41. Senior Engineer System Engineering

JOB ROLES

• Responsible for the overall Systems Engineering. Contribute and assure the basis of design, functional design and execution specification and multiple FEED deliverables. Responsible for ensuring sufficient quality of deliverables are achieved to pass project assurance events at the end of FEED and ahead of Final Investment Decision for the project.

• Provide sufficient depth of analysis of functional requirements and associated impact on an optimized scope. Review and responsible for subsea process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation, subsea connector selection, sparing logic and application of redundancy across the system as well as preservation, storage (wet park) and maintenance decisions. Responsible for leak detection and annulus management requirements and scope solutions analysis.

• Responsible for Subsurface, Wells, Flow Assurance, FPSO, and Export Pipeline. Analyze Subsurface and Flow Assurance advancements technically during FEED with attention to change management. Perform as an active leader in SURF contractors and suppliers HSSE and risk events.

QUALIFICATIONS

•  Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.

•  A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas Exploration and Production industry including Project Delivery with minimum of 5 years’ experience in Subsea Engineering. Experience in Subsea Project execution of EPCI and achieving start-up and first production is preferable.

 

42. Senior Engineer Project Assurance

JOB ROLES

• Apply and monitor project quality assurance management systems. Provide expertise on develop project quality assurance process and system for INPEX Indonesia project; Monitor and review project quality assurance management system applied/adopted by Company and required Standard, as well as its method such as quality manual, policy and procedures, documentation system, standards, forms, checklists, etc.; Review, develop and propose the control system if necessary and/or its revision/ improvement to ensure that projects are carried out in accordance with predetermined standards and quality.

• Assist, support and monitor project assurance implementation, Review, analyze and evaluate implementation of project assurance for all project phases including required documents according to the standards; Monitor any arisen issues and/or problems on the quality management system implementation, and provide recommendations and solution to solve the problem in order to ensure process assurance requirements in the quality standards are achieved.

• Coordinate and monitor internal and external auditing, assurance and peer review activities of quality and design within a project; Analyze and evaluate report and establish recommendation for improvement or changes; to ensure project implementation comply with manual, policy and procedures.

• Develop and recommend quality requirement for tender/purchase order based on criticality and established specifications, codes and standards. Monitor and review non-conformance quality process assurance system activities based on user information and inspection results; Review and analysis the reality of any deviations and prepare claim settlement to the respective contractors to ensure any deviations of quality are applied with proper corrective action according to the production system project quality standards.

• Review, analyze and monitor system QA/QC risk management and in coordination with related Departments and Groups develop and propose risk assessment method based on technical standards (DEP); Prepare risk assessment QA/QC process that conducted internal or by Contractors/Vendors in order to ensure availability of reliable  risk assessment method and  support detailed interface and integration technical preparation.

• Improve quality throughout the engineering, procurement, construction, installation or commissioning phases of a project and define a quality requirements for contractors are, vendor inspection services; Review and monitor the Contractor’s works in project assurance and review all potential risk with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; set up communication of process assurance status in order to ensure process assurance achieve the target and minimize/mitigate unpredictable risk for overall  project.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.

•  Minimum 10 years experiences in oil and gas Industry. Project Assurance Experience is required.

 

43. Head Interface Management

JOB ROLES

• Manage and coordinate the team to develop interface strategy, interface management plan, interface management procedure, and development of the supporting tools and systems. Define responsibilities for related Department as well as Contractors; Develop procedures related to interface management (including interfaces between contractors) to ensure interface management process can be optimized based on common engineering practice, HSSE and company target and minimize conflicts between all parties involved.

• Identify, analyze and define the interfaces required with different department and between contracts; Evaluate and define interface management process that being handled by Contractors; Monitor interface management plan implementation with identifying interfaces between related department and contractor; Coordinate and monitor communication between related Department and/or Contractor to ensure the implementation of interface management activities in accordance with the needs of related departments and using relevant tools and resources.

• Monitor and review project scope of work and execution plan for completeness and connectedness; Coordinate, monitor and review the process of interface management from the conceptual development stage through implementation and final construction/handing over to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget.

• Manage and Organize interfaces between INPEX Project Team and Contractors.  Provide relevant expertise within the Project in the area of the Management and, coordination across the various teams for the Project. Monitor and maintain interface register and track interface issue being close properly in order to ensure that project phases are carried out according to plan and problems can be handled appropriately.

• Review and evaluate technical documents for interface management within contracts; Assist procurement process for interface management contract; Provide technical answer to queries from contractors; Review and evaluate contractors technical specification; Represent as company representative when contractors need technical consult related to interface matters; Prepare and define contractor performance standard and monitor contractor performance  to ensure contractors performs all interface activities in accordance with its obligations under the contract and contractor deliver on time based on contracts and project schedule.

• Monitor and evaluate risk assessment and process optimization to ensure best practice: Review and update risk assessment in interface management project; Manage any change occurrence in interface management project, implementation of MOC policy and procedures, relevant documentations, and  records as tracking system; monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks to ensure interface management of each arisen change is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact to overall project schedule and cost.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.

