Education:

- Bachelor Degree of IT or Finance from reputable university

Experience:

Job and Responsibility Description:

- Providing system and component design that reduce negative impact on environmental issue as a part of Sustainability Development Goals (SDGs),

- Helping to manage and supervise the current environmental condition and sustainability issues around project activities,

- Providing and implementing strategies to address various environmental concerns including energy use and conservation, water consumption, reduction of pollution, 3R of toxic and hazardous waste, 3R of non-toxic and non hazardous waste, LCA implementation, green building and facility design, amd general education on sustainability.

Finance Officer - AP

Main Responsibility:

1. Review employee expense report, travel & non travel settlement to be align with company policies and to ensure completeness of its supporting documents

2. Review and process employee cash advance and maintain employee cash advance balance and its settlement in a timely manner

3. Maintain petty cash balance and perform monthly petty cash reconciliation

4. Perform operational process for account payable activities and report to ensure accurate processing and timely payment of invoices/expense report in accordance with accounting principles, fiscal regulations, and PSC regulations

5. Perform a review on vendor invoices to ensure the accuracy and validity of invoices with adequate support/tax documents in complying company’s invoicing procedures and policies

6. Prepare and analyze account payable aging and report, balance sheet reconciliation for petty cash, cash advance, and other employee settlement, and other reports needed

7. Assist month end close for operator assets as per timeline, to meet Government and Corporate reporting deadline

8. Support to provide supporting documents related to monthly corporate report, inter-company billing, and audit inquiries to comply with accounting principles, fiscal regulations, and PSC regulations

9. Support ad-hoc requests related to finance activities

10. Provide a recommendation to improve policy & procedure to manage account payable and invoicing

Requirement:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting

• Minimum 3 years working experience in accounting area, preferable previous experience in oil and gas industry.

• Good Knowledge and Familiar with SAP FI-CO

• Good knowledge on the accounting/financial statement and analysis

• Good teamwork, communication, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.

• English literacy, spoken and written.

External Relation – Exploration Block

Provide advice and expertise to deliver relevant External Relations and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) plan & programs to the areas in the vicinity of exploration activities considering local community dynamics to build & maintain stakeholder relationship

Main Responsibility:

1. Participate and contribute in developing programs for community development in order to support business operations at exploration blocks through maintaining good relationships and creating a positive contribution to the local community that is relevant to the business operation objectives.

2. Coordinate and evaluate the implementation of work plan/program of communication & PR activities to support production activities at exploration block through fostering & strengthening the relationship with media and the community.

3. Coordinate and evaluate the implementation of work plan/program in order to foster and strengthen a favorable relationship with the government (such as with SKK Migas and other local governments) and local communities to support business operations at exploration block

4. Coordinate and evaluate the implementation of work plan/program of CSR activities to support business operations at exploration block through fostering and strengthening a relationship with the local community.

5. Control and evaluate the implementation policy and procedure, method, and guideline for managing PR & ER, Government Relations and CSR to support all business activities at exploration block aligned with standard and regulation

Requirement:

1. Bachelor Degree in any discipline, preferably Master degree.

2. Minimum 10-year relevant experience in petroleum industry and has experience in a similar role.

3. Strong analytical skill and ability to have good networking with Stakeholder

4. Systematic and disciplined approach to problem-solving

5. Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams

Assistant Operator Offshore

Report to Production Supervisor (Offshore) this position is accountable to Perform safe, compliant, environmentally friendly, quality and efficient day-to-day production activities at Pangkah Offshore installation covering daily plant inspection, execution of first-line maintenance, operations parameter monitoring and troubleshooting of Offshore wellhead platform and its facilities, adhering to SOPs, WIs and written or oral instructions from Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Graduated from Technical Diploma (D3), preferably Bachelor Degree (S1) major in engineering.

• Having valid certificate of Sea Survival, Migas H2S/Gas Tester and Fire Fighting.

• Having valid certificate of Migas Operator Produksi is an advantage.

• Having 3 – 5 years experience as plant operator or plant technician in the Offshore environment of oil & gas industry.

• Good Knowledge on the oil and gas production and hydrocarbon separation processes, wellhead system, first line maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Good Knowledge on the process equipments, rotary and static equipments.

• Good knowledge on the process control, instrumentation and utilities.

• Good knowledge on the Process Flow Diagram (PFD) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID)

• Good knowledge on the HSE Management System, Job Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment and Permit to Work System.

• Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.

Corporate Accountant

Perform corporate accounting transaction analysis & reporting as per accounting principles and applicable laws & good corporate governance principles. Its covering month end closing, financial statements, forecast analysis, and bank’s reconciliation and various accounts, fixed asset administration, billing process and tax compliance. Report will be used for CFO’s review, holding company, partners and outside auditors.

Main responsibilities include:

• Conduct and maintain accounting transaction and activities (AR, AP, Tax compliance, GR) in accordance with accounting principles and applicable laws

• Maintain and enhance various spreadsheets to support financial transactions and analysis of various expenses

• Perform as a gatekeeper for finance accounting transaction and report to ensure that book value is not sharply corrected

• Provide data, support and good coordination in audit process internally and externally, follow up and close the audit findings with related parties to assure the compliance with regulation and the applicable provision

• Develop and update accounting system and procedure as well as related accounting system to improve accounting practices in accordance with standard regulation and accounting principles

• Proactively handle risk related with inaccuracy of data entry and completeness of corporate financial transaction, late account receivable and payable billing process, bank reconciliation and cash management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a recognized university.

• Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably have experience in holding corporate accounting, public accounting firm and oil & gas industry

• Certified Accountant is preferable

• Familiar with SAP system

• Strong analytical skill

• Excellent communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams
