We are seeking experienced people for the following positions:

Engineer Mining (926831)

(Balikpapan)

In this role, you will:

• Responsible to deliver drill and blast design and planning requirements for the project

• Ownership of data management and reporting

• Providing guidance and input into the drill and blast

• Work closely with the Technical Services Team

• Drill Preparation and Pattern Design

• Prepare loadsheets and initiation designs for all blasts

• Operate and control civil engineering software packages and evaluate output (Terramodel) to suggesting changes and improvement where needed

• Blast reconciliations and analyzing

• Provide advice to production personnel on the required drill and blasting needs

• Coaching and mentoring of graduate mining engineers and technical assistants in order to provide technical support

• Ready travel to the site as backup engineer for support Drill and Blast

What skills and experience do you need?

• Graduated from Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering

• Previous experience in Drill and Blast, preferably in an Open Cut mining environment with minimum 3 Years’ experience

• Certified in KJL Class II and (POP from Mine and Energy Department would be valuable)

• Experience with Mine Software, Minescape Drill and Blast, Tie-up Software, Microsoft Office

• Proficient in English (Speak and Written)

• Proficient in Mining Principles, Drill and Blast design concepts and mining methods

Engineer Civil (926825)

(Jakarta)

In this role you will:

• To monitor, control and supervise all civil engineering works, produce accurate and complex engineering calculations and documents to ensure all output are accurate, consistent and in a timely manner

• Ensure that planning and programming of site activities (and offsite procurement) is monitored to meet and achieve required milestones

• Prepare and conduct complex Civil Engineering calculations in order to produce calculations of consistent accuracy

• Prepare and analyse specifications, basis of design, and engineering reports in order to produce documents of consistent accuracy

• Monitor and control the preparation of civil engineering drawing reports to ensure all reports are accurate and in a timely manner

• Operate and control civil engineering software packages and evaluate output (Terramodel) to suggesting changes and improvement where needed

• Provide technical support and technical guidance to associate engineer and personnel in order to conduct transfer of knowledge

• Ascertain and assure all off-site deliveries, e.g., structural steel, facade panels, roofing, louvers, etc., are scheduled when required

• Ensure engaged subcontractors attend a project start up meeting and are provided with the information necessary to perform their tasks

What skills and experience do you need?

• Graduated from Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Civil Engineering

• Familiar with Civil Engineering Software (Terramodel)

Paramedic (926777)

(Contract Based - Balikpapan)

In this role, you will:

• Implement of the full health and safety program for all TCI Project activities in compliance with TCI and client standards and procedures

• Act as an expert paramedic, health trainer, advisor, inspector and investigator as required

• Actively contribute to a positive teamwork environment at all times

• To provide prompt and efficient first aid and emergency service to the site

• Monitor and follow up injury management

• Rehabilitation and Employee assistance

• Hygiene inspection and food sanitation at catering provider then report to management

• Provide medical evacuation drill, Involving First Aid and Emergency Rescue team

What skills and experience do you need?

• Diploma in Nursery

• 2 years in a similar health role

• Proficient in safety principles and concepts, relevant legislative requirements and computer literacy

Supervisor Auto Electrical (926830)

(Sangatta)

In this role, you will:

• Ensure all necessary actions are taken to rectify any faults identified by the inspections, in accordance with the correct procedures

• Responsibility to avoid re-work jobs

• Quality assurance for all workshop and field tasks, achieved by continual monitoring of work in progress and the procedures that are being used.

• All maintenance reports to be completed accurately and on time.

• Ensure personal accurately complete personal time cards daily.

• Ensure when approving store issues that that parts are required and the most cost effective repair option is being used, this includes the option of alternative brand parts

• Assist in make minor changes to plan schedule to accommodate breakdown repairs, and prioritization from mining department

• Ensure all parts required for breakdowns and know work are ordered promptly and their progress checked regularly with warehousing and planning

• Ensure correct manpower levels for shutdown work with planning department

• Ensure work is completed on time and operations are notified

• Ensure completed equipment is registered with plant dispatcher and transferred to the GO-LINE

About you

• Minimum degree in Technical high school, Auto Electrical Trade Specialist

• 3 years’ experience in electrical repair and supervision in the mining industry. Planning of electrical repair.

• Have a certain capacity of communication with subordinates and mechanic
