We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:
1. Mechanical Superintendent (Static/Piping) (OLNG)
JOB ROLES
• Manage and coordinate the team in providing input for design mechanical piping parts (including piping component and system, pressure vessel, bolted flange joint) in relation to parts stresses; Evaluate and establish main selection criteria and design codes for mechanical piping parts; Prepare and establish the main operational considerations for mechanical piping parts and systems; Evaluate and identify common failure modes found in mechanical piping; Decide the steps that must be taken to resolve the problem to ensure mechanical piping parts and systems according to project design, project specification and HSSE requirements;
• Review project specification developed during FEED that used to design Pressure Vessel, mechanical equipment and piping;
• Manage and coordinate team in reviewing the detail design of mechanical static parts (including Heat Exchangers, Cryogenic Exchanger, Heaters and Fired Heater Equipment, Valves/ Pressure Safety Valves (PSV), Storage Tanks, Flare System) for OLNG project; selection criteria and design codes; operational considerations; common failure modes; maintenance requirements of heat exchangers to ensure the spare parts are in accordance with the project design, project specification & HSSE standard;
• Manage the team in providing mechanical (static/piping) technical inputs; Evaluate and establish technical recommendation in tenders related to Onshore LNG plant (OLNG) development project; Maintain good communication and coordination with Contractors; Monitor and review Contractors performance in order to select the appropriate contractors and Contractors deliverables according to contract;
• Coordinate and prepare mechanical (static/piping) work program and budget including its supporting documents; Manage to get all required approval from the Head Quarters, Management, Business Partners, and SKKMIGAS and provide direction and strategy to accelerate the approval process; to ensure the SKKMIGAS administrative requirement is accomplished and approved within the timeline as a basis of cost recovery;
• Monitor process and evaluate plant layout and 3D models; Establish Mechanical and structure engineering input on risk assessment for OLNG Facilities; Monitor and review mechanical equipment specification, data sheets, Request for Quotations, and Technical Bid Evaluations provided by Contractor to ensure each equipment meets process design and performance requirements and ensure project safety, maintainability and operability;
• Monitor and evaluate best practice in other OLNG projects; Recommend and apply technology best practices during designing and selecting the equipment and materials; Manage any change occurrence in OLNG project, implementation of MOC policy and procedures, relevant documentations, and records as tracking system; monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks; to ensure interface management of each arisen change in OLNG project is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact to overall project schedule and cost;
• Ensure both FEED design output competitively meet Company requirements, and all technical intellectual property is kept as confidential information.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. An advanced degree in Mechanical/Machinery Engineering is preferable.
• Minimum 13 years in the upstream Oil and Gas Industry. LNG plant Mechanical Engineer Project and Operation experience are required.
2. Senior Process / Utilities Engineer (OLNG)
JOB ROLES
• Implement and review process utilities concept based on INPEX Indonesia values, engineering philosophy, available resources, methodologies, and approach with considering process integration and engineering best practices; Provide expertise and recommendation on process utilities engineering and process integrity concept and strategy to ensure process utilities engineering and integration align with Onshore LNG project plan and maximize efficiency;
• Conduct and coordinate utilities risk assessment for OLNG; Evaluate, define and recommend tolerable process risk according to authorities, engineering best practices and/or expert advice that appointed by INPEX Indonesia; Monitor and assess early identification activities related to process integration in each project phases to ensure process risk justification of any utility’s integration change/deviation meet engineering principles and advanced technology;
• Monitor, review and establish report on utilities stability and technical assurance based on indicators for review and analyze process stability; Analyze and evaluate technical assurance implementation to ensure stable and smooth utilities activities OLNG project;
• Review and provide advice to resolve technical challenges during process and utilities integration and monitor its implementation to ensure process/utilities engineering and integration process according to project plan and target;
• Close coordination with Senior Process Engineer, OLNG team and related departments to conduct specific studies and research previous, during and after OLNG project related to utilities integration; Maintain documentation for studies, research and process (new and/or improved) to ensure availability of updated and documented process that support INPEX Indonesia project;
• Review, analyze and report any change occurrence in OLNG process integration; Implement and monitor MOC policy and procedures, relevant documentations, and records as tracking system; Coordinate and monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks to ensure any changes arisen in OLNG process integration is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact to overall project schedule and cost.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry. Minimum of 4 Years LNG plant engineering design and support experience are required.
