Expertise - Onshore Geotechnical

Job Descriptions & Responsibilities

▪  Act as Company field representative onsite during the field survey bringing impactful and visible HSSE leadership throughout the duration of the campaign with overall campaign responsibility.

▪  Liaise and work with the Geotechnical Contractor to ensure quality and consistency of data from field and Laboratory acquisition.

▪  Steer and direct contractor in day to day working.

▪  Act as Company Representative in day to day matters.

▪  Serve as the focal point for Company on Geotechnical matters during the campaign.

▪  Advise PIC with respect to day to day issues, carry out look ahead and derisk/mitigate potential issues ahead of time.

▪  Manage field team, update field reports and co-ordinate with head office.

▪  The Position specifically provides technical expertise in the areas on Onshore and nearshore geotechnics.

▪  HSSE system/requirements

▪  Design of deep and shallow foundations

▪  Specifying and supervising field investigation campaigns

▪  Supervising laboratory testing

Job Requirements

▪  Degree Civil Engineering or Master Degree Specializing in Geotechnical from reputable University

▪  Minimum 15 Years experiences as geotechnical engineer. This will include experience onshore geotechnical field campaigns, specifying and managing field investigations on major infrastructure projects preferably in the oil and gas industry.

▪  At least 5 years of which shall be experience gained within field supervision as a Company and/or Contractor representative.

▪  Has clear mastery level knowledge of field geotechnical campaigns.

▪  Ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team

▪  Excellent written and spoken skills and command of English language.

▪  Self-starter and can work under pressure and deadlines

▪  Excellent interpersonal, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

▪  Ability to priorities and multi-task

▪  Strong personal commitment to leadership in HSSE

Sr. Technical Support - Onshore Field FEE

▪  Minimum 10 Years experiences as a HSSE Supervisor/Advisor. This will include experience onshore geotechnical field campaigns, specifying and managing field investigations on major infrastructure projects preferably in the oil and gas industry.

▪  At least 4 years of which shall be experience gained within construction environments as a Company and/or Contractor representative.

▪  Has clear skill level knowledge of HSSE domain expertise and application thereof.

▪  Ability to work harmoniously within a diverse team

▪  Excellent written and spoken skills and command of English language.
