We are offering job opportunities for project SEARAH Muara Bakau (an ENI and PETRONAS Company) positions under a framework contract with PT EJJV Engineering Indonesia

We are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to fill the following position:

 

1. Job Title: Reporting Officer

Purpose:

To prepare corporate financial, statuary, and management reporting, as well as conduct budget analysis and reports; to support decision-making for Department Managers and HQ.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly closing and producing Consolidated Reporting Package (CRP) and Monthly Management Reports (MMR).

• Review and record internal costs allocated from other PSCs and direct costs charged through local intercompany.

• Prepare Financial Statements actual, forecast/ budget and statutory reports.

• Gather information from other departments to be used for Financial Statement Analysis (FSA) and CRP requirements.

• Prepare regular budgetary analysis reports for management.

• Prepare regular (monthly) budget reports for Department Managers.

• Assist with budgetary analysis and resolve Department Manager queries.

• Provide other budgetary analysis as required.

• Handle Management & Statutory reporting to Head Office.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Minimum Bachelor degree in Economics, Finance, or equivalent subjects.

- Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in financial / accounting, preferably in the oil & gas industry.

• Previous experience in professional practice (e.g. ‘Big 4’ Accounting Firm) is preferred.

- Training and Certification:

• CA, CPA, CMA or other certified finance specialization is an advantage.

- Language: Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

2. Job Title: A/R Accounting Analyst

Purpose:

To maintain periodic closing the book activities of the Company to provide a timely financial report.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Perform the preparation of invoice issuance related to oil and gas delivery to the buyers, both export and domestic sales which require communication and coordination with Commercial Department and SKK MIGAS.

• Prepare Debit Notes issuance timely from suspense back charge account to Company group and third parties, including tracking transmittal of Debit Note submission.

• Perform the booking of Debit Notes and invoice issuance to buyers and cost of sales invoices from vendors within the closing schedule.

• Manage the collection process and payment received, including booking of incoming allocated to proper outstanding receivable.

• Prepare a periodic ageing analysis report of account receivable and suspense back charge account. Any long-outstanding items shall be follow-up immediately.

• Prepare a periodic reconciliation and confirmation outstanding receivable balance due from related debtors both Company group and third parties. For any reconciling differences shall be clarified.

• Maintain Debit Notes register and manage a well-organized Debit Notes numbering system.

• Maintain customer database in SAP and perform a periodic update on the customer records.

• Maintain SKK MIGAS deposit account recording and reconciliations of all PSC's

• Research and resolve any queries from customers.

• Support month-end closing accounts.

• Other ad-hoc activities (if required) e.g. SOX control requirements, external/internal audit information request, update procedures.

3. Job Title: G/L Accounting Analyst

Purpose:

To maintain the Company’s periodic book-closing activities and provide timely financial reporting.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Perform manual accruals booking, FSA/common cost allocations, asset settlements, clearing suspense accounts related to bank transactions and manual journal entries/adjustments.

• Coordinate with technical departments in providing monthly time sheets and administer the time sheet in Sharepoint to define Statistical Key Factor for common cost allocation calculation and booking process.

• Coordinate regularly with relevant User to obtain the status of WBS to be capitalized to WIP/Fixed Assets (Asset Settlement) and analyze any long outstanding balance of inactive WBS for potential write-off proposal.

• Prepare monthly depreciation charge calculation applied to relevant asset in accordance with Company’s accounting policy e.g. UOP/straight line base.

• Perform intercompany reconciliation and confirmation within Company group entities.

• Prepare and analyze inventory accounts movement.

• Conduct periodic stock taking together with Logistic and external auditor.

• Prepare monthly trial balance and ensure any unusual balances are timely identified and properly clarified with relevant parties.

• Perform other ad-hoc activities (if required) e.g. SOX control requirements, external/internal audit information request.

4. Job Title: Financial Audit Officer

Purpose:

To be responsible for all government audit matters, provide support in managing government financial audit, AFE close out activities, government reporting activity, etc.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Provide support in managing Government Financial Audit activities including preparation of the audit, audit fieldwork, and post audit activity (follow up audit claim etc.)

