We're looking for multiple position (Project Based) with detail :

RIAU PROJECT

11. LEAD QUALITY CONTROLLER

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any Engineering discipline with at least 8 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in any Engineering discipline with at least 10 years of experience in construction planning, execution, and quality control.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a QA/QC Superintendent, Lead Quality Control, or equivalent role on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (Roads/High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality management systems, inspection and testing requirements, and applicable national and international quality codes and standards.

• Proven ability to develop and implement effective quality control strategies, monitor contractor performance, and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.

• Experienced in identifying non-conformities, issuing and managing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with Construction Contractors.

12. QUALITY CONTROLLER - CIVIL, BUILDING AND STRUCTURE

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline with at least 6 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in engineering, fabrication, construction, or quality control services.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Quality Control Inspection for civil, building, and structural works on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (Roads/High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.

• Holds valid training or professional certifications issued within the last 5 years in civil, building, structural construction, or quality inspection from recognized authorities or professional organizations.

13. QUALITY CONTROLLER - COATING

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any Engineering discipline with at least 6 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in any Engineering discipline with at least 8 years of experience in engineering, fabrication, construction, or quality control services.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Coating Quality Control Inspection on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (Roads/High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.

• Strong knowledge of coating inspection, surface preparation, coating application, and quality control requirements in accordance with SSPC, NACE/AMPP, and other applicable international standards.

Holds valid coating inspection certification(s) issued within the last 5 years by a recognized authority or professional organization (e.g., AMPP/NACE Coating Inspector, SSPC, or equivalent).

14. QUALITY CONTROLLER - ELECTRICAL

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Electrical Engineering or a related Engineering discipline with at least 6 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in engineering, fabrication, construction, or quality control services.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Electrical Quality Control Inspection on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction, Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.

• Strong knowledge of the installation, inspection, testing, and quality control of electrical systems, including 120V, 240V, 480V, 4.16kV, and 13.8kV systems.

• Experienced in inspecting and verifying electrical equipment and installations, including transformers, Motor Control Centers (MCC), busbars, switchgear, power cables, cable trays, grounding systems, lighting systems, and associated electrical equipment.

• Familiar with applicable electrical codes, standards, inspection procedures, and testing requirements (e.g., IEC, IEEE, NEC, NFPA, or project-specific standards).

• Holds valid training or professional certifications issued within the last 5 years in electrical installation, testing, inspection, or quality control from recognized authorities or professional organizations.

15. QUALITY CONTROLLER – INSTRUMENT & CONTROL

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline with at least 6 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in Engineering with at least 8 years of experience in engineering, fabrication, construction, or quality control services.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Instrumentation & Control (I&C) Quality Control Inspection on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction, Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.

• Strong knowledge of the installation, inspection, testing, and quality control of instrumentation and control systems, including control valves, transmitters, flow meters, pressure/temperature/level instruments, switches, analyzers, PLC, DCS, RTU, instrument cabling, junction boxes, and control panels.

• Experienced in reviewing instrumentation installation, loop checking, calibration, functional testing, and pre-commissioning activities in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.

• Familiar with applicable international codes, standards, and best practices for instrumentation and control systems (e.g., IEC, ISA, API, or project-specific standards).

• Holds valid training or professional certifications issued within the last 5 years in instrumentation, control systems, installation, testing, inspection, or quality control from recognized authorities or professional organizations.

16. QUALITY CONTROLLER - TANK

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any Engineering discipline with at least 6 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in any Engineering discipline with at least 8 years of experience in engineering, fabrication, construction, or quality control services.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Tank Quality Control Inspection for Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Mining, Geothermal, Power Generation, or other industrial projects involving aboveground storage tanks.

• Strong knowledge of the fabrication, erection, inspection, testing, and maintenance of aboveground storage tanks, particularly in accordance with API 650 and API 653 standards.

• Experienced in tank fabrication inspections, dimensional checks, welding inspections, hydrostatic testing, coating inspections, and quality documentation.

• Familiar with applicable international codes, standards, and inspection procedures related to storage tank construction and maintenance.

• Holds valid API 650 and/or API 653 training or certification issued within the last 5 years by a recognized authority or professional organization.

17. QUALITY CONTROLLER - WELDING

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Bachelor's Degree (D4) in any Engineering discipline with at least 6 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in any Engineering discipline with at least 8 years of experience in engineering, fabrication, construction, or quality control services.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Welding Quality Control Inspection on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction, Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.

• Strong knowledge of welding procedures, fabrication, inspection, and quality control in accordance with applicable international codes and standards, including AWS D1.1, API 1104, ASME Section IX, ASME B31.3, API 620, API 650, and other relevant standards.

• Experienced in reviewing Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), Welder Performance Qualifications (WPQ), weld inspections, and welding documentation.

• Familiar with Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) methods, including Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Radiographic Testing (RT).

• Holds a valid Welding Inspection or NDT Level I certification (e.g., MT, PT, UT, or Radiographic Film Interpreter) issued within the last 5 years by a recognized authority or professional organization.

18. QUANTITY SURVEYOR

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Bachelor's Degree (D4) in Engineering, Science, Economics, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline with at least 6 years of experience, or Diploma (D3) in Engineering, Science, Economics, Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline with at least 8 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction progress measurement.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor on Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Civil Construction (Roads/High-rise Buildings/Bridges), Mining, Geothermal, or Power Generation projects.
