1. Project Sales Engineer

Job Description :

• Achieve sales and revenue targets through developing and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders and influencers at assigned EPCs to ensure awareness of all potential projects in the pipeline 

• Actively engage across internal sales organisation to ensure project coverage with end users and key decision makers

• Utilise strong account planning skills, establishment of relationships and serving as the technical expert to key stakeholders at EPCs

• Deliver technical presentations to end users or EPCs that highlight the value of Emerson (Isolation ShutOff Valve) products

• Understand customer needs to uncover and add opportunities within accounts across all products and service solutions

• Strategically manage the specification and bidding process for projects to ensure that both Pentair and our capable channel partners are well positioned to win the opportunity

Qualification :

• Minimum 2 years of relevant technical sales experience in the valve industry as plus point, Flow Control and/or Instrumentation Industry

• Degree in Electrical, Instrumentation or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Engineering basis

• Proactive in learning more on the Emerson Isolation valve product portfolio and understanding how to differentiate product offerings competitively

• Prior technical sales experience in oil & gas, petrochemical or related process industries will be highly advantageous

• Technical knowledge of industrial valves preferred. Knowledge of ASME, ANSI, API standard will be a plus

• Understand customer needs and able to leverage on both Isolation and Valve automation product portfolio and internal resources to identify cross-selling opportunities across accounts to create additional value to customers and maximize the Company’s sales revenue

• Good level of industry and application knowledge for the EPCs and end-user markets

2. Senior Account Sales

Job Description :

• Build relationship on power industry customer and maintain the customer database

• Assist customer with solution for any problems in process control and instrumentation

• Manage Inquiry Quotation Order from power industry customer consolidating with all Business Unit

• Presenting the overall Emerson product and positioning on power customer

• Responsible for developing business in power industry to achieve company sales target

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering

• Minimal 5 years experiences dealing with power industry customer

• Having good interpersonal skill

• Fluent in English

• Willing to travel

3. Senior Product Sales Engineer

Job Description :

• MRO and project pursue for sales of metering system and MR/S (Natural Gas Technology).

• Create or develop opportunity at the beginning, technical specs in earlier, positioning to customer, follow up the quotation/proposal to meet customer’s requirement, manage all enquiries, evaluating, compiling proposal and review the documents and finally to get the PO/Contract from customer.

• Do clarification, negotiation and technical discussion with customer.

• Review PO/Contract term and condition carefully.

• Review and analyze the costing prepared by Proposal Engineer/Application Engineer.

• Potential MRO and Project reporting in weekly basis.

• POR routine report.

• Visit/ trip customer including site survey and technical & commercial meeting.

• Analyze the competition situation and overcome with sales strategy.

  Qualification :

• Senior Product Sales experienced minimum 5 (five) Years (1 Person)

• Min. Bachelor degree in Engineering : Mechanical/Physics/Electrical/Metallurgy/Instrumentation. Minimum GPA 3.00 from reputable university.

• Able to speak and written in English fluently.

• Have good communication skill and have good interpersonal skill and best personal attitude.

• Have experiences in sales of instrumentation metering system and or MR/S skid (pressure regulator) at least minimum 5 (five) years in the same field. He/She have familiar with tender/bid process and fully understand about PTK 007 KKMigas regulation. Experiences not limited to PSC companies and power plant (PLN).

• Fast learning / knowledge skill, able to review in detail.

• Have flexibility to trip within domestic region and or overseas area.

4. Senior Application Engineer

Job Description :

• Prepare proposal technical and commercial as per customer’s requirements

• Prepare for technical documents (drawing, datasheet, sizing, etc) as per customer’s RFQ

• Looking for vendor’s buyout material as required in the requirements

• Do clarification with customer

• Prepare for bidding documents

• Liaise with any BU’s for preparing the process during bid and order runs smoothly

• Provide pre-sales and technical support to EPC

Qualifications :

• Min D3/S1 Mechanical / Instrumentation / Control Engineering or equivalent in Engineering

• Having min 5 years experiences as Application Engineer in EPC Company

• Capable for using drawing software (autocad) and Ms Offfice operating software

• Hard worker, fast learner, able to work under pressure, good work as a team and alone

• Must have strong customer orientation

• Able to work overtime, have a good sense of urgency, good follow up, and analytical skills

