• Manage performance runs and handover to Operations, including LCI/As-Built, spare parts, O&M procedures, training, and warranty plans.
Project Controls & Reporting:
• Own project cost, schedule, and change management processes.
• Maintain risk register with quantitative analysis and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure accurate reporting to Area Office/Head Office and partners.
• Maintain document control, KPI dashboards, and audit readiness.
• Promote HSSE culture, incident learning, and compliance with regulatory reporting.
Stakeholder & Team Leadership:
• Manage relationships with SKK Migas/ESDM, JV partners, EPC contractors, classification societies, facility owners, gas buyers, and local authorities.
• Lead and supervise a multi-disciplinary team of Package Managers, Engineers, HSE, SCM/Contracts, Commissioning, Telecom/ICSS, Marine & Logistics (10–15 staff), as well as EPC contractors and service providers.
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical/ICSS, or related);
Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years in offshore oil & gas projects, with at least 7 years leading FEED/EPCI phases and proven First Gas delivery.
• Certifications: PMP (preferred), HUET/BOSIET (mandatory), HAZOP Leader certification (advantageous).
• Strong knowledge of offshore project execution, contracting strategies, Indonesian regulatory compliance (SKK Migas/PTK 007), and HSSE leadership.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to travel frequently to offshore sites, fabrication yards, and partner/HO offices.
• High analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making ability under tight deadlines.

3. Drilling Contract Engineer
Location: Jakarta
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
• Design and plan drilling and completion operations for offshore wells (both operated and non-operated assets).
• Prepare detailed well designs including trajectory, casing, tubing, hydraulics, mud, cementing, etc.
• Provide technical support during drilling and completion operations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, government regulations (e.g., SKK Migas), and company HSE policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Conduct operational surveillance, cost monitoring, post-operation evaluations, and final reporting
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of total experience, with at least:5 years in Drilling & Completion Engineering, particularly for offshore/deepwater wells. 3 years of offshore drilling field experience.
• Proficient in drilling design software such as Landmark (Compass, StressCheck, WellCAT, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of SKK Migas regulations, including WP&B and AFE preparation.
• Fluent in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid certification in drilling/completion-related trainings (preferably IWCF/IADC).

4. Project Cost Estimator
Location: jakarta
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
• Prepare multi-disciplinary cost estimates including materials, labor, equipment, and services for the project using appropriate tools and systems as the level maturity of project stage refers to the applicable International and Local standards.
• Project Cost control (Planning, Phasing, Tracking, Forecasting and Reporting) to related project stakeholders as the applicable system/format.
• Hands on of Cost Risk Analysis (CRA) with Montecarlo simulation, leading a workshop and generating integrated CRA report.
• Discuss, coordinate, and resolve estimating input/queries with project team and subject matter experts available in the organization to ensure quality estimate.
• Ensure all assumptions / clarifications are properly documented.
• Provide support for any selection and optimization study during project development.
• Support project team in identification, evaluation and capture of capital efficiency opportunities and estimate risks.
• Performing estimate price validation with several methods (internal and external):
o RFQ
o Third party’s consultant benchmarking
o Engineering deliverables-based estimation
o Historical indices

Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in execution of EPCI capital offshore projects at upstream Oil & Gas companies in Indonesia.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Cost Control and Cost Estimation, with solid experience using cost estimation and analysis software.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and Questor.
• Strong knowledge of international codes and standards (AACE, ASTM, ASPE, ISO19008) related to cost estimation classification and methodology.
• Able to perform cost estimates using stochastic and parametric methods (Equipment factors, Lang factors, Hand factors, Chilton factors, etc.).
• Capable of performing Cost Risk Analysis (CRA) prior to project sanction (FID) and applying contingency based on project maturity and CRA results.
• Familiar with PTK/SKK Migas guidelines for Cost Breakdown, Budget Schedule, and FEED/EPCI project requirements.
• Capable of generating Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS) aligned with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), corporate finance systems, and government regulations.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
