21. Senior Counsel Contracts
JOB ROLES
• Support Chief Counsel Contracts and provide high level legal support to all relevant Departments and Teams with respect to procurement and other contracts, including confidentiality agreements, service contracts, survey contracts, supply contracts, drilling contracts, lease agreements, FEED, EPCI and O&M contracts and other relevant oil & gas industry contracts ("Contracts");
• Draft and review Contracts to ensure that all Contracts are (i) in compliance with (a) all applicable laws, regulations and guidelines including PTK-007 (as revised), (b) INPEX policies, guidelines and procedures and (c) the highest professional standards, (ii) reflect the commercial agreement between the parties and (iii) adequately protect INPEX’s interests from a legal and risk perspective;
• Prepare and maintain standard model Contracts as applicable;
• Provide legal support to internal stakeholders with respect to Contract implementation, including queries on potential disputes, complaints or referrals to the relevant Regulator; and responding to external parties with respect to the same;
• Representation on the INPEX Procurement and Tender Committees;
• Assist in managing the engagement of external legal advisors, including assessing the performance of external legal advisors, managing budget and controlling expenditure;
• Provide regular and ad hoc updates to Chief Counsel Contracts and Sr. Manager Legal on ongoing matters.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Law. Masters or other advanced post-graduate degree in Law preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of legal experience with 8 years of legal experience in the oil and gas industry and with experience on Contract drafting and advice.
• International experience/background preferred.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, with a strong ability to draft legal documents in English.
22. Senior Specialist Gas Marketing
JOB ROLES
• Conduct pricing model analysis based on oil & gas supply and demand, oil & gas consumption level, fluctuation of oil & gas price, economic, business, industry and politics climate etc.; Develop and recommend strategy for oil & gas bidding process and contractual documentation; in order to ensure all gas and crude oil marketing planning based on comprehensive analysis and comply with the prevailing rules and regulations, Company policy and procedures, and agreement with customer(s);
• Analyze international and domestic gas and crude oil market data and potential customers’ characteristics; Monitor INPEX Indonesia sales and marketing target; Conduct and monitor customers sourcing process and recommend the customers; Prepare and update contract during negotiation of crude oil and gas sales and/or lifting; review and analyze risk management on gas and crude oil sales and marketing process in order to generate gas and crude oil sales opportunities, ensure crude oil sales and marketing achieve the target, and reduce/minimize unpredictable risks on crude oil sales and marketing;
• Review, prepare and recommend gas and crude oil contracts, Review and evaluate sales contract effectiveness, commercial aspects, contract negotiation and administration; Analyze and recommend contract strategies and strategy in handling contract dispute to ensure all parties involved in gas and crude oil sales implement sales contract properly, and developed sales contract protect Company interests and adaptable to changing market conditions;
• Monitor and review gas and crude oil sales contract implementation, in assuring the delivery of crude oil as per sales contract, Analyze and recommend resolving issues related to the delivery, invoicing and/or collection of revenue; in order to ensure optimization of gas and crude oil sales, all Parties involved in crude oil sales and marketing implement the agreed contract and reduce/minimize dispute of sales-contract implementation.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor in Marketing, Finance, Law, Economics or related discipline, including technical science and engineering.

23. Marketing Manager
JOB ROLES
• Manage and coordinate all activities of setting up pricing models, bidding models and contractual documentation standards related to marketing and sales for crude oil and gas including planning, review and negotiate in order to ensure all gas and crude oil marketing planning and execution are implemented in effective and efficient way, and all gas and crude oil sales transaction comply with the prevailing rules and regulations, Company policy and procedures, and agreement with customer(s);
• Lead, manage, and coordinate process of analyzing international and domestic gas and crude oil market data; Coordinate, monitor and review customers sourcing process and recommend the customers; Negotiate and recommend finalization of crude oil and gas sales and/or lifting contracts; review and monitor risk management on gas and crude oil sales and marketing process in order to generate gas and crude oil sales opportunities, ensure crude oil sales and marketing achieve the target, and reduce/minimize unpredictable risks on crude oil sales and marketing;
• Manage and coordinate gas and crude oil contracts, Review and evaluate sales contract effectiveness, commercial aspects, contract negotiation and administration; Manage, coordinate, analyze and recommend contract strategies; Recommend strategy in handling contract dispute (including consideration of interrupt contract, temporary break of supply, reconnection to supply, and permanent break/terminate supply and/or renew contract) in order to ensure all parties involved in gas and crude oil sales implement sales contract properly, and developed sales contract protect Company interests and adaptable to changing market conditions;
• Manage, monitor and coordinate gas and crude oil sales contract implementation, in assuring the delivery of crude oil as per sales contract, in resolving issues related to the delivery, invoicing and/or collection of revenue; in order to ensure optimization of gas and crude oil sales, all Parties involved in crude oil sales and marketing implement the agreed contract and reduce/minimize dispute of sale-contract implementation;
• Manage the long term Gas & Oil Commercial team in the structuring of budget/expenditure.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor in Marketing, Finance, Law, Economics or related discipline, including technical science and engineering. Tertiary degree in any major is preferred.