5. Junior Application Engineer

Job Description :

• Understand basic instrumentations

• Development of technical proposal, value positions

• Support sales team in technical

• Willing to travel customer site if required

• Good analysis and negotiation skill

• Hard working, fast learning, good initiative

• Willing to work behind the desk

Qualifications :

• Minimal Bachelor Degree majoring in Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering

• Analytical and presentation skill

• Fresh graduate or having experiences in instrumentation is an advantage

• Able to work as a team and under pressure

• Fluent in English both oral and written

• Able to communicate well with customer, self driven, result oriented with positive outlook

• Proficient with computer, minimum Ms. Word, Ms, Excel, Ms Power Point, and Ms. Project

6. Metering Engineer

Job Description :

• Engineer to perform technical support and services for Metering System

• Engineer to perform maintenance & Calibration activity for  metering maintenance contract including routine maintenance checklist, annual calibration & on call services

• Engineer to perform engineering task from design, configuration, programming, testing, installations, and commissioning

• Having good knowledge for instrumentation, control systems, electrical, and computer

• Engineer able to work and coordination with other division

• Willing to travel for working on site in other city/island.

Specification :

• Min S1 Electrical / Physics Instrument / Chemical Engineering

• Having min 3 years experience in related field

• Good knowledge for metering standard AGA, API, etc

• Prefer having experienced on metering system instruments (Flow Comp, HMI, Wonderware, Ifix, System Integration, USM, Turbine, Orifice, Corioils Flow Meter, Field Devices (PT, TT, FT), ATG, and Orifice

• Engineering / Drafting experience is a advantage

• Strong judgment and anlyze thinking

• Good presentation and communication skill

• Able to work with minimal supervision and under pressure

7. Instrument Engineer

Job Description :

• Support Project Team & Sales Department for Site Survey or Technical Recommendation Related for Electrical, Instrumentation and Site Installation Requirement.  

• Attending Internal & External Kick of Meeting with another division for handover new project. Coordination Meeting with Project Team for Clearance Technical Issue, Project Schedule & Project Execution Strategy Related to Electrical & Instrumentation.

• Review Project Scope of Work &Scope of SupplyRelated for Electrical & Instrumentation Refer to Sales Proposal, Customer Specification, Document Engineering Reference & Engineering Standard.

• Supervise Fabrication & Assembly Control Panel / Analyzer Shelter at Staging Facility & Coordination with ME&I Fabrication & Site Supervisor for Manpower, Material & Tools Requirement.

• Supervise Assembly & Install Instrument at Fabricator for Metering Skid & Coordination with ME&I Fabrication & Site Supervisor for Manpower, Material & Tools Requirement.

• Involved in Internal Test Activity, Factory Acceptance Test (IFAT & FAT) for DCS / Metering Control Panel & Metering Skid with Other Project Team.

• Coordination with MEI Engineer to College Document Engineering Update & Material Buyout for Prepare Site Activity Plan.

• Prepare & Develope Site Activity Plan Related to Scope of Work & Scope of Supply completelly with Document, Material & Tools Requirement.

• Prepare Job Safety Analysis (JSA) & Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) to Get Permitt to Work (PTW)  from Customer Before Site Execution.

• Supervise Site Installation Activity for Prepare Site Execution with Proper and Suitable with Document Enginering Approval , Site Acceptance Test (SAT) & Commissioning.

• Coordination with MEI Engineer & Project Manager if Meet Technical Issue or Deviation Design Engineering Implementation to Get Confirmation & Closing Activity.

• Communicate with Customer Related to Technical Issue for Expedite Closing Site Activity.

• Prepare Time Sheet & Develope Site Activity Progress Report and Send Report to Engineering Leader & Project Manager.

• Develop As-built Document Engineering Base on Actual Implemention at Site.

• Responsible to joint & implementation HSE program.

• Responsible to joint & implementation ISO 9001:2008

 Specification :

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation required.

• Minimum Three (3) years of experience in the Oil and Gas, Power Plant, Petrochemical or related job.

• Familiar with Electrical & Instrument Engineering Standard Code. (ASTM, API, ISA, ANSI, NEC, IEC, ATEX, NFPA, Etc.)

