PetroChina International Companies in Indonesia, an upstream oil and gas industry Company, has the following position open for immediate engagement :
FIELD LEGAL ATTORNEY
- University graduate in Law
- Having 8 - 10 years experience in a Law Firm or company preferably with exposure to both corporate and Indonesian Oil & Gas matters
- Having experience in all areas of Production Sharing Contract operations incl. oil & gas contract, tender regulations, Labor Law and Environmental Law, preferably in litigation matters
- Having advocate license for Indonesia courts and member of PERADI
- Willing to be assigned in Jabung Field
LITIGATION LEGAL ATTORNEY
- University graduate in Law
- Having 8 - 10 years experience in a Law Firm or company preferably with exposure to both corporate and Indonesian Oil & Gas matters
- Having wide experience in handling litigation matters
- Having advocate license for Indonesia courts and member of PERADI
All candidates must be proficient in English communication skills (both spoken & written) and have knowledge of Personal Computer popular software.