24. Senior Specialist Marketing

25. Manager Gas & Oil Planning
JOB ROLES
• Develop strategy and plan for operations planning and supply chain optimization; Control and monitor implementation of sales contracts and transport schedule to ensure gas and crude oil operation and supply chain optimization is properly handled effectively and efficiently;
• Manage and evaluate current domestic and international gas & oil market condition consisting of gas and crude oil supply and demand, fluctuation of gas and crude oil price standards determined by international body, economic, business, industry and politics climate as well as their impact to gas and crude oil sales and marketing;
• Lead team to identify any issues, updates and maintain integrated operations planning, lifting/shipping programming and detailed schedule; Lead team to develop planning task, duration, logic and proactively engages with related departments in order to resolve any issues in operations planning, lifting/shipping programming and schedule;
• Plan and direct gas and crude oil (including LNG/ Gas/ Condensate) sales and transportation contract development process and implementation; Advise and recommend related to contract regarding to the delivery, invoicing and/or collection of revenue; Monitor and review sales and transportation contract implementation; Lead and manage team to reduce/minimize dispute of contract implementation in order to ensure optimization of sales and transportation contract;
• Manage the Gas & Oil Planning / Transportation team in structuring budget/expenditure and providing long term strategy.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor in Engineering/ Technical Science, Marketing, Finance, Law, Economics or any related disciplines. Tertiary degree in any major is preferred.
• A minimum of 15 years work experiences.
26. Specialist Drilling HSE
JOB ROLES
• Record, review and analyze Drilling HSSE Management System implementation at INPEX Indonesia (includes policies, strategies and objectives); Review and recommend HSS Management System improvement based on implementation in INPEX Indonesia with regarding international standard and Indonesia rules, regulation and guidelines and HSS Management best practices to availability HSSE management system in INPEX Indonesia drilling activities that clearly articulates the INPEX Indonesia HSS expectations and covers all levels of operational practices;
• Conduct, assist and review HSSE socialization and communication program in Drilling department & project as well as for Drilling Contractors; Prepare and coordinate socialization and communication program schedule and content; Review, evaluate and report socialization and communication program and method to ensure HSSE communication programs in Drilling department & project achieve the target;
• Coordinate, implement and monitor HSSE training programs in Drilling department & project; Coordinate with Drilling contractors for Drilling HSSE training program; Review, analyze and recommend Drilling HSSE training syllabus based on INPEX Indonesia activities, rules & regulation and best practices to improve the Drilling HSSE Management System awareness and competencies for Drilling and related personnel;
• Assist the assurance processes and risk assessment for Drilling project and activities at INPEX Indonesia; Assist and monitor Drilling HSSE audit process based on audit standards, procedures and programs and INPEX Indonesia HSSE Management System requirements; Prepare and recommend assurance processes report and Drilling HSSE Audit report to ensure HSSE Management system being implemented in Drilling project and activities INPEX Indonesia according to policies, strategies and objectives;
• Assist and monitor HSSE incident report in Drilling project and activities according to standards, procedures and tools; Prepare HSSE Incident report coordinate with related Department leader including related Drilling contractors in reporting incidents to INPEX Indonesia Management and/or Government Offices; Participate in inspection and investigation process to ensure HSSE incident report based on INPEX Indonesia guidelines and HSSE international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations;
• Conduct Drilling HSSE Management System documentation and related documents; Analyze and recommend Drilling HSSE Management System documentation; Maintain and monitor Drilling HSSE key performance indicators; Prepare Drilling HSSE regular and incidental report for management review to comply with INPEX Indonesia guidelines and HSSE international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Science, Engineering, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry
• A minimum of 6 years in drilling industry
27. Manager H&S Management System
JOB ROLES
• Manage the process of developing INPEX Indonesia H&S Management System that includes policies, strategies, and objectives that compatible with international standard and Indonesia rules, regulation and guidelines. Establish H&S Management plans and programs, including best practices to ensure application and implementation of H&S policies, strategies and objectives in INPEX Indonesia that clearly articulates the INPEX Indonesia H&S expectations and covers all levels of operational practices;
• Manage the process of developing, implementing, reviewing, revising and improving H&S Management System socialization and communication programs including all related H&S activities; to ensure H&S communication programs achieve the target in enhancing H&S awareness in INPEX Indonesia and relevant external parties;
• Manage the process of developing, implementing, reviewing, revising and improving H&S Management System training programs to improve the H&S Management System awareness and competencies of all INPEX employees;
• Manage the assurance processes for INPEX Indonesia operations including risk assessment; Lead and manage H&S audit process by developing and maintaining H&S audit standards, procedures and programs and INPEX Indonesia H&S Management System requirements through working with all operating units from the early phase of the operational plan and to provide feedback for improvements to all operating units;
• Develop, manage, maintain and review H&S incident reporting standards, procedures and tools; Assist and coordinate with other Department leader in reporting incidents to INPEX Indonesia Management and/or Government Offices; Coordinate and monitor assigned team to inspect and investigate the occurrence and analyze/find out the root causes to ensure H&S incident report based on INPEX Indonesia guidelines and H&S international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations;
• Develop, review, revise and improve INPEX Indonesia H&S Management System documentation and related documents; Develop, maintain and monitor H&S key performance indicators, Coordinate H&S reporting and management review regularly to comply with INPEX Indonesia guidelines and H&S international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Science or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry.