• Provide support in AFE Close Out activities

• Provide support for the Government reporting activity (Work Program & Budget, FQR, SINAS, etc).

5. Job Title: Treasury Officer

Purpose:

To manage treasury function activities for Company.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Perform payments and cash operations, both vendor invoice and personnel related.

• Perform treasury accounting and monthly Treasury closing routine. 

• Monitor and support projection of company cash flow (In-Out).

• Compile, submit, and analyse periodic treasury reports to Head Office, including free cash flow forecasts, cash position updates, and other non-routine report requested by local management and Treasury HO.

• Initiate Head-Office cash calls and repatriations of excess funds in line with group treasury strategy.

• Maintain timely and accurate bank cash-in and cash-out records, including reconcile all corporate bank accounts.

• Prepare and submit required Bank Indonesia reports (LLD, DHE, PEB, SIMODIS) in full compliance with regulatory deadlines.

• Monitor and maintain company SBLC/BG.

• Provide support during internal & external audit for Treasury area.

• Maintain good relationships with banks and users.

• Knowledge of treasury functions, treasury accounting, and banking systems, Central Bank’s SIMODIS system.

• Oil & Gas accounting concept knowledge, especially for revenue and entitlement concepts.

• Solid skills to work with Microsoft Office.

• SAP knowledge is preferable.

6. Job Title: Government Financial Reporting Officer

Purpose:

To be responsible for government authorities and other regulators financial reporting & budgeting.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Assist the team leader with the preparation of Government authorities financial reporting mainly Financial Monthly Report (FMR), Financial Quarterly Report (FQR) for all Company operated PSCs, including Cost Recovery and Gross Split PSCs in production stages as well as exploration stages.

• Assist the team leader with the preparation of Work Program & Budget and the Revisions for all Company operated PSCs, including Cost Recovery and Gross Split PSCs in production stages as well as exploration stages.

• Assist the team leader with the preparation of Asset monitoring and reporting to Government authorities (SINAS Migas) for all Company operated PSCs, including Cost Recovery and Gross Split PSCs in production stages as well as exploration stages.

• Assist the team leader on AFE Monitoring activities and AFE Close Out activities.

• Assist the team leader on Revenues and Cost of Sales analysis and Reporting.

7. Job Title: Formalities Officer

Purpose:

To provide operational support for the Company’s day-to-day execution of Formalities functions by administering and coordinating including, but not limited to, the preparation and processing of work permit, immigration, and related compliance processes for national employees assigned to overseas missions or assignments, expatriate employees assigned to Indonesia, and other regulatory and administrative documentation required to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company reporting requirements.

General Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

Expatriate Employee:

• Coordinate and prepare expatriate employment documentation, including work permits, stay permits, and regulatory approvals from relevant authorities.

• Liaise with expatriates, internal stakeholders, government agencies, and service providers to ensure timely immigration and employment processing.

• Prepare and process business travel documentation, including visas, invitation letters, and supporting documents (as required).

• Coordinate expatriate administrative documents with relevant unit.

• Prepare supporting documents for expatriate employment and operational needs, including travel permits and other official letters (as required).

• Monitor permit validity and coordinate timely renewals to ensure regulatory compliance.

National Employee:

• Prepare employment-related & other supporting documents for employee’s mobilization for overseas business travel or to other Company subsidiaries for International Assignment including required work permit documents in coordination with relevant institutions or counterparts.

• Prepare travel documentation for overseas business travel (e.g. entry visas, invitation letters) and other required supporting documents.

General:

• Prepare and maintain documentation for compulsory reporting and regulatory compliance or audit.

• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for formalities documentation to support audits and ensure confidentiality.

• Coordinate formalities matters for business visitors, travel permits, and other letters.

• Prepare administrative documents related to formalities service providers.

• Monitor formalities agents' performance and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with internal functions to ensure efficient formalities processes.

• Support process improvements to enhance compliance, service quality, and operational efficiency.
