PT Panca Amara Utama (“PAU”) is a 700,000 MT per year ammonia initiative. Ammonia is a chemical compound used in the manufacture of fertilizer, explosives, acids and other petrochemical products. This USD 830 million project is built near Luwuk, Central Sulawesi. One of the biggest industrial project in Eastern Indonesia, PAU initiative supports the government’s directive to increase domestic value addition within the country.

PT PAU’s ammonia plant runs on KBR’s Reforming Exchanger System & Purifier Technology, the leading technology in Ammonia production. This represents its first application in the world, which puts Indonesia at the forefront of Ammonia production worldwide.

Construction began in June 2015 and the plant began commercial operations in September 2018. PT PAU opens the opportunity to join and have a career with our company as:

1. AMMONIA PLANT TRAINING LEAD

Qualification:

- Male, with age maximum 50 years old

- Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, or any Engineering field

- Minimum 15 years of working experience in Ammonia plant and/or Petrochemical Plant in production/process section. Preferably have working experience as Supervisor/Superintendent and above

- Have Training undertaken: Operation Principal of Ammonia Plant, basic process of Ammonia plant, basic knowledge of industrial equipment in Ammonia Plant, Ammonia process, etc.

- Strong leadership, training and presentation skill

- Fluent in English

- Placement in Site Plant Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah with roster work system

2. SHIFT SUPERINTENDENT

Qualifications:

- Male with age maximum 48 years old

- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Chemical Engineering

- Minimum 20 years of working experience in production area of Ammonia plant, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas, Fertilizer. Preferably have experience as Shift Superintendent

- Have good technical understanding of Ammonia process

- Familiar with KBR Technology

- Fluent in English

- Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

3. DCS OPERATOR AMMONIA

Qualifications:

- Male, with age maximum 45 years old

- SMK/Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any technical field

- Have minimum 8 years of working experience in Production area in Ammonia Plant as DCS Operator

- Has good technical understanding of Ammonia process

- Familiar with KBR technology

- Have experiences in Field Operator and operate DCS Ammonia (Front End, Middle End, Back End) for start-up, production and trouble-shooting

- Understand reformer, KRES, HTS, LTS, Compressor, Co2 Removal, Steam System, Chemical Injection, Cooling Water System, Synloop, Ammonia Storage Tank, Ammonia Transfer, BOG Compressor & Flare Stack

- Able to communicate in English

- Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

4. HSE MANAGER

Qualifications:

- Male with maximum age 48 years old

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering

- Minimum 15 – 20 years of working experience in Ammonia Plant, Petrochemical, and/or Oil & Gas companies in HSE Department

- Preferably have experience in commissioning and start up plant

- Fluent in English

- Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

5. PROCESS MANAGER

Qualifications:

- Male with age 40 – 48 years old

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering

- Minimum 15 - 20 years of working experience in Ammonia Plant or Petrochemical company.

Preferably have experience with KBR technology

- Fluent in English

- Placement in Site Plant Luwuk, Sulawesi Tengah with roster work system

6. INSTRUMENT ENGINEER

Qualifications:

- Male, with age between 28 – 38 years old

- Bachelor’s Degree in Physics Engineering or Electrical Engineering

- Have minimum 7 years of working experience in Ammonia plant, Petrochemical, Oil & Gas or fertilizer companies as Instrument Engineer

- Experience in preventive, maintenance and trouble shooting

- Fluent to communicate in English

- Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

7. HR SERVICE LEAD

Qualifications:

- Female/male with maximum age 45 years old

- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Psychology, Management, or Law from reputable University

- Minimum 10 years of working experience as HR, preferably working at Site/Remote area in Petrochemical/Oil & Gas/Mining companies with more than 300 employees, and more than 200 employees from outsourcing

- Have role experience as Supervisor/Team Leader/Assistant Manager in HR Department

- Skill required: UU 13-2003, BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, work schedule & system for roster, work shifting, health insurance for employee, ERP system, HRMS (AX) implementation

- Fluent in English

- Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

8. CIVIL LEAD Qualifications:

- Male, maximum age 46 years old

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

- Minimum 20 years of working experience as Civil Lead in EPC company, Civil Consultant, or Civil Contractor: 8-10 years in civil engineering design (landscape and concrete & steel structural design for infrastructure), 10-12 years in construction as field construction supervisor and civil inspector

- Have knowledge in Landscape design, structural design, and construction management

- Minimum have training: STAAD PRO, SAP2000

- Familiar with national and international code/standard, able to develop landscape design, to do structural design, and coordinate contractors and control construction progress

- Fluent in English

- Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

9. FIELD SUPERVISOR & INSPECTOR

Qualifications:

- Male, maximum age 39 years old

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

- Minimum 12 years of working experience as Civil Lead in EPC company, Civil Consultant, or Civil Contractor: 6 years as construction supervisor for infrastructure project, and 4-6 years as quality control engineer/inspector

- Have knowledge in construction supervision, quality control & quality assurance, safety procedure and implementation

- Familiar with national and international code/standard, able to coordinate with contractors and control construction progress

- Have training for: Construction Supervisory, Safety: K3, Confined Space, LOTO

- Fluent in English

- Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system

10. SENIOR CIVIL ENGINEER

Qualifications:

- Male, maximum age 39 years old

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

- Minimum 12 years of working experience as Civil Lead in EPC company, Civil Consultant, or Civil Contractor: 8 years in civil engineering design (concrete and steel structural design), 2-4 years in construction as field construction supervisor and civil inspector

- Minimum have training: STAAD PRO, SAP2000

- Familiar with national and international code/standard, able to do structural design, and coordinate contractors and control construction progress

- Have knowledge in structural design and construction supervision

- Fluent in English

- Placement in Site Plant at Luwuk, Central Sulawesi with roster work system
