Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (abbreviated as “HCML”) is one of the Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) of Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business (SKK Migas), Ministry of Energy & Minerals, as a representative of the Government of Republic of Indonesia to conduct exploration and exploitation of Oil & Gas in Madura Strait. Our Company is based in Jakarta with operation fields covering some areas in East Java, including Sumenep, Sampang, Pasuruan, and Probolinggo offshore. To sustain its successful operation, the company has also opened its Regional Office in Surabaya.

To support its growth and operations, we are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative and integrity to fill in the following positions:

Engineer Reliability

Responsibilities:

To process all the maintenance activities to support availability achievement of maintenance activities and as a focal point for reliability within HCML facilities including FPSO.

The detailed Job Description as follows:

• Responsible to monitor and optimize for reliability and availability of HCML facilities including 3rd party facilities.

• Develop and apply the critical equipment analysis, spare part strategy and PM/PdM analysis and optimization.

• Responsible for reporting & reliability tools such as overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), Plant Availability, Production efficiency, major equipment availability and RCA (Root Cause Failure Analysis) program.

• Ensuring maintenance activities compliance to correspond code and standards (API/ASME/ISO/etc)

• Coordinating shutdown and turn-around maintenance activities.

• Onsite leader for turn-around and major maintenance activities execution.

• Apply HSE standards and regulation for the maintenance program.

• Wiling to site travel to develop and supervise the onsite maintenance activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical/Physics Engineering or equivalent work experience.

• 8-10 years’ experience in Project/Operation/Maintenance of Gas industry with minimum 3 years in Maintenance roles.

• Have Working experience as shutdown turn-around coordinator or reliability area.

• Qualified in RCM (Reliability Centered Maintenance) - CMRP or CRE holder will be an advantage.

• Proficiency in CMMS (SAP/MAXIMO/JDE).

• Familiar with API & ASME standard

• Proficient in Maintenance reporting system (dashboard, stakeholder, government)

• Communication skill and presentation proficiency will be essential.

• Must be willing to travel to site (onshore & offshore)

Point of hire & Work Location: Jakarta Office – Jakarta

Employment Status: Permanent (Staff)
