SPECIALIST MARKETING & PLANNING

JOB ROLES

• Review and analyze Company marketing target; review and analyze various data related to gas and crude oil market, and in coordination with Tokyo Head Quarters, provide recommendations and expertise in developing marketing strategy; to provide detailed marketing plan.

• Review and analyze current domestic and international market condition consisting of supply and demand, fluctuation of price standards determined by international body, economic, business, industry and politics climate as well as their impact to marketing; develop and propose pricing models and contractual documentation standards; in order to provide guidance and sufficient information in sales transactions. Provide recommendation in developing marketing formulation to attract customers; to ensure availability of marketing formulation as initial offering to potential customers.

• Conduct sourcing customers including their characteristics; analyze data and information and identify sales competitors’ strength and weaknesses, other opportunity, and provide recommendation in marketing to attract customers; to ensure available analysis results of potential customers and other matters to increase marketing opportunities; in coordination with Tokyo Head Quarters, conduct marketing activities to potential customers; record marketing activities and provide required documents in marketing process as well as finalizing sales contracts; to ensure available potential customers and marketing process meet Company policy and procedures.

• Review and analyze marketing process, prepare sales contract and supporting documents completeness; review and analyze potential risk related to sales and its respective contract, involve in negotiation of terms and conditions in marketing process, and provide solutions if any arisen issues; to ensure sales contracts and supporting documents are accomplished within the timeframe and sales contract comply to Company policy and procedures and the prevailing rules and regulations.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• 3 – 5 years experiences

ADVISOR FOR NATIONAL CAPACITY BUILDING

 

JOB ROLES

Provide expert advice and recommendations on development of local small/medium size suppliers and local content improvement program as well as local people development program as part of the National Capacity Building (NCB) program, and facilitate Company to strategic stakeholder in order to achieve target Local Content & implement National Capacity Building program, covers:

- In coordination with Supply Chain Management function, provide recommendation, advance expertise, and broad knowledge in developing local content strategy and National Capacity Building in order to ensure local content and NCB implementation in Company in complying SKK Migas and regulation

- In coordination with Human Resources function, provide recommendation, advance expertise, and broad knowledge in developing local people development strategy

- Provide facilitation to strategic stakeholder for local content and NCB implementation

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• A minimum of 15 years with at least 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry

• Having experiences in National Capacity Building matters and its real implementation preferably in Oil & Gas industry

ADVISOR FOR LAND MATTERS

JOB ROLES

Provide expert advice and recommendation in land acquisition matters to support process of securing land acquisition opportunities designed to obtain clearance and rights-of-way for Abadi project needs, covers:

- In coordinate with Communication & Relations function, provide expert advice and recommendation on technical aspects of Land Acquisition process as well as permitting process

- Provide expert advice and recommendation on Land Acquisition program for securing forest borrow up to use permit and in compliance with regulation, compensation obligation, and performance standards

- Facilitate Communication & Relation function to communicate and engage with Government of Indonesia (especially with the Ministry of Environment and Forestry) in order to obtain necessary land or permit for all project sites during project preparation stage

- Provide expert advice and recommendation on land maintenance programs during construction and operation stages to ensure that all preparations and operations at INPEX Masela can be carried out in compliance with local and national regulations and international standard

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• A minimum of 15 years with at least 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry

• Having experience in land acquisition and its formality, especially in Oil & Gas industry

SENIOR SPECIALIST SAFETY

JOB ROLES

• Demonstrate commitment to HSSE issues, by showing active role model and communication to relevant personnel and stakeholders, to establish positive HSSE culture throughout INPEX Indonesia and its project.

• Develop and propose safety management system including policies, standards, charters, process overviews, procedures, guidelines, and other documents that align with Tokyo Head Quarters’ relevant corporate policies, strategies, philosophies, objectives, procedures and guidelines, and are compatible to relevant international and Indonesian standards, to ensure safety governance in INPEX Indonesia and its projects.

• Develop, propose, maintain and update safety objectives and programs in accordance with Tokyo Head Quarters corporate objectives and programs; coordinate their implementation in INPEX Indonesia and its projects, and monitor feedbacks and result, to ensure effective impact to safety performances in INPEX Indonesia and its projects.

• Provide safety INPUT in establishing safety competence assurance system; plan, propose and coordinate relevant safety training programs; to ensure competent personnel are in place throughout INPEX Indonesia and its projects.

• Provide safety INPUT in identifying Indonesian and International HSSE laws, regulations, standards and other requirements applicable to INPEX Indonesia and its projects, ensuring these requirements are socialized, managed and complied.

• Coordinate the process of demonstrating safety risk management by means of formal risk assessment and barrier management for all project operations, to ensure all safety risks are controlled to levels of ALARP.

• Coordinate advisory teams to project teams through reviewing relevant safety plans and reports, visiting worksites and meeting project staffs or contractor staffs and discussing and solving safety issues arising at INPEX Indonesia project activities.

• Coordinate the process of monitoring, analyzing and reporting safety performance data; reporting and investigating safety incidents; communicating them to INPEX Indonesia Management and relevant government authorities.

• Conduct safety audit in accordance with HSSE audit programs; provide safety INPUT for HSSE management reviews; to assure effective implementation of safety management system throughout INPEX Indonesia and its projects.

• Develop, propose and coordinate company-wide safety communication programs to enhance safety awareness of all personnel in INPEX Indonesia and its project including contractors and relevant external parties.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Social Science, Science, Engineering or studies related to Oil and Gas industry

• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry with at least 8 years as HSSE Safety Advisor.

SENIOR SPECIALIST IFC & AMDAL COMPLIANCE

JOB ROLES

• Facilitate AMDAL environmental and social baseline surveys to understand the Project area’s environment and social status and produce baseline survey report.  Monitor the changes in the Project area and align with AMDAL process for management and monitoring plan.

• Coordinate the AMDAL public consultation, IFC Focus Group Discussion, Impact assessment, and disclosure to inform the impact assessment to relevant stakeholders of project. 

• Facilitate the mitigation measures based on the impact assessment; Coordinate management plans to implement the mitigation measures, and; Coordinate the monitoring plans to evaluate the performance of mitigation measures, including improvement plan. 

• Coordinate lenders’ due diligence on the ESMS and revise it based on recommendations from the lenders.

• Manage and monitor the ESMS.

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Environment or Engineering related discipline.  Advanced degree majoring in Finance or Business is preferred

• A minimum of 10 years with at least 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry in the function of funding operations and HSSE Certification:

• Certified AMDAL-A at the minimum

• ISO 14001 is preference

• Mandatory Training:

• HSSE Mandatory trainings

SPECIALIST RECRUITMENT

• Implement annual recruitment plan based on the Manpower Planning provided by HR Organizational Team.

• Implement, conduct all required recruitment sourcing process and ensure all activities are aligned with the company standards & procedures; (i) define sourcing strategies to fulfill the vacant position, (ii) sourcing candidates refer to the job requirements using the selected sourcing channels.

• Implement, monitor and improve Onboarding & Induction Program and ensure that the program is aligned with the company standards & procedures.

• Implement, monitor, evaluate and improve Internship Program and ensure that the program is aligned with the company standards & procedures.

• Implement, monitor, evaluate and improve Apprenticeship Program and ensure that the program is aligned with the company standards & procedures.

• Develop, monitor, and review recruitment policy and procedure in order to comply to law and INPEX strategy

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor degree in Psychology or any other discipline

• Working experience: 0 – 10 years experiences

• Having knowledge of being trained on Targeted Selection Interviewer

• Having Experiences in Recruitment field within the Oil & Gas industry, especially LNG will be advantage
