We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

DISPATCH FMS SUPERINTENDENT
(Assignment: KJA & Tabang Site, Kalimantan)

Control, monitor, and supervise the company’s mining technology and systems to enable the Mining Business Line to achieve its plan by ensuring that the selected system is administered in a manner that delivers controlled and planned outcomes with deliberate intent.

Requirements: 
• Minimum Bachelor degree preferably in Mining Engineering
• Minimum 5 years previous experience as a Mining Engineer, especially in Fleet Management System Area
• Good Analytical skills and Problem Solving skills
• Attention to details
• Good understanding of Mining Business Processes
• Willing to travel frequently to the company’s mine sites
• Must be proficient in Excel, Power Point, Report Preparation and Presentation

Responsibilities:
• Plan, control and monitor the deployment of the companies selected fleet management system
• Train site team members in the use of the fleet management system and train supervisors in pit control operations, as required
• Provide leadership and direction to the site engineers and management by establishing clear deliverables through goal setting and clear lines of accountability. 
• Control and monitor the integration process between the Petrosea OpsDB system and the Fleet Management system
• Review all reports from the OpsDB system including the dashboard and Mining Scorecard, and based on the data results suggest and develop new continuous improvement actions
• Control and monitor daily management of Mine Production Information and reporting systems
• Work closely with ICT department and vendors to ensure system issues are resolved in a timely fashion
• Develop processes and procedures to help manage the fleet management system
• Develop budget and cost calculation involved in developing effective mine management system
• Review daily, weekly and monthly production & cost reports from the fleet management system to ensure the reports are free from errors

SENIOR PLANNER
(Assignment: Head Office)

Plan, coordinate, schedule and monitor all maintenance activities in >6 months horizon pertaining to asset project (heavy equipment) in order to ensure all maintenance activities in project are effective and efficient in timely manner conform to the project schedule and budget.

Requirements: 
• Min. Education & experience: 
- Min S1 Engineering with 7 years’ experience in heavy equipment Mtc operation & Planning, or
- Min D3 Engineering (preferably Mechanical) with 10 years’ experience in heavy equipment Mtc operation & Planning, or
- Min STM Mechanical with 15 years’ experience in heavy equipment Mtc operation and Mtc Planning
• Experience / familiar in using CMMS (Computerised Maintenance Management System) Program
• Strong knowledge and concept for setting up Preventive Maintenance
• Preferably to have on-hand experience in : 
- Work Planning and Scheduling
- Maintenance Budgeting/Planning Cost
- Maintenance Data and Task Analysis (Oil Analysis, Condition Monitoring, RCM, Reliability) 
• Excellent computer skill
• Able to work in detail, time management, target oriented, good reporting system
• Able to show and maintain good attitude, open, honest, proactive and respecting other
• Willing to work in Jakarta with extensive travel to project/sites in remote areas
• Internal candidate (existing employee) with lower education background may be considered if having some proven experience

Responsibilities: 
• Provide long term maintenance planning (>3 months) applied to all company asset (or at the moment is applied on heavy equipment in the company for Mining operation), release on time as per schedule complete with parts/component schedule and its budgeted cost/spend. 
• Coordinate with Maintenance (Mtc) Planning Superintendent, Mtc Planning Coordinator and Component Planning Coordinator to develop Long term (>3 months) maintenance planning schedules for multi purposes resources planning e.g. budgeting, parts & component planning, man power and tooling planning. 
• Coordinate with User (e.g. Mining) Engineering team (e.g. Mine Engineering Supt or Senior Mining Engineer) to build robust approach in preparing long term maintenance planning. 
• Coordinate with Asset Finance team in providing long term maintenance budgeting and meeting Corporate Finance need on finance-related forecasted data/cost in regard with Mtc operation. 
• Coordinate with Mtc System & Strategy section to identify and check the integrity of data, approach and current system capability to produce robust long term Mtc plan. 
• Prepare and monitor the implementation of Shutdown planning in order to increase the plan accuracy and to ensure all resources and materials are on hand when required. 
• Check and investigate all variances from target and report to Planning Manager in order to maintain data accuracy and improving the robustness of the approach in building-up the Long term Mtc plan. 
• Analyze in general the historical event/cost and provide information to Asset Engineering team on likely event to adjust based on data/fact. 
• Originate, monitor and control requests for parts and resources in order to ensure they are available when required and without contributing to “overstock” and unnecessary storage of parts. 
• Support and advise Inventory Controller regarding to stock level availability in order to determine accurate minimum and maximum stock levels. 
• Maintaining and implementing HSE programs including Environmental Management System to ensure the effectiveness of the programs conform to official standard and requirements.

PROJECT SECRETARY
(Assignment: Site Based)

Provide efficient secretarial and administration assistance to project in order to support project with administrative matters and participate in contribute the success of project function.

Requirements: 
• Min. Diploma degree (preferable in Administration / Secretary). 
• Min. 2 year experience in secretarial duties. 
• Computer literate. 
• Fluent in English (Verbal and Written). 
• Willing to work extend hours due to project requirements. 
• Willing to be placed at our Project : Tabang, East Kalimantan

Responsibilities: 
• Develop and maintain hard copy and electronic filing system as well as document confidentiality to provide administration support in accordance with Petrosea procedures. 
• Organize and manage meetings or project events and take minutes at those meetings to ensure meeting efficiency. 
• Prepare correspondence, reports, and materials for publications / reports and presentations to ensure all publications / reports and presentations materials are complete and ready to use. 
• Organize and schedule arrangements for manager, including air travel and expences claim reimbursment to provide secretarial assistance. 
• Present general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing and maintain stationary supply in order to provide administration assistance. 
• Monitor and maintain office area in order to keep office area clean and tidy. 
• Perform other duties as per request to support and assist Project Manager in administration matters.

INDUSTRIAL RELATION OFFICER
(Assignment: Head Office, Bintaro)

Responsible to maintain, arrange, monitor and administer Industrial in order to provide an immediate support to all employees in conforming to all company’s regulations, policies and procedures.

Requirements: 
• Min bachelor degree in Law
• Min 3 years working experiences in Industrial Relation
• Familiar with updated Government Employment Regulation
• Understand major Industrial Relation issues and alternative of solutions
• Strong analytical thinking and problem solving
• Good communication skill and negotiation skill to all levels within the organization
• Maintain confidentiality of some HR information and documents
• Willing to work extended hours as and when required.

Responsibilities: 
• Involved in negotiations and dispute resolution procedures with employee, but not limited to providing employee counselling, unions, employer bodies, government agencies, labour relation authorities, and other relevant agencies so that the organization’s interest are protected
• Develop and maintain good relationship with local authorities such as Tribal Heads, Village Head, Sub District Head, Police and Army, present meeting held by the local authorities discussing local issues, project condition, job vacancy and on the job training in order to gain image / special support required for the company or project
• Gather and compile data for preparation of the man power report (Wajib Lapor, Ketenagakerjaan); Register Wajib Lapor to Depnaker; Distribute the approved Wajib Lapor to internal PTP who need it; Maintain relationship between Depnaker and or other associates if needed to ensure that Wajib Lapor is registered to Depnaker on time
• Analyze, gather and organize data for IR guidelines / policies establishment purpose in order to provide assistance in preparing guidelines / policies in line with company’s target and goals
