Currently we are sourcing the following.

INVENTORY BUYER (Reference Number : 3005)

(Included in Purchase Order (“PO”) expediting and formalities services)

Key Job Functions:

To prepare, coordinate and perform the procurement process starting from preparation, vendor and contracting process in ORACLE for material inventory in compliance with the applicable regulations and company procedures, in such a way that the required materials and services are timely available under optimal price conditions.

To work closely with operations and warehouse to set up and lead procurement process to ensure parts and materials are bought at the most competitive price and delivered in timely manner.

• To perform procurement preparation process (compliance to PTK 007, HSSE and Company’s Policy, robust procurement strategy, complete RFQ/bid documents, timeliness of the process);

• To perform bidding process (compliance to PTK 007 and Company’s Policy, cost savings by doing negotiation, timeliness of the process);

• To perform agreement preparation process (Accuracy and robustness of the Contract, Compliance, submit to Oracle, timeliness of the process);

• To perform agreement administration and execution process (on time delivery, timeliness of the process, routing document for approval, filling and documentation all procurement process record);

• Liaise and give solution for any dispute regarding agreement between user and vendor;

• Expedite delivery and monitor vendor performance;

• Conduct market research as necessary to obtain best potential vendor and budgetary proposal in order to gain best engineering estimate/owner estimate (EE/OE);

• Prepare required importation document to be submitted to SKK Migas, Migas, and Customs. And also assisting Company related with the administration work;

• Implement HSE policies and programs in all activities of work area.

Required Qualifications:

• S1 Bachelor degree or equivalent graduate with 2 (two) years’ experience in oil & gas industry specifically for buyer/procurement

• Certified in PTK 007 SKK Migas or equivalent and also in ORACLE is advantage

• Adequate communication skill in verbal and written and also have good negotiation skill

• Adequate Indonesian and English communication skill in verbal and written.