28. Senior Specialist HSSE Management System
JOB ROLES
• Develop, revise, and update INPEX Indonesia HSSE Management System document that includes policies, strategies and objectives; Review and recommend HSSE Management System improvement based on implementation in INPEX Indonesia with regarding international standard and Indonesia rules, regulation and guidelines and HSSE Management best practices to availability management system that is in line with company activities, clearly articulates the INPEX Indonesia HSSE expectations and covers all levels of operational practices;

29. Head Security & Emergency Response
JOB ROLES
• Lead and manage the process of developing INPEX Indonesia Security and Emergency Response policies, strategies and objectives in accordance to Indonesia oil & gas industry practice, local and THQ guideline; Monitor and review updated and or new related laws and regulations; Recommend policies, strategies and objectives adjustment/improvement INPEX Indonesia Security and Emergency Response Management System to ensure all documents clearly articulates the INPEX Indonesia security and emergency response expectations and covers all levels of operational practices and to ensure availability of security guidance in INPEX Indonesia;
• Coordinate, monitor and review implementation of security planning and strategy in INPEX Indonesia facilities, relevant operating units, company designated area, company event, VIP guest and employees; Manage security performances that conducted by external parties to ensure secure condition in INPEX Indonesia and security services are implemented in all INPEX Indonesia area in line with Company policy and procedures, and meet INPEX Indonesia quality standard;
• Coordinate, monitor and review company Emergency Response team; Collaborate and coordination with related external party to response the emergency at the office, project area and/or emergency situationat company asset locations; Review and recommend to Emergency Response guidelines, standard procedures and policy updating to ensure safety, optimum protection for company assets and employees;
• Manage and provide direction and strategy in gathering security and emergency situation data and information through various sources; Review analyze and recommend security and emergency status to ensure availability of early warning system for security and emergency condition in all INPEX Indonesia operations area;
• Coordinate in developing security socialization program and training material to all INPEX employees and relevant contractors; Monitor socialization process and its accomplishment, security awareness indicator and its implementation, and review feedback and proposed improvement on security programs to ensure security awareness improvement and implementation for all INPEX Indonesia personnel and related contractors;
• Monitor and review security and emergency response management system audit program, incidents investigation and assurance processes (including risk assessment) in INPEX Indonesia:, Coordinate further audit, inspection and investigation with government related authorities (police, army, navy, air force, SAR, fire dept., etc.) on emergency response and violation identification; Review and report audit process and incidents root causes; Coordinate in preparing report to INPEX Indonesia Management and related parties to ensure security and emergency response case handling in line with international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations and INPEX Indonesia requirements and ensure all security risks are controlled to levels of ALARP;
• Manage the process of planning, providing, maintaining, reviewing, and improving security services for INPEX Indonesia facilities and relevant operating units, including security service providers and security infrastructure; Monitor, analyze and recommend security system and technology need in INPEX Indonesia area and their mprovement based on Company business strategy and plan, to ensure implemented security system and technology meet Company quality standards.

• Bachelor degree in Social Science, Science, Engineering, or studies related to Oil and Gas Industry.

30. Senior Specialist Environment
JOB ROLES
• Develop, conduct and monitor AMDAL and Environmental Management System implementation in INPEX Indonesia area; Overcome and documented operational challenge that arise during system implementation to ensure implementation of AMDAL and Environmental policy, strategy and objectives in INPEX Indonesia that clearly articulates the INPEX Indonesia expectations and covers all levels of operational practices;
• Review and recommend AMDAL and Environmental Management System improvement that includes policies and objectives for INPEX Indonesia operating units, Conduct and evaluate AMDAL and Environmental Management System socialization and communication programs including all related HSSE activities to support HSSE communication programs achieve the target in enhancing HSSE awareness in INPEX Indonesia and relevant external parties;
• Coordinate implementation of AMDAL and Environmental Management System training programs; Review, evaluate and recommend Environmental training program improvement and adjustment; to align and support the HSSE Management System awareness and competencies of all INPEX employees;
• Coordinate, monitor and review the AMDAL and Environmental assurance processes for INPEX Indonesia operations including risk assessment; Assist, monitor and report AMDAL and Environmental audit process; Recommend system and or policy improvement to comply with AMDAL and Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations and INPEX Indonesia Environmental requirements and to provide feedback for improvements to all operating units;
• Assist and coordinate inspection and investigation occurrence with other Department; Prepare and review Environmental incident investigation report to INPEX Indonesia Management and/or Government Offices; Analyze and evaluate the root causes to ensure Environmental incident investigation report based on INPEX Indonesia guidelines and Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations;
• Coordinate, review, revise and improve INPEX Indonesia AMDAL and Environmental Management System documentation and related documents; Monitor AMDAL and Environmental key performance indicators, Coordinate AMDAL and Environmental reporting and management review regularly to comply with INPEX Indonesia guidelines and Environmental international standards, Indonesian laws and regulations.
