We currently hold the Production Sharing Contract in onshore South Sumatera, producing oil fields and our head office located in SCBD, Jakarta. We strive to develop potential oil and gas resources into commercially profitable businesses that are implemented effectively and efficiently. Furthermore, we are looking for qualified personnel with high motivation, initiative, and integrity to fill in the following positions:

1. Junior/ Middle Geologist (Jakarta)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Analyze and integrate geological and geophysical data to comprehend subsurface formations, interpret structural features, identify potential hydrocarbon reservoirs, and evaluate their characteristics;

2. Perform geological mapping and interpret subsurface structures using available data sources such as well logs, seismic data, and core samples;

3. Undertake basic geological modeling, requiring adeptness in various exploration techniques encompassing seismic interpretation, stratigraphic analysis, fundamental structural geology principles, basic geological modeling concepts, and relevant software;

4. Provide support in wellsite operations by contributing geological insights during drilling, evaluating drill cuttings, and aiding in well log interpretation;

Requirements :

1. Holds a Bachelor's degree in the field of Geology;

2. Minimum 3 (three) Years Experience in Oil and Gas Industry.

 

2. Senior Geologist/ Geomodeller (Jakarta)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Perform an in-depth analysis of various geological and geophysical data types, such as well logs, seismic data, core samples, and production data, to recognize patterns. Subsequently, utilize this analysis to interpret the data, facilitating the creation of precise subsurface models;

2. Construct accurate 3D geological and reservoir models depicting subsurface structures and reservoir properties. This involves a comprehensive grasp of pertinent geological principles such as sedimentology, stratigraphy, structural geology, and geophysical concepts. Proficiency in utilizing industry-standard geomodeling software is integral to this process;

3. Provide support for reservoir simulation and field development planning by leveraging familiarity with reservoir engineering principles. Collaborate effectively with reservoir engineers to ensure comprehensive input into these processes.

Requirements :

1. Holds a Master's or Bachelor's degree in the field of Geology or Geophysics;

2. Minimum 10 (ten) Years Experience in Oil and Gas Industry;

3. Minimum 3 (three) Years Experience as Geomodeller.

 

3. Accounting Staff (Jakarta)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Carry out balance sheet reconciliation work for businesses;

2. Deliver Finance Group and Statutory Reporting to internal group and SKK Migas;

3. Prepare of timely monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes;

4. Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with about  3 to 5 years in the field of accounting;

2. Strong working knowledge in Accurate, MS Office  (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc);

3. Strong analytical and system thinking skills and financial knowledge;

4. Fluency in English and Bahasa;

5. Having experience in PSC and/or upstream oil and gas is a plus;

6. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple support requests simultaneously.

 

4. Legal Counsel (Jakarta).

Key Responsibilities :

1. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial contracts related to the upstream oil and gas industry and other agreements;

2. Ensure legal compliance for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activities;

3. Advising on and handling of legal disputes arising;

4. Provide legal support to other support functions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor of Laws (or equivalent) with about 5-7 years relevant working experience;

2. Have extensive experience in corporate and litigation;

3. In-depth knowledge of regulatory laws and framework in upstream oil & gas industry;

4. Excellent English language skills (verbal and writing);

5. Strong communication and presentation skills;

6. Excellent negotiating and drafting skills;

7. Certified PTK 007.

 

5. Field Public Relation & Formalities Officer (Field)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Coordinates communication with local resident around the field;

2. Actively engages in all the key processes involved in identifying, establishing, enhancing and maintaining strategic stakeholder relationships with  government;

3. Arranging work schedule, supervising and evaluating security teams in field and booster;

4. Responsible for primary security around field (include Polsek and Polres);

5. Coordinating with SKK Migas;

6. Develops and implements strategic communication plans in support of PR programs, policies and services;

7. Provide a land acquisition in Sampoerna field based on PTK;

8. Provide a permit of  Government regulation for explosive materials;

9. Support Field Manager to supervising the field operations.

Requirements :

1. Male, maximum age 40 years and preferably domicile in South Sumatra;

2. Barchelor Degree with at Least 3-5 years experience as Field Public Relation & Formalities Officer in PSC and/or upstream oil and gas industry;

3. Strong communication and Excellent negotiating skills;

4. Possesses high integrity, Quick learner, smart worker, excellent and well-proven analytical;

5. Willing to be placed at Baturaja Field with 20 days working 10 days off/15 days working 15 days off.

 

6. Field Manager (Field)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Control, manage and evaluate the field operations;

2. Ensure adherence to safety regulation;

3. Responsible for overseeing a range of day-to-day operations, including but not limited to responsible for the safety, integrity, security and environmental aspects;

4. Manage, supervise, and evaluate all employees in the field.

Requirements :

1. 7-10 Years Experience as a Field Manager in upstream oil and gas industry;

2. MS Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc. problem solving, logic, critical thinking skills;

3. Experience of developing local personnel;

 

7. Operation Manager (Jakarta)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Supervise the specialist team of drilling engineers and petroleum engineers to provide technical and engineering advice on program, procedures, and equipment/ technology required to maintain production, improve cost effectiveness, operational efficiency and safe delivery of current and proposed projects;

2. Plan or propose operation and production projects and responsible for achieving the production targets in a safe manner at the estimated expenditure;

3. Primary point of contact between corporate head office and site operations and provide regular reports to management to show performance and risk mapping;

4. Maintain good performance between operations department and support department (Finance, Legal, SCM).

Requirements :

1. 15 Years Experience in Oil and Gas Operation department;

2. At least 3 Years Experience as Operation Manager;

3. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering;

4. Has a good relationship with SKK Migas;

5. In-depth knowledge on best oil and gas field procedures and practice.

 

8.  Logistic Warehouse (Field)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Monitoring and controlling the material allocation and supply;

2. Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of inventory;

3. Applies and implements SCM (Supply Chain Management) standards, tools,and processes in a multi-business organization

Requirements :

1. Preferably domicile in South Sumatra

2. Has a experience minimum 2 (two) years in upstream oil and gas industry

 

9. Chief Engineering (Jakarta)

Key Responsibilities :

1. Analyze, interpret and optimize individual well performance. Employ various production surveillance techniques to monitor well productivity on a daily basis;

2. Collaborating with other technical professionals in determining the most efficient way to develop the well/field and advice the well service and workover program;

3. Using advanced numerical simulation techniques to forecast oil and gas production and economical calculation from both new and existing hydrocarbon fields;

4. Developing and executing data-gathering plans and using the results to develop projects to increase recovery efficiency.

Requirements :

1. 8 Years Experience in Upstream Oil and Gas Company as reservoir engineering;

2. Bachelor's Degree in Petroleum Engineering;

3. In-depth knowledge on best oil and gas field procedures and practice;

4. Has a good relationship with SKK Migas.
