PT IKM Indonesia is Batam based company, grown to become a Major Supplier of Inspection, Testing and Commissioning services both to the onshore and offshore industries in Indonesia and Internationally.

We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position for our projects

SALES ENGINEER

• Qualification/Experience Preferred

1. Education Background: Preferable Engineering Graduate from D3 or S1 with minimum 2 years experiences in Sales Engineer.

2. Batam based

3. Familiar with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

4. Sound presentation and effective speaking techniques.

5. Specific Preference:

- Sound Technical Knowledge of Oil and Gas Industry with a relevant Engineering / Management qualification.

- Able to work under pressure and time-limit deadline

- Enjoy working with emerging markets and market development activities.

- Respond effectively and creatively to change.

- Confident in making independent decisions.

- Resourceful and committed to solving problems and producing results above and beyond what is expected.

- Generate business growth.

6. Languages: able to communicate verbally and in writing both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.

7. Have a good driving skill and have a driver's license (SIM A)

• Scope of Work

1. Assist in development and implementation of PT IKM Indonesia sales strategy and sales Plan in conjunction with Sales Manager.

2. Provide Annual Sales Forecasts and Monthly Rolling Sales Forecasts

3. Responsible for Coordination of all Clients contacts.

4. Generate Profitable Business.

5. Co-ordinate closely with Operations and Workshop Management

6. Ensure that adequate training and development of all personnel is being provided