• Strong Skills with a Product Knowledge of Metering Product, DCS Product& Electrical Power. (Flow Computer, Flow Meter, Transmitter, Analyzer, Valve, Actuator, DCS, PLC, Networking, Power Distribution / Switchgear, MCC, Etc.)

• Strong IT user skills with a Working Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Outlook).

• Strong with Electrical & Instrument Design Engineering Software. (AutoCAD, Eplan, Solid Work, Etc.)

• Strong with Electrical & Instrument Sizing Software / Tools. (ETAP, FlowCal, Intools, Instrucalc, Etc.) 

• English Communication Skill.

• Strong Communication, Organization and Persuasion Skills, and Familiar with Project Execution Culture.

8. DCS Technician

Job Description :

• Perform internal testing FAT / SAT, do installation of system and minor termination for signal, power, and grounding

• Supervise the cable / panel / instrument mounting / installation work execute by subcontractors

• Perform loop check from field end to DCS system end, do wiring trace & troubleshooting in case of signal failure

• Prepare and submit formal report for day to day work progress, incident reports, attend tool box meeting and obtain site work / entry permit, JSA preparation

• Control & Monitor tools (Rental, Calibration, Utilization, and Return), bulk material consumption during site work

• Travel 60% of work is expected at site

• Propose schedule submission document electrical & Instrument to Lead Engineer related and responsible to warranty document quality

• Develop material take over (MTO) and Material Request (Form Buyout) base on approval document by customer

• Attending internal & external meeting for progress review or handover projects

• Develop as built document engineering

Specification :

• SMK in Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation / Electronics / Control System required

• Knowledge in the Oil and Gas, Power Plant, Petrochemical or related Process Industries

• Preferred to have working knowledge of PLC / SCADA & DCS product and knowledge in Visual Basic script

• Configuration / Commissioning experience will be considered as additional advantage

• Good in English oral and written communications and persuasion skills

• Must be physically fit and able to work safely at a project site

10. Estimator Engineering

Job Description :

• Support Project Team & Sales Department for site survey or technical recommendation related for cost estimation electrical, instrumentation and site installation.  

• Review project scope of work & scope of supply and analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials and labors estimates.

• Prepare breakdown scope of work, scope of supply and scope of split job related to customer requirement for cost estimation, and get quotation from subcontractor.

• Prepare document engineering support for complettely customer requirement to pursue project bidding.

• Confer with Engineers, Architects, Owners, Contractors and Subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimate.

• Consult with Clients, Personnel in other Departments or Construction Foreman to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.

• Coordination with Vendor / Supplier for prepares cost estimation to get reference best price and data base price list. And also selecting Vendor / Supplier with best price & quality.

• Review cost estimation from Subcontractor related scope of work & scope of supply to get quotation with best price and selection with comply technical bid evaluation.

• Compile and prepare Bill of Quantity and cost estimation with competitive cost and data refference.

• Submit cost estimation to get approval from leader and sales team and compile data to server working folder.

• Coordination with E&I Engineer & Project Team for handover data project after get purchase order from customer such as document engineering, Material Take Off and customer document refference.

• Update data base material price list at server refer to update final quotation from supplier.

• Register and update list data estimator and also prepare report to used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing and scheduling work activity.

• Responsible to joint & implementation HSE program.

• Responsible to joint & implementation ISO 9001:2008

Qualifications :

• Degree in Electrical Engineering / Instrumentation required.

• Minimum Three (3) years of experience in the Oil and Gas, Power Plant, Petrochemical or related job, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

• Strong skills with a working knowledge of Instrument Metering Product, Analyzer, DCS, PLC/Scada, Power Distribution/ Switchgear, MCC and Power Plant Systems Product.

• Familiar with Metering, Analytical, DCS & Electrical standard & code. Also ability to read & understanding Engineering Drawing such as P&ID, System Architecture, Wiring Diagram / Loop Drawing, General Arrangement Drawing (Panel & Piping Skid) and Hook-up Diagram & Single Line Diagram.

• Strong IT user skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Outlook, Ms. Project, PPT).

• Strong with Electrical & Instrument Design Engineering Software. (AutoCAD, Eplan, Solid Work, Etc.)

• Strong with Electrical & Instrument Sizing Software / Tools. (ETAP, FlowCal, Intools, Instrucalc, Etc.)

• English Communication Skill.
