1. POSITION  : QUALITY CONTROL ASSISTANT

Department/Project : Procurement and Pose Department

Work Location  : Jakarta

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• High level for English language

• Minimum 5 years’ experience on EPCI company (Oil and Gas)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with MS office and SAP software or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Material Quality Control activity, Inspection activity, Inspection reporting (ITP, Shop Drawing, Testing Reports, Manufacturing procedure, Testing procedure, NCR and so on)

• Minimum NDE level 2 qualification, familiar with Code such as DNV, AWS D1.1, ASME, API, ASTM, IEC-EX

• Qualified and experience as welding inspector, structural and piping discipline

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Material Certification and Quality book review

• NDT supervision and test result review, Material Inspection reporting

• Punch List, Carry Over Work List, OSDR, NCR management

• Interface with Project Inspection Coordinator or QC Coordinator for Inspection activity organization, documents review and reporting, participate to meeting related to Quality Control and so on

• SAP update and Release Note, Final Test release

2. POSITION  : PROJECT EXPEDITING COORDINATOR

Department/Project : Procurement and Pose Department

Work Location  : Jakarta

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• High level for English language

• Minimum 5 years’ experience on EPCI company (Oil and Gas)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience with SAP software or equivalent

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Project Expediting activity, post order follow up, fabrication and documentation progress and monitoring

• Minimum 3/5 years’ experience in field expediting activity (spot or resident basis, either way)

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in Project coordination, reporting and interface with project Client and Project Management

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Interface with vendor and manufacturer worldwide

• Coordination of expediting team (desk and field)

• Interface with Project Client and Final Client for project follow up, progress, coordination and reporting

• SAP update and project material reporting to PMT

3. POSITION  : PROJECT EXPEDITOR

Department/Project : Procurement and Pose Department

4. POSITION  : POST ORDER EXPEDITER

Department/Project : Procurement and Pose Department

Work Location  : Karimun

Education  : Minimum Diploma from related Technical Academy

Working Experiences : 3 - 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• High level for English language

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with SAP software or equivalent

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Post Order Expediting activity, post order follow up, monitoring and reporting

• Vendor progress, monitoring and follow up

• Meeting organization, desk expediting activity and reporting

• Interface with Project Coordinator or Management for vendor follow up, progress, coordination and reporting

5. POSITION  : SHIPPING OFFICER

Department/Project : Procurement and Pose Department

Work Location  : Karimun

Education  : Minimum Diploma from related Technical Major

Working Experiences : 3 - 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• High level for English language

• Minimum 2 years’ experience with SAP software or equivalent

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in handling shipment with forwarder, liner and customs authority

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in shipment and logistic contract management

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Interface with forwarder for shipment organization and customs clearance activity

• Internal interface with all involved department/personnel for shipping and logistic services

• Shipment documentation and logistic arrangement for project activity and base/yard activity

• SAP update and project shipping and logistic reporting

6. POSITION    : PROJECT ENGINEER

Department/Project       : Project Management

Work Location   : Jakarta & Offshore

Education    : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences     : More than 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status         : Temporary

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Knowledge of Construction and Commissioning principles

• Knowledge of claim and change management with regards to partners, suppliers and customers.

• Knowledge of project planning

• Knowledge of Engineering and Procurement principles

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Assist the Project Manager in planning, coordinating and controlling the execution of the project in accordance with Client requirements and objectives, within time and cost constrain and in observance of HSE and Quality procedures and practices

• Support the Project Manager in coordinating specific technical and management topics (i.e. project internal and external interface management, contractual document issue and review, project activities planning, data analysis and reporting preparation, subcontractor and supplier management, Project Record Books preparation, Spare Parts management, certification collection, supplier payments, etc.)

7. POSITION    : METHOD ENGINEER

Department/Project       : Construction / TEP Onshore

Work Location   : Papua

Education    : University Graduate on Technical Major

Working Experiences     : Minimum 5 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status         : Temporary

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Ability to read drawings and plan

• Planning, use Critical Path Method / CPM

• Knowledge of equipment (cranes, concrete form panels, etc.)

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Draw up a general engineering schedule

• Identify technical problems and make technical decision

• Define materials or services to be purchased

• Approve all the technical design