• A minimum of 13 years’ experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Facilities.

 

44. Senior Geophysicist Development

JOB ROLES

• Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of setting up subsurface data acquisition strategy and planning.

• Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of geophysical work such as data acquisition, processing, interpretation and related analyses.

• Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of compiling results of geophysical studies and analyses in order to optimize the field development plan.

• Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of supporting well proposal:

• Provision of inputs (geophysics field study, geological modeling and surveillance data) to support well location choice.

• Preparation of well proposal and completion requirements.

• Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of subsurface geophysical data management.

• Cooperate with other professionals in the Geophysics department in establishing specifications for the tender process and/or vendor selections.

• Cooperate with other professionals in the Geophysics department in supporting geophysics-related FEED survey.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in science and/or engineering related to subsurface studies and management.

• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry.          

• Oil and gas geophysics experiences are required.

 

45. Senior Engineer Reservoir Engineering

JOB ROLES

• Provide advanced professional expertise in the processes of establishing reservoir models. 

• Support the formulation of reservoir surveillance and monitoring plans to enhance the reservoir characterization and the quality of reservoir models.

• Provide advanced professional reservoir engineering expertise in helping to establish Masela field development strategy and plans from subsurface point of view.

• In coordination with other professionals from the Geology and Petroleum Engineering teams in recommending placement of wells and other production enhancement activities.

• Provide advanced professional expertise in managing and upgrading reservoir engineering software. In coordination with subsurface Data Management team, manage the process of reservoir engineering database.

• Provide advanced expertise for coordination, preparation and presentation for the meeting in association with Joint Venture's and government organization's relation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in science and/or engineering related to subsurface studies.

• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry.     

• Oil and gas reservoir engineering and dynamic simulation experiences are required.

 

46. Senior Engineer Petroleum Engineering

JOB ROLES

• Provide high level expertise in all activities related to well development.

• Provide high level expertise and work with other professionals in the Subsurface department for the development of reservoir monitoring and surveillance plan for Masela Asset.

• Provide high level expertise and conduct related activities in assuring technical integrity of all wells.

• Support the drilling department with high level petroleum engineering expertise in defining well completion requirements including subsurface data gathering.

• Provide expertise support in solving interface issues with drilling /SURF/facilities for basis of design determination.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in science and/or engineering related to subsurface studies or other engineering.

• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry.      

• Oil and gas petroleum engineering experiences are required.

 

47. Senior Geotechnical Onshore/ Offshore Survey Scope Engineer

JOB ROLES

• Develop detailed scope for Geotechnical Engineering and Survey; Provide recommendation of Geotechnical Engineering plan and develop detailed Geotechnical Engineering and Design, and target according to FEED phase as guidelines; Propose project schedule interface and integration to other Groups and Departments to ensure availability project scope of work and target align with overall project schedule. Note: Much of the work will be based in the field, either onshore or on the offshore survey vessel.

• Compile and prepare work program and budget based Geotechnical Engineering plan and scope of work for annual project budget and authorization for expenditure (AFE);  Prepare justification and explanation regarding work program; Assist and support annual budget discussion with SKK Migas  to ensure complete and accurate survey scope of work and project schedule submission.

• Coordinate, compile and review related department regarding demand on data from Geotechnical survey activities; Review and develop detailed  Geotechnical engineering survey objectives and scope of work; Provide technical expertise and evaluation on  Geotechnical  technical aspect during tender process; Assist and support tender process to ensure that the awarded contractor can carry out the contract based on contract scope of work.

• Monitor, review and evaluate the Contractor’s works in executing geotechnical engineering with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information;  Analyze and evaluate project progress compare to scope of work and project schedule; Review Contractor’s deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor; set geotechnical engineering interface with  Drilling, and HSSE as well as geotechnical engineering interface data and development status  Prepare advice on challenge or problem during contract implementation including change in scope of work in order  to ensure survey activities carried out according to schedule, contract and meet determined quality and standards.

• Review geotechnical engineering technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed/occurred in FEED phase, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for Subsea Control meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry. Geotechnical engineering experiences are required.

 

48. Administrative Assistant (2 positions)

JOB ROLES

• Provide administrative support to ensure that overall operations are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.

• Administer overall record management, maintain confidential records and files, maintain records of decisions, arrange for payment (as in authority), research and assist preparation of motions, policies, procedures, etc.

• Administer overall division and departmental’s meetings, conduct coordination, schedule and act as liaison officer for departmental events and forums.

• Provide reception and correspondence service for all internal and/ or external communication for appointed Division.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Diploma in any discipline. Secretary graduates is preferable

• Minimum 3 years of experience

• Good in computer skills (Ms. Excel, Ms. Power Point, Ms. Word) and knowledge of relevant software

• Good English Proficiency

• Familiar with clerical and administrative procedures and systems such as filing and record keeping

• Have knowledge of principles and practices of basic office management
