Under the Production Sharing Contract arrangements with SKK MIGAS, PETRONAS Carigali Indonesia Operations is looking for the following professionals:
1. Sr. Production Operator - Third Party Contract
Managing and monitor day-to-day process operation at offshore platform including process troubleshooting to ensure plant availability, reliability and safety in compliance with the Company rules, policies, guidelines and statutory requirements. Job responsibility and accountability:
• Organize and lead routine and non-routine operation as per operating procedures and safety guideline.
• Managing process operation covering well head, Process Separator, Crude Oil Stabilization, Produce Water treatment, vapor recovery unit and utilities package including Gas Turbine Generator
• Perform data logging and perform equipment basic care on process and utilities area and report process for any abnormalities.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on process parameter and equipment closed coordination with CCRO and Maintenance Department. Perform reporting any deviation or abnormal condition via SAP Notification process
• Acts as CCRO during duty CCRO in absence.
• Conduct review Operating Procedure and ensure implementation on site and provide input for any deviation.
• Act as Approving Authority Representative for Monitoring Permit to Work implementation follow PTW Procedure and ensure implementation of risk mitigation as per approved Risk Assessment.
• Act as Authorized Gas Tester (AGT) for any activity hot work or related with gas release hazard
• Conduct first line assurance audit to ensure implementation procedure on site.
• Plan and manage inventory of materials and consumables to meet production requirements.
• Member emergency response team as responder on site.
• Perform energy isolation to ensure smooth and safe execution maintenance activity.
• Conduct on-job training (OJT) and coaching to lower grade operator by resolving any ad-hoc issue/problem to develop their skills and competencies in performing assigned work.
Requirements:
• Minimum Technical Diploma degree from Polytechnic or equivalent
• A Minimum of 8 years’ experience as Production Operator in oil, gas, and related industry.
• Experience in ESP Operation and offshore operation are advantage
• Familiar with SAP Notification process for CMMS.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
2. Production Operator - Third Party Contract
Perform monitor day-to-day process operation at offshore platform including basic process troubleshooting to ensure plant availability, reliability and safety in compliance with the Company rules, policies, guidelines and statutory requirements. Job responsibility and accountability are:
• Perform routine and non-routine operation for managing process operation including sampling activity as per operating procedures and safety guideline.
• Managing process operation covering well head, Process Separator, Centrifugal Compressor, Centrifugal Pump, chemical Injection and utilities package including Gas Turbine Generator
• Perform data logging and perform equipment basic care on process and utilities area and report process for any abnormalities.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on process parameter and equipment closed coordination with CCRO and Maintenance Department. Perform reporting any deviation or abnormal condition via SAP Notification process
• Conduct review Operating Procedure and ensure implementation on site and provide input for any deviation.
• Act as PTW applicant and Receiving authority follow requirement on PTW Procedure and ensure implementation of risk mitigation as per approved Risk Assessment.
• Act as Authorized Gas Tester (AGT) for any activity hot work or related with gas release hazard
• Plan and manage inventory of materials and consumables to meet production requirements.
• Member emergency response team as responder on site.
• Perform energy isolation to ensure smooth and safe execution maintenance activity.
Requirements:
• Minimum Technical Diploma degree from Polytechnic or equivalent
• A Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Production Operator in oil, gas, and related industry. Experience in offshore operation is advantage
• Familiar with Well Head operation and chemical handling process.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
3. Static Mechanical Technician – Third Party Contract
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, inspections, breakdown maintenance and repair of Mechanical equipment to support operation and maintenance of regional/country production of oil and gas to sustain highest technical standards in safe and cost-effective manner.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical equipment (static and rotating) following established procedures.
• Carry out troubleshooting and basic repairs on mechanical systems and equipment (rotating and static).
• Develop and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for maintenance activities in compliance with Work Permit Procedure, review sub-contractor’s JSA submission and advise sub-contractor accordingly.
• Assist in equipment inspections and support turn around maintenance activities.
• Help prepare tools, materials, and task lists for shutdowns and routine maintenance.
• Support the team in emergency response activities as required.
• Update maintenance records and inspection data in relevant systems.
• Participate in safety inspections and follow all HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) requirements.
• Manage and report inventory levels for mechanical spare parts and consumables.
• Assist with maintenance of life-saving and firefighting equipment, ensuring inspections
• are up to date.
• Work closely with other technicians, operators, sub-contractors, and vendors to complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Degree in Technical Diploma from Polytechnic or equivalent
• A Minimum of 10 years as Mechanical Technician in oil, gas, and related industry.
• Having knowledge of rotating and static equipment maintenance.
• Familiar with SAP as CMMS.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
4. Instrument Technician – Third Party Contract
Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, calibration, breakdown maintenance and repair of instrumentation to support operation and maintenance of regional/country production of oil and gas to sustain highest technical standards in safe and cost-effective manner.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation and control systems following established procedures.
• Carry out troubleshooting, calibration, and basic repairs on field instruments and control system.
• Carry out troubleshooting, calibration, and basic repairs on Fire & Gas (FGS) and Shutdown Systems (SIS).
• Carry out maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting Network, PI System, Distributed Control System (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC).
• Carry out maintenance, configuration, and troubleshooting Analyzer and Metering System
• Develop and implement Job Safety Analysis (JSA) for instrumentation maintenance activities in compliance with Work Permit Procedure, review sub-contractor’s JSA submission and advise sub-contractor accordingly.
• Provide support during turn around maintenance activities related to instrumentation.
• Prepare tools, materials, and task lists for shutdowns and routine instrumentation maintenance.
• Support the team in emergency response activities as required.
• Update maintenance records and inspection data for instrumentation systems in relevant systems.
• Participate in safety inspections and follow all HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) requirements.
• Update inventory levels for instrumentation spare parts and consumables.
• Work closely with other technicians, operators, sub-contractors, and vendors to complete assigned instrumentation tasks safely and efficiently.
Requirements:
• Degree in Technical Diploma (preferrable electronic) from Polytechnic or equivalent.
• A Minimum of 10 years as Instrument Technician in oil, gas, and related industry.
• Having knowledge of field instrumentation, control system, metering system, SIS and FGS.
• Having knowledge of PLC, DCS, PI System and networking.
• Familiar with SAP as CMMS.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
