We are a Holding Company engaged in Mining, Trading, and Shipping businesses, and we are currently seeking to fill several positions as follows:

 

1. Regulatory Affair & Crewing (Shipping) - Officer

Job Scope: (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Manage end-to-end crew recruitment, including sourcing, screening, and ensuring document completeness.

• Monitor and maintain crew and fleet documents, including renewals and reporting to the Shipping Coordinator.

• Coordinate with agents for crew mutations, PKL, and safe onboarding.

• Support the Shipping Coordinator Supervisor with customer/vendor handling, shipment data, contracts, and invoicing.

• Assist in speed boat operations, including planning, maintenance, and administration.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Merchant Marine, Logistics, or equivalent experience.

• 1–2 years of experience in crewing, document monitoring, or shipping operations.

• Strong communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

• Good collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong leadership, coaching, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills.

 

2. Accounting & Tax (Shipping) - Officer

Job Scope: (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Record daily transactions accurately based on bank statements and ensure complete supporting documents.

• Coordinate with Finance on AR/AP, petty cash, and create related journal entries.

• Identify accrual needs, verify invoices for compliance, and handle monthly tax calculations and reporting.

• Prepare journal adjustments and supporting documents for month-end/year-end closing, including issuing e-Faktur and withholding tax.

• Support tax audits, external audits, document filing, tax office requirements, and assist FAT Supervisor when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accounting , Finance or related

• Min. 2 years experiences in Accounting and Tax

• Proficiency in Accurate System and Tax System

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Have Brevet A & B Certificates

 

3. Legal (Holding) - Officer

Job Scope: (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Prepare executive summaries of updated regulations (mineral resources, company law, environment, trade, manpower, tax) for management awareness.

• Draft and review agreements, POAs, resolutions, and other legal documents related to business operations.

• Handle corporate deed amendments, RUPS, AJB/PPJB processes, and maintain proper documentation.

• Ensure all corporate permits (including OSS) remain valid, compliant, and reported on time; manage legal administration tasks.

• Provide legal advice on nickel sale-purchase matters, manage e-filing and approval systems, and report regularly to the Legal Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accounting , Finance or related

• Min. 2 years experiences in Accounting and Tax

• Proficiency in Accurate System and Tax System

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

• Have Brevet A & B Certificates

 

4. HRGA Generalist (Holding) - Officer

Job Scope: (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Manage and optimize daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.

• Support HRGA/HR Manager in planning and implementing HR strategies and company policies.

• Oversee employee benefits and compensation administration (BPJS and private insurance).

• Ensure compliance with labor regulations and apply HR best practices.

• Maintain accurate HR data, reports, and documentation.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field,

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution abilities.

• Experienced in talent management, HR systems, and development programs.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.

 

5. Finance (Holding) - Officer

Job Scope: (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Handle daily financial operations, including AP/AR processing, invoicing, payment scheduling, and bank reconciliation.

• Maintain accurate financial records, prepare supporting documents, and ensure timely financial reporting.

• Monitor petty cash, verify expenses, and coordinate with related departments for financial data and documentation.

• Input transactions into financial systems (e.g., Accurate) and ensure compliance with internal procedures.

• Support month-end processes, audits, and administrative tasks, and provide assistance to the Finance/Accounting team when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma (D3) in Finance/Accounting

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial administration.

• Skilled in daily financial transactions (AP/AR, invoicing, bank reconciliation) and maintaining accurate financial records.

• Familiar with financial systems (Accurate or similar) and able to prepare timely reports.

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, good communication, and teamwork.

 

6. Mandarin Translator (Holding) - Officer

Job Scope: (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Translate documents and communications between Mandarin and Indonesian/English accurately.

• Provide interpretation during meetings and discussions with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

• Support communication between management, employees, and external parties.

• Review and ensure accuracy of Mandarin technical or business documents.

• Assist cross-department tasks that require Mandarin language support.

Job Requirements:

• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) with strong translation and interpretation skills.

