JOB LOCATION : PANGKALAN KERINCI CITY & FUTONG SEAPORT – RIAU (PROJECT)

General Requirement:

• Willing to relocate to Pangkalan Kerinci & Futong Seaport, Riau or other related location (with NO roster/on-off schedule)

• Have experience in Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Company

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Mandarin proficiency is a plus point

• Able to work under pressure

• Have strong Integrity, Ownership, & Commitment.

1. JOB POSITION : PROJECT HEAD

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or other related Engineering background.

• Min 15 years of experience in managing min. US $300M Petrochemical Project, leading in all project phases i.e Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) as the same position.

• Experience and familiar in some areas, such as Power Plant/CA/VCM/PVC/O2/ETP/WTP or Chemical Industry Manufacturing Management

• Capability in developing and managing budget, schedule, resources until project completion.

• Able to deal with various vendors both technical & managerial

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Have a thorough understanding of safety risk and mitigation strategies

2. JOB POSITION : PROJECT MANAGER - CHLOR ALKALI (CA) AREA

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.

• Min 10 years (specific experience), in Petrochemical Project including in all project phases i.e Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) as the same position.

• Experience and familiar in Chlor Alkali (CA) Area or Chemical Industry Manufacturing Management.

• Capability in developing and managing budget, schedule, resources until project completion.

• Able to deal with various vendors both technical & managerial

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Fluent in Mandarin is preferable

• Have a thorough understanding of safety risk and mitigation strategies

3. JOB POSITION : PROJECT MANAGER – VINYL CHLORIDE MONOMER (VCM) & POLYVINYL CHLORIDE (PVC) AREA

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.

• Min 10 years (specific experience), in Petrochemical Project including in all project phases i.e Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) as the same position.

• Experience and familiar in Vinyl Chloride (VCM) & Polyvinyl Chloride (PVC) Area or Chemical Industry manufacturing management.

• Capability in developing and managing budget, schedule, resources until project completion.

• Able to deal with various vendors both technical & managerial.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Fluent in Mandarin is preferable.

• Have a thorough understanding of safety risk and mitigation strategies.

4. JOB POSITION : CIVIL CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / AREA COORDINATOR

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Have minimum 15 years working experience especially in Civil Construction Work, Supporting (Scheduling, Material, Procurement, Precast, & Batching Plant) & Land Development.

• Having experience with Industrial Building, Chemical Plant, & Structure.

• Capable on managing manpower.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

5. JOB POSITION : SENIOR PIPING MATERIAL ENGINEER

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering background

• with at least 5-7 years experience in the capacity of Piping Material and Specification Engineer in 3D detailed engineering environment.

• Must be fully knowledgeable about National & International codes and standards for this discipline.

• Knowledge of Pipeline design codes ASME B31.4 & B31.8 would be added advantage.

• Good reporting skills

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

6. JOB POSITION : SENIOR CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor degree of Civil Engineering.

• Have minimum 8 years of experience in Civil Design Engineer at EPC Project or Industrial Project.

• Capable and have experience in designing civil / structural works (steel & concrete) and able to review drawing.

• Familiar with STAAD Pro.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

7. JOB POSITION : COST CONTROL MANAGER / SENIOR COST CONTROL

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering background.

• Have 10 – 20 years of experience.

• Experience as a Cost Controller at EPC company.

• Have a good presentation skill.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Good analytical and planning skills.

8. JOB POSITION : PROJECT PLANNING & SCHEDULING

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering background.

• Having experience more than 5 years in related field.

• Having Project Management skills.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Having experience in EPC Company.

9. JOB POSITION : PROJECT PROCUREMENT BUYER

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor degree in Engineering background (Civil/Mechanical/Chemical).

• Has min. 5 years experience as project buyer in EPC / EPS project, especially in civil & mechanical materials.

• Good communication using English & Mandarin will be a plus point.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

10. JOB POSITION : PROJECT HVAC ENGINEER

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate from Mechanical Engineering / HVAC

• Willing to work in Pangkalan Kerinci - Riau with no roster (on/off schedule)

• Have around 5 -15 years experience as HVAC Engineer (Project)

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken
