PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) specialises in gold and silver exploration, mining, and processing at the Martabe Gold Mine in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra. PTAR is headquartered in Jakarta and employs over 3,000 workers as of 2024, with more than 99% being Indonesian citizens and over 70% recruited locally. The Martabe Gold Mine, located in South Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra, operates across 646.08 hectares as of December 2024. Since production began on 24 July 2012, the mine has processed over 6 million tonnes of ore annually, producing more than 200,000 ounces of gold and 1–2 million ounces of silver annually.

The Martabe Gold Mine operates under a 30-year Contract of Work (CoW) with the Indonesian Government. Initially spanning 6,560 km² in 1997, the concession area has been refined to 130,252 hectares (1,303 km²), encompassing South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli and Mandailing Natal Regencies.

As of June 2024, the mine’s mineral resources were estimated at 6.1 million ounces of gold and 59 million ounces of silver, while ore reserves were calculated at 3.2 million ounces of gold and 32 million ounces of silver.

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS (GDP - Corporate Communications)

This position will be based at the Jakarta Office within the Corporate Communications Department, with direct reporting to the Superintendent - Communications & Outreach Strategy.

The Graduate Development Program – Corporate Communications is responsible to:

• Be part of the PT Agincourt Resources corporate communications team, responsible for managing reputation, stakeholder engagement, and internal-external communications.

• Develop corporate communications skills in branding, relations with regional, provincial, and national media/journalists, and sustainability reporting.

• Play an active role in supporting the implementation of ESG practices and the company's sustainability commitments.

• Manage effective, creative, and impactful communications programs for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Internal Communications (employee engagement, internal media, corporate culture campaigns).

• External Communications (media relations, publications, stakeholder communications).

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – ENVIRONEMENT

(GDP – Environment)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Environment Department, with direct reporting to the Supervisor – Mine Rehabilitation.

The Graduate Development Program – Environment is to ensure the implementation of the environmental management system, environmental management activities comply with the AMDAL/ESIA (Environmental and Social Impact Analysis), the Internal Biodiversity Code of Practice, and other environmental regulations, including ISO 14001. Conduct biodiversity management, particularly related to mycorrhizal culture programs, bacterial cultures, tissue cultures, and other microorganisms. In general, participate in biodiversity management and monitoring programs around the PTAR concession area, including monitoring the protection and rescue of flora and fauna, monitoring and managing aquatic biota data, enriching the rehabilitation of degraded forests, and conserving and producing local trees. Prepare timely environmental management performance reports, including providing data for environmental inspections, audits, environmental assessments, or other purposes, in accordance with regulations and SOP.

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Exploration Department, with direct reporting to the Geologist - Exploration.

The Graduate Development Program – Exploration is to assist Geologists in all technical matters related to the Exploration program, under close supervision.

2. Desirable master geological software and understand GIS.

• Part of the management accounting team that prepares management financial reports (operational and financial) according to agreed deadlines (Monthly, Forecast, and Annual Reports).

• Part of the management accounting team that prepares Budgets and Forecasts according to agreed deadlines.

(GDP - Geotechnical & Survey)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Geotechnical & Survey Department, with direct reporting to the Surveyor.

The Graduate Development Program – Geotechnical & Survey is to strengthen the Survey Department’s capability in supporting mining operations, particularly in data collection, field measurement, and survey data processing. As mining activities continue to expand in both open pit and underground areas, the workload for daily survey tasks, drone mapping, and compliance reporting has significantly increased. A Graduate Surveyor will be developed to support these operational needs under the supervision of senior surveyors. This position will provide technical assistance in conducting field surveys, maintaining survey instruments, processing spatial data, and preparing survey drawings or models for mine planning and geotechnical purposes..

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Human Resources Department, with direct reporting to the Senior Supervisor Corporate Culture Management.

The Graduate Development Program – Human Resources is to:

1. Assist the Corporate Culture team in designing programs to internalize core values and the desired work culture (e.g., cultural onboarding programs, ethics awareness campaigns, and values training).

2. Responsible for facilitating and managing workshops, sharing sessions, or small training sessions aimed at translating core values into specific work behaviors (behavioral indicators).

3. Assist in developing internal communication content (articles, newsletters, internal social media, videos) that consistently articulates and celebrates the company's core values.

4. Manage and monitor internal communication channels used for culture dissemination, ensuring information is accurate, inspiring, and easy to understand.

IARA's function helps organizations achieve their objectives by implementing a systematic and structured approach to evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, control, and governance processes.

- The primary role of Risk Management is to assist management in managing strategic and operational risks through systematic analysis to identify, assess, analyze, evaluate, mitigate, and monitor risks and opportunities that could impact the achievement of the company's strategic and financial objectives. This process produces an organizational risk profile and establishes key risks/enterprise risks acceptable to management and the board of directors. Furthermore, the formal Risk Management process serves as the basis for planning and prioritizing annual internal audit activities.
