PT SELE RAYA BELIDA as one of the Production Sharing Contract (PSC/KKKS) and operate oil and gas block at Belida Block in South Sumatera is hiring:

HR GENERALIST

A. General Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field such as HR Management, Psychology or Management from a reputable university

• Having ± 7 years of experience in HR Field

• Good communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal

• Can speak English, both spoken and written

• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and managers

• Ability to organize and manage employee related information

• Good teamwork

• Have a flexible attitude

B. Specific Qualification:

• Have a minimum of 5 years work experience in the oil & gas sector

• Have understanding and knowledge of applicable laws and regulations on employment

• Have experience in handling daily HR duties, database and administration

• Have experience in employee hiring process

• Have experience in employee training process

• Have experience in preparing RPTK, Company Regulation and Work Program and Budget

• Have understanding and knowledge of BPJS regulations

• Have certificates and training in the HR field (preferable)