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Language, Communication, or related field.

• Minimum HSK Level 4–5 (Level 6 is a strong advantage).

• Prior experience as a translator/interpreter, ideally in corporate or industrial environments.

• Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines and onsite.

 

7. Purchasing (Holding) - Officer

Job Scope: (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Manage and verify Purchase Requests (PR), supplier sourcing, and price/quality comparisons.

• Negotiate with suppliers and process Purchase Orders (PO) accurately.

• Coordinate with suppliers, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth procurement flow.

• Monitor delivery, verify received goods, and manage related invoices and documents.

• Maintain purchasing records, ship recaps, PPE data, and petty cash summaries for operational needs.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing or Supply Chain, preferably in the shipping industry.

• Strong vendor/supplier relationship management and negotiation skills.

• Detail-oriented, able to multitask, and proficient in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.

• Strong work ethics, integrity, and effective communication skills

 

8. Jr. Geologist & Compliance (Mining) - Officer

Job Scope: (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Assist in managing and renewing mining and environmental permits (IUP, AMDAL, etc.) and preparing required licensing documents.

• Monitor regulatory updates in mining, environment, and forestry, and provide recommendations based on changes.

• Prepare documents and support the company during regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with all standards.

• Prepare and submit mandatory reports (mining activities, environmental reports) to government agencies.

• Maintain, archive, and provide mining and licensing documents for internal and external needs (audit, investor, reporting).

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering (fresh graduate acceptable; max age 25).

• Knowledge of mining documents and basic mining operations.

• Understanding of mining permits and regulatory requirements.

• Able to operate ArcGIS or similar mapping applications.

• Detail-oriented, with good analytical and documentation skills.

 

9. Regulatory & Eksternal Affair (Mining) - Officer

Job Scope: (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Manage regulatory compliance for mining operations, including permits, reporting, and renewal timelines.

• Build and maintain relationships with government agencies, local authorities, and external stakeholders.

• Monitor regulatory updates and provide impact analysis or recommendations to management.

• Prepare and submit regulatory documents, environmental reports, and operational filings required by authorities.

• Support audits, inspections, and external engagements to ensure the company remains compliant with all mining regulations.

Job Requirements:

• Bach Bachelor’s degree in Law, Public Policy, Mining Engineering, or related field.

• Strong understanding of mining regulations, licensing processes, and government compliance.

• Experience in dealing with government institutions (ESDM, KLHK, Pemda) is an advantage.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to prepare regulatory documents and reports accurately.

 

10. HRGA Dept. Head (Holding) - Manager

Job Scope: (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Develop and execute HR strategies, including workforce planning, organizational development initiatives, and strengthening the company culture in line with business goals.

• Lead Talent Management programs, including talent review, succession planning, career pathways, and high-potential employee development.

• Oversee Training & Development, including TNA, training roadmap creation, competency development, and evaluation of learning impact.

• Manage Job Analysis and Job Grading to ensure accurate job structures, leveling, and alignment with compensation frameworks.

• Drive full-cycle HR operations: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.

• Develop and maintain HR policies, SOPs, and HR systems to enhance efficiency and regulatory compliance.

• Ensure full compliance with Indonesian labor law, manage industrial relations, and support dispute prevention and resolution.

• Oversee General Affairs functions—including facilities, assets, logistics, and vendor management—and provide strategic HR advisory to management.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR Management, Law, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).

• Minimum 5 years experience as HRGA Manager, preferably in mining or related industries.

• Strong capability in OD, Talent Management, Job Analysis, Job Grading, and training program development.

• Proven experience in HR strategy, HR policy development, and organizational structure management.

• Deep understanding of Indonesian labor regulations, IR practices, and compliance.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, HRIS/HRMS, and strong analytical and documentation skills.

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and confidentiality awareness.

• Preferred certifications: CHRP/CHRM/HRBP, BNSP HR certification, Talent Management/OD certification, Industrial Relations.
