Under the Production Sharing Contract arrangements with SKK MIGAS, PETRONAS Indonesia Operations is looking for the following professionals:
1. Sr Production Technologist
Responsible to carry out a reservoir engineering technical evaluation through Life-of-Field (LOF) reservoir engineering evaluation and services in a conceptual and full Field Development Plan (FDP), Full Field review (FFR), reservoir management, reserves addition, Annual Review of Petroleum Resources (ARPR), and subsurface related activities in order to monetise, achieve optimum hydrocarbon production and reserves exploitation, as well as to maximise value return and sustainable business growth in line with the company’s current and future business requirement in field appraisals, development, and production.
Requirements:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree level in Petroleum or related science subjects with minimum 8-10 years’ experience in Oil and Gas Industry.
• Strong influencing skills based on good technical basis and judgement is critical to ensure effectiveness in providing production technology inputs in Multi-disciplinary team.
• Good team players with high professionalism and integrity on the sub-surface technical evaluation/proposal is critical to ensure high quality, effective and timely decision making by the management.
2. Electrical Technician
Plan and execute preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, commissioning, inspections, breakdown maintenance and repair of Electrical equipment to support operation and maintenance of regional/ country production of oil and gas to sustain highest technical standards in safe and cost-effective manner.
Requirements:
• Technical Diploma from Polytechnic or equivalent with minimum of 5 years as Operation Technician in oil, gas, and related industry with demonstrated knowledge and skill in Electrical tasks and experience in utilizing SAP for daily maintenance task.
• Preferably domiciled in Madura, Gresik, or the nearby areas of East Java.
3. TPC Management Specialist
Oversee and meticulously monitor the manpower contract under HRM & GA Department, adeptly managing the implementation of Compensation and Benefits programs to ensure optimal cost efficiency and effectiveness, meticulously ensuring vendor compliance and performance, adeptly coordinating with third-party vendor and promptly resolving any industrial relation issues, and skilfully recruiting staff under Third Party Contract which involves salary negotiation and provide Employee onboarding.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any other related major.
• More than 4 years’ work experience in HR. Background in handling labor supply contract will be an advantage.
• Proven excellence in analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Strong ability to multi-task under tight deadlines
