PT SELE RAYA BELIDA as one of the Production Sharing Contract (PSC/KKKS) and operate oil and gas block at Belida Block in South Sumatera is hiring:

 

Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer

A. General Qualification:

• Graduates of S1 Physics Engineering or S1 Electrical Engineering from a reputable university

• Minimum 7 years of experience as E&I Engineer in oil & gas company

• Willing to work in the office and take periodic business trip to visit the contractor warehouse and project site.

• Pro-active, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills

• Having high safety behavior awareness and initiative

• Good teamwork

• Willing to work on project basis (6 – 8 months period)

B. Technical Qualification:

• Experienced in project development, both green field and brown field for upstream oil & gas production facilities

• Experienced in working on Pre-FEED, FEED upstream oil & gas production facilities, especially related to electrical, instrumentation and control systems

• Familiar with and capable to make engineering diagrams, E&I specifications and datasheets such as, but not limited to P&ID, wireline diagrams, instrumentation diagrams, ladder logic

• Experienced and capable to design instrumentation programming & control systems such as, but not limited to Flocom, metering systems, HMI, DCS, etc.

• Experienced in Construction, Installation, Commissioning and Start Up for upstream oil & gas production facilities, especially those related to electrical, instrumentation & control systems.

• Familiar with the international engineering code standards, such as but not limited to API, ASME, NACE, etc.

• Experienced in reviewing and making / following up engineering aspects related to HAZID, HAZOP, SIL and PHA for oil & gas production facilities.

• Experienced in engineering design, review, installation and commissioning for Fire & Gas Protection Systems.

• Experienced in designing and improving related to electrical, control and instrumentation aspects to build upstream oil & gas production facilities and existing

• Experienced in troubleshooting electrical equipment, instrumentation and control systems for upstream oil & gas production facilities

Project Supervisor

A. General Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university

• Minimum 10 years of experience in oil & gas projects

• Willing to work in the office and take periodic business trip to visit the contractor warehouse and project site

• Pro-active, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills

• Having high safety behavior awareness and initiative

• Good teamwork

• Willing to work on project basis (6 – 8 months period)

B. Technical Qualification:

• Experienced in project development, both green field and brown field for upstream oil & gas production facilities.

• Capable to make project schedule including S-curve using MS Project and/or Primavera

• Experienced as a Project Controller, including but not limited to Project Scheduler, Cost Controller, etc.

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Project Construction Coordinator

• Experienced in running projects according to project management rules (having project management certification is an added point)

• Experienced in leading the execution of EPC projects and coordinating with multi contractors.

• Experienced in engineering designs, such as but not limited to equipment foundations, road paving, lifting plans, etc.

Senior Facility Engineer

A. General Qualification:

• Graduates of S1 Chemical Engineering or S1 Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university

• Minimum 10 years of experience in process engineering and mechanical & piping systems in the oil & gas industry.

• Willing to work in the office and take periodic business trip to visit the contractor warehouse and project site

• Pro active, self-initiative, good interpersonal skills

• Having high safety behavior awareness and initiative

• Good teamwork

• Willing to work on project basis (6 – 8 months period)

B. Technical Qualification:

• Experienced in project development, both green field and brown field for upstream oil & gas production facilities.

• Experience in working on Pre FEED, FEED for upstream oil & gas production facilities, specifically but not limited to process engineering, mechanical engineering & piping systems.

• Familiar with dan capable to make engineering diagrams, specifications and datasheets, such as but not limited to PFD, P&ID, SAFE Chart, HMB, GA Diagram, Process Specification, Process Datasheet, Mechanical Diagram, Mechanical Specification, Mechanical Datasheet, etc.

• Experienced in Construction, Installation, Commissioning and Start Up for oil & gas production facilities.

• Experienced in using international engineering code standards, such as but not limited to API, ASME, NFPA, DNV, etc.

• Experienced in using simulation software, such as but not limited to Hysys, Pipesim, CESAR, Flaresim, etc.

• Experienced in Commissioning, Start Up and Operation Procedures for upstream oil & gas production facilities.

• Experienced in reviewing and making / following up engineering aspects related to HAZID, HAZOP, SIL and PHA for oil & gas production facilities.

• Experienced in designing and improving related to process, mechanical & piping engineering aspects of upstream oil & gas production facilities, such as but not limited to debottlenecking processes, etc.

• Experienced in gas compressors and gas dehydration unit operation & maintenance 

Legal Superintendent

• Holds a Law degree from a reputable university, a Master degree is preferable.

• 10 years of experience working as a legal in oil and gas company.

• Excellent understanding on corporate law, understanding in any government regulation related to oil and gas industry.

• Highly experienced in corporate action matters.

• Experienced in various range of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents; control and manage the regulatory affair related with company certificates and legal documents.

• Experienced upon reporting to Board of Directors, and handling subordinates.

• Ability to navigate through regulatory barriers and strategize to find a solution to overcome such barriers.

• Has deep knowledge of legal aspects and contract drafting with excellent communication, negotiation, networking, management, and critical thinking skills.

• Self-motivated, with an ability to work under pressure and to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic corporate environment.

• Having good relationship with SKK Migas, ESDM and any other party related to oil and gas industry

• Excellent in Microsoft Office and presentation skill

• Fluent in English, both oral and writing

HSE Coordinator

• Male, maximum age 45 years old with physically and mentally health.

• 10 years of experience working as HSE in Oil & gas Industry .

• Have K3 Migas Certificate with Supervisor Level and other Supporting Certificate (CSMS, HSE Auditor, Accident Investigation, etc).

• Familiar and have strong knowledge on government regulation or policy related to HSE.

• Able to handle the Emergency Situation.

• Experienced in proceeding permit related to HSE (Environmental /Persetujuan Lingkungan UKL-UPL/Amdal, IPAL, Explosive, Hazardous Waste Storage / Rintek TPS LB3)

• Experienced in CSMS evaluation for tender process based on PTK 005

• Able to create and develop HSE Management System including JSA, RCA and SOP especially for Lifting Gear Procedure.

• Able to create and maintain the HSE Organization for the company.

• Experienced in UKL-UPL Monitoring to Government .and prepare PROPER.

• Able to prepare Oil Spill Contingency Plan (OSCP) to get approval from Ditjen Migas.

• Able to deliver, audit and carry out the planning, work supervision related HSE in the project or Company’s operation activities.

• Able to conduct the HSE training for workers and also form the Oil Spill Combat Team, Fire Fighting and First Aider

• Experience in preparing the Work Program and Budget (WP&B) to be submitted and approved by SKK Migas.

• Experienced in preparing the routine / monthly report to Ditjen Migas and SKK Migas

• Fluent in English, both oral and writing

• Excellent in Microsoft Office and presentation skill
