We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to fill the following position:
Job Title: Entitlement Analyst
Purpose:
To prepare entitlement calculation Government and Contractor portion based on applicable Production Sharing Contract (Cost Recovery and Gross Split PSC) and other relevant documents.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Periodically calculate the entitlement government share and contractor share in Cost Recovery and Gross Split PSCs
• Maintain PSC Model Cost Recovery and Gross Split, cost recovery/deductible expenses database and reconciliation between SAP and CR report and prepare monthly Cost Recovery Report and Gross Split Report for PSC in Production stage
• Analyse the cost to recovered in the period
• Prepare monthly entitlement report to be used in monthly meeting for data verification calculation and finalization of split adjustment report for Gross Split PSCs
• Provide robust data relevant to Gross Revenues, FTP, Cost Oil, Profit Oil, DMO, and Tax for the purpose of reporting to SKK Migas, Head Quarter, and Partners
• Provide data for the reporting of Corporate Income Tax and Branch Profit Tax
• Prepare the calculation of over/under lifting for the purposes of internal reporting (IFRS 15)
• Prepare lifting realization report for DIRJEN MIGAS
• Ensure all the work activities in accordance with the principle of PSC and other relevant regulation (GR 79, SKK Migas procedures, taxation, etc)
• Contribute on Budgeting and Forecasting process relevant to SKK Migas reporting, Company’s Internal Reporting, and reporting for JV partners
• Provide requested data timely for financial government reporting, FMR, FQR, QAS, SIGAP, SOT-FQR for Muara Bakau PSC
• Final reconciliation with other East Kalimantan Producers for cost of Sales and Revenues
• Prepare revenue report and cost of sales for Gov’t and JV partners on monthly basis based on Monthly Closing Schedule

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in production accounting within Oil & Gas Industry
- Training and Certification:

Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Purpose:
To maintain all computer and telecommunication equipment in good operating conditions to minimize down time.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Maintain effectiveness and efficiency of ICT equipment
• Maintain computer and telecommunication equipment in good operating condition
• Installs computers with the necessary standard software required for operations
• Setup and installs Telecommunication equipment as per standard operating procedure
• Solves minor computer hardware and software problem to minimize outside vendor services
• Performs backup operation as per scheduled to avoid any data lost
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies in an acceptable level to minimize down time
• Maintain outside tape storage facilities and keep track of tape movement
• Maintain outside storage facilities and keep track of hardware movement
• Settles all company’s telecommunication billing charges on time as per scheduled to avoid any penalties
• Maintain ICT hardware and software inventory and keep up to date
• Provides user support for desktop applications

Job Title: Senior C&B Specialist
Purpose:
Senior C&B Specialist is responsible to organize and conduct compensation & benefit (C&B) activities. This role also supports the Company’s objective in providing equitable and competitive remuneration for all employees.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate C&B processes such as salary planning, bonus planning, new benefit introduction, etc.
• Analyse and organize compensation changes regarding employee promotion/movement to provide analysis of adjustment considering internal equity and external competitiveness.
• Analyse and conduct C&B studies to meet prevailing laws and regulations.
• Develop C&B policy/guidelines to support C&B exercises to ensure that all aspects are under control and in line with the prevailing regulations.

Job Title: Tax Accountant & Compliance Specialist
Purpose:
To maintain the accuracy and integrity of tax accounting, including deferred tax positions, and to ensure compliance with Indonesian tax legislation in alignment with corporate standards and regulatory requirements.
General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
• Prepare deferred tax calculations in accordance with IFRS/IAS 12, including the identification and assessment of temporary differences, tax loss carryforwards, and tax credits.
• Conducted effective tax rate (ETR) and tax rate reconciliation analysis, ensuring the accuracy of tax provisions and financial statement disclosures.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to assess the tax impact of business transactions, regulatory changes, and accounting adjustments, while ensuring compliance with corporate reporting requirements and applicable tax regulations.
• Supported statutory audits and tax audits by providing technical explanations, reconciliations, and supporting documentation related to current and deferred tax positions.
• Manage tax compliance processes, including the calculation, payment and reporting of Value Added Tax (VAT), Withholding Tax (WHT) and Land & Building Tax (LBT).
• Prepare and submit the annual corporate income tax returns, ensuring full compliance with Indonesian tax regulations.
• Review vendor invoices and payment transactions to determine applicable tax treatments, including withholding tax obligations, and ensure proper VAT documentation, processing, and record maintenance.
• Monitor developments in Indonesian tax laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance, identify tax planning opportunities, and mitigate tax risks through regular engagement with tax consultants, tax authorities, and industry stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian tax regulations and corporate tax policies by providing timely and accurate tax advice to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain effective relationships with government authorities, tax authorities, external auditors, and tax advisors to support audits, tax assessments, and compliance activities.

• Experience in preparing annual corporate income tax returns and managing monthly tax compliance obligations.
• Experience liaising with tax authorities, external auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders regarding tax compliance and reporting matters.
• Experience with tax reconciliations, data analysis, and financial modeling using Microsoft Excel and tax reporting tools.
• Training and Certification: Professional certification in accounting, taxation, or finance (e.g., Brevet A & B, Brevet C, Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, CTA, or equivalent).