3. Engineering & Supplies Coordination Long Lead Item Engineer (OLNG)
JOB ROLES
• Develop the equipment list and group the list based on schedule and cost priority;
• Compile all technical, schedule and cost data, and develop the justification, risk and opportunity to be presented to INPEX management, JV and SKKMIGAS;
• Develop the procurements requirements documents for the critical items (equipment);
• Support the communication with Vendors, Develop the agreement of Purchase Order Novation to EPC Contractor as part of EPCI Contract to the selected Consortium;
• Ensure that all technical data (Data Sheet) attached to PO is already agreed and countersigned by Potential EPCI Contractors;
• Responsible for monitoring the Long Lead Items manufacturing load that may vary from time to time depending on the order received by them, raise the concern to management for intervention if there is any sign of potential delay.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in the Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in LNG facilities is required.
4. Early Work LNG Construction Engineer
JOB ROLES
• Develop the scope of work for Early Infrastructure Work and provide input to the potential contractor to develop Construction Execution plan in line with FEED Contractor requirements. The input shall be consistent with engineering principles and philosophy, strategy, engineering standards and other defined specifications;
• Construction Planning
• Manage the deliverable of Early Work Construction Planning; Construction Schedule; Support Construction Cost Estimates and Quantities Development; Manage Construction Risk Assessment & Analysis; Manage Construction Stakeholders Interfaces; Develop and Implement Labor Management Plan; Support Engineering Practices and Processes (MOCs, LOPA, HAZOP, etc.); Plan Construction Completions, Turnover, and Closeout Works Processes.
• Lead Early Work Constructability Review - The purpose of this review is to ensure that construction knowledge, experience and expertise is incorporated as early as possible in the design to gain maximum benefit of optimized construction execution
• Coordinate with INPEX FEED Team, monitor, review and evaluate Consultants/Contractors’ works defined in Contract Deliverable list related to FEED requirements.
• Provide recommendations and technical input on Construction engineering design submitted by Consultants/Contractors to meet engineering philosophy, engineering standards, HSSE requirements, best practices, and the implemented technology match to the OLNG Facilities
• Construction Safety
• Ensure that Early Work Construction safety in Compliance with Construction Safety Requirements Per Jurisdiction, Compliance to Construction Permitting Requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in the Oil & Gas Industry. Project experience in LNG facilities is required.
5. Senior Operation & Maintenance OLNG Engineer
JOB ROLES
• Provide Operation and Maintenance expertise and know-how in ensuring that the design of all process system includes operation and maintenance system;
• Provide Operation and Maintenance expertise and know-how in the development of strategy of improving facility/plants safety and operability as well operation and maintenance cycle inspection and overhaul planning system;
• Provide Operation and Maintenance expertise and know-how in ensuring that all operation and maintenance works are carried out according to strategy, system and optimized cycle plan. Including Turn Around activities;
• Provide Operation and Maintenance expertise and know-how in ensuring operation and maintenance targets are achieved;
• Provide operation input during plot plan and 3D review and during operability review to ensure that the maintenance activities can be smoothly done in the future;
• Develop the minimum spare part list to be kept in Warehouse and to be part of LTSA contract;
• Develop the machinery and tool list to be provided in machine shop to support reliable operations;
• Work with warehouse team to specify and develop the spare part to be kept inside warehouse, outside and preservation requirements;
• Design and develop start-up and operation readiness plans and providing operation support to construction teams during the start up;
• Provide operation and maintenance input to the development of OPEX.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Experiences in LNG Operation and Maintenance are required.
