We are an oil & gas Company (“Company”) with a number of KSO contracts.

To support our progressive growth, we are inviting candidates who possess relevant education background, experience, competency, commitment and integrity to join our management team in the position of:

General Manager

As a committed professional with relevant managerial experience gained within the oil & gas industry, you will have highly developed managerial and communication skills plus the personal attributes to fulfil the requirements of the role.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible and report to the President Director

• Oversee all functions within the KSOs including Operations (drilling/production & exploration), HSE, Finance, Commercial Business, Investments, Procurement & Logistics, Human Resources and Administration

• Ensure that the organizational structure is designed to achieve the priorities and objectives in line with the Company’s strategies

• Responsible for policy implementation and ensuring the KSO’s regulations are compatible with the Company’s objectives and strategies appropriate to the overall business targets

• Establish and oversee budgets, plans, policies and programs that will effectively implement the business strategies and objectives in line with Company’s guidelines, with the primary goal to increase revenue and improve profitability

• To review and provide guidance to each department in implementing the Company’s strategy

• Develop, monitor, evaluate and implement the Company’s overall policy in order to run optimally, effectively and efficiently.

• Review financial, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, and determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement

• Evaluate and analyse the results of strategy implementation and prepare proposals for solving problems that arise

REQUIREMENTS:

• Tertiary degree in Petroleum Engineering or relevant technical and management discipline

• Minimum 20 years of strong working experience in Upstream Oil and Gas / Energy industry, including 10 years of Managerial Positions in KSO, TAC or PSC regimes

• Familiar with KSO or TAC and PSC regulations

• Have good working experience with SKK MIGAS and Pertamina institutions

• Exposure to both Indonesian and international companies and projects preferred

• Good experience in running PSC, TAC and KSO Operations will be an added advantage

• Able to demonstrate true leadership abilities, lead teams as well as be able to work independently

• Demonstrated expertise in oil and gas offtake sales arrangements and related agreements

• High degree of computer literacy
