1. HSE Superintendent

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering graduate with minimum 10-years of experience in managing Oil and Gas Operations and Maintenance and 10-years in HSE position. The candidate should have broad hands-on experienced on technical operation both production & maintenance as a back ground and having very solid/strong understanding HSE regulation/compliance/program and its implementation.

Work Location: Sorong, Papua Barat (Rotation)

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in managing operations and maintenance activities.

• Hands-on experience in supervising the implementation of HSE policy, program, and best practices at Oil and Gas Field Operations.

• In-depth knowledge of HSE management system, best practices, HSE Risk Assessment, Waste Management, Safety Audit and Inspection, and updated GOI regulation.

• Hands-on experience in conducting environmental study and environmental permitting process of AMDAL and UKL/UPL.

• Hands-on experience in conducting PROPER assessment and implementation.

• Strong leadership skill.

• Advance project management skill.

• Advance technical problem solving skill.

• Advance data analysis skill.

• Advance communication and coordination skill.

• Good computer skills (MS Office and other applied Drilling Operation System).

• English literate.

2. Drilling & Well Intervention Superintendent

Minimum Bachelor (S1) Degree in Engineering graduate with minimum 15-years of experience in oil and gas drilling, workover, well service, and exploration environment. Minimum 5-years of experience in leadership position for Drilling, Workover, and Well Service Operations.

Work Location: Jakarta Based

Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience in applying drilling engineering standards and procedures in onshore & offshore Drilling, Workover, Well Service planning and operations.

• Hands-on experiences in identification and problem solving of drilling operational problems: loss circulation, stuck pipe, wellbore instability, stick & slip, low ROP, etc.

• Hands-on experience in managing third party contractors and performance improvement

• Has valid drilling certifications.

• Advance knowledge of applicable upstream oil & gas standard, business process, and HSE practices.

• Strong leadership skill and has good integrity

• Advance project management skill.

• Advance technical problem solving skill.

• Advance data analysis skill.

• Advance planning, communication and coordination skill.

• Good computer skills (MS Office and other applied Drilling Operation System).

• Proficient in English.
