Job Title  : FINANCE EXECUTIVE

Qualification  :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy.

2. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

3. Familiar with SAP system

4. Proficient with MS. Office ( Excel, Word, etc )

5. Able to understand communication in English

6. Willing to learn, proactive and self-discipline

Work Condition :

• Location based in Jakarta

• Site location in West Papua ( may require travel to site when needed )

Job Responsibilities :

1. Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate monthly management and performance reports.

2. Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities in SAP

3. Prepare closing journal, including accruals, provisions, and other necessary adjustments.

4. Support the preparation of the annual budget.

5. Responsible for monitoring and approving Purchase Requisitions, Good Receipts, and Stock Issuances in the inventory system (SQL)

6. Performing monthly stock review, SQL closing, and necessary adjustments, analyzing stock discrepancies, coordination with relevant team members to ensure accurate posting, and creating material and vendor in both SQL and SAP

7. Liaise with internal and external auditors during the annual audit process.
