PT. TRIPATRA ENGINEERS AND CONSTRUCTORS

We're looking for multiple position (Project Based) with detail :

RIAU PROJECT

1. CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any Engineering discipline.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction and construction management, including at least 8 years in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (Roads/High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.

• Within the last 12 years, has served as a Construction Manager on EPC/EPCI projects or as the lead construction representative for multinational Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction, Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects with:

- Minimum single contract value of IDR 200 billion.

- Responsibility for managing at least 200 contractor personnel, including subcontractors.

• Strong knowledge of construction management, including construction methods, HSE implementation, constructability reviews, quality standards, construction progress measurement, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities.

• Strong leadership in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE), with a good understanding of business administration processes, contract management, and contract law principles.

• Excellent leadership, managerial, coordination, mentoring, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

2. CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any Engineering discipline with at least 6 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in any Engineering discipline with at least 8 years of experience in construction planning, execution, and supervision.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Construction Field Supervisor on projects in one or more of the following industries:

- Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Facilities

- Civil Construction (High-rise Buildings/Bridges)

- Public Works & Spatial Planning (DPU/PUPR)

- Mining

- Geothermal

- Power Generation

• Demonstrated ability to identify construction issues in the field and provide effective guidance to Construction Contractors to ensure timely resolution.

• Good knowledge of construction scheduling, productivity measurement methods, construction equipment specifications and operations, as well as construction techniques and procedures.

3. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in any discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in document control systems and construction reporting for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or related industrial construction projects.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and other relevant office software.

• Strong document management, reporting, organizational, and communication skills.

4. EQUIPMENT INSPECTOR

Qualifications :

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as an Equipment Inspector or in mechanical inspection for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Mining, or EPC construction projects.

• Familiar with the inspection of static and rotating equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, piping, pumps, compressors, and related mechanical equipment.

• Good understanding of inspection procedures, quality control requirements, engineering drawings, material specifications, and applicable international codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API, ASTM, ISO).

• Experienced in conducting equipment inspections, witnessing factory/site acceptance tests, reviewing inspection reports, and verifying compliance with project specifications.

5. LEAD CONSTRUCTION

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any Engineering discipline with at least 8 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in Engineering with at least 10 years of experience in construction planning, execution, and supervision.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Lead Construction or Construction Superintendent on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Public Works (DPU/PUPR), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.

• Proven ability to identify construction issues and potential risks, provide sound technical advice, and support Construction Contractors in delivering safe, effective, and efficient construction execution.

• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, productivity measurement techniques, construction methods, and field execution planning.

6. LEAD SAFETY

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any discipline with at least 8 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in any discipline with at least 10 years of experience in construction execution and HSE management.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Lead Safety, HSE Lead, or equivalent leadership role on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Public Works (DPU/PUPR), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.

• Holds a valid Government-issued or internationally recognized HSE certification obtained within the last 5 years, relevant to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction HSE management, risk assessment, safe work practices, construction equipment safety, and applicable national and international HSE codes and standards.

• Experienced in incident investigation, root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and reporting of HSE incidents.

7. PROJECT CONTROL MANAGER

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Engineering, Science, Economics, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

• Minimum 12 years of experience in project controls, including at least 8 years supporting Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (Roads/High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.

• Proven experience within the last 12 years as a Project Controls Manager or in a leadership role managing Project Controls teams, including Schedulers and Cost Controllers, on EPC/EPCI or similar industrial projects.

8. PROJECT CONTROLLER

Qualificarions :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Engineering, Science, Economics, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline with at least 6 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) with at least 10 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and project controls.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Controller, Cost Controller, Scheduler, or Planner on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (Roads/High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.

• Strong knowledge of project controls principles, including planning and scheduling, cost estimation, cost control, progress measurement, forecasting, and project reporting.

• Good understanding of construction execution, project scheduling methodologies, and project control standards and best practices.

• Proficient in project controls software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications.

9. SAFETY SPECIALIST

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any discipline with at least 7 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in any discipline with at least 9 years of experience in construction execution and HSE management.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Specialist, HSE Inspector, or equivalent role on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Public Works (DPU/PUPR), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.

• Holds a valid HSE certification issued within the last 5 years by a recognized authority, relevant to construction safety, such as Lifting & Rigging, Scaffolding Inspection, Working at Height, Confined Space Entry, Hot Work, or other related competencies.

10. SAFETY SUPERVISOR

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Applied Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any discipline with at least 6 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in any discipline with at least 8 years of experience in construction execution and HSE supervision.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Inspector, Safety Supervisor, or equivalent role on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Public Works (DPU/PUPR), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.

• Holds a valid Government-issued or recognized HSE certification obtained within the last 5 years, relevant to the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or construction industry.

• Strong knowledge of construction HSE management, hazard identification, risk assessment, safe work practices, and construction equipment safety inspection.
