PT Agincourt Resources (PTAR) specialises in gold and silver exploration, mining, and processing at the Martabe Gold Mine in South Tapanuli, North Sumatra. PTAR is headquartered in Jakarta and employs over 3,000 workers as of 2024, with more than 99% being Indonesian citizens and over 70% recruited locally. The Martabe Gold Mine, located in South Tapanuli Regency, North Sumatra, operates across 646.08 hectares as of December 2024. Since production began on 24 July 2012, the mine has processed over 6 million tonnes of ore annually, producing more than 200,000 ounces of gold and 1–2 million ounces of silver annually.

The Martabe Gold Mine operates under a 30-year Contract of Work (CoW) with the Indonesian Government. Initially spanning 6,560 km² in 1997, the concession area has been refined to 130,252 hectares (1,303 km²), encompassing South Tapanuli, Central Tapanuli, North Tapanuli and Mandailing Natal Regencies.

As of June 2024, the mine’s mineral resources were estimated at 6.1 million ounces of gold and 59 million ounces of silver, while ore reserves were calculated at 3.2 million ounces of gold and 32 million ounces of silver.

The Martabe Gold Mine is inviting applications from qualified professionals to join Positions. This position is intended to enhance departmental capability and support the achievement of our strategic objectives.

 

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

(GDP - Training & Development)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Training & Development Department, with direct reporting to the Superintendent – ODTM / Superintendent – TDE.

The Graduate Development Program – Training & Development is responsible for implementing employee development programs, organizational development, and digitalization programs at the Martabe Gold Mine. Ensure that all activities supporting employee development programs are carried out safely and in accordance with existing work procedures, provide the best service to employees and related parties, and achieve established targets responsibly to ensure sustainable employee development. The GDP role also has the responsibility to participate in Human Capital Development programs and activities in accordance with assigned responsibilities.

Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resource Management, or Psychology

2. Minimum have 1-3 years of experience in employee training and development (company or consulting)

3. Have teaching experience.

4. Proficient in MS Office (Min. Intermediate).

5. Have organizational experience as an administrator.

6. Have participated in training on human resource development and development related to Human Capital Management.

7. Recruitment Location: Universitas Indonesia (03 & 04 November 2025) and Universitas Sumatera Utara (10 & 11 November 2025).

 

GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM – Operation TSF

(GDP - Operation TSF)

This position will be based at the Martabe Site within the Operation TSF Department, with direct reporting to the Engineer - TSF.

The Graduate Development Program – Operation TSF is to follow, learn and later be directly involved in providing support for the Engineering work process as well as being indirectly involved in operational work in the TSF Operations Department.

Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Geotechnical Engineering.

2. Desirable have experience in Civil Soil Laboratory and working in dam construction.

3. Understanding of soil mechanics, including familiarity with civil engineering laboratory testing of both soil and concrete.

4. Familiarity with field testing of concrete and soil.

5. Understanding of concrete mix design.

6. Have knowledge of dam and geotechnical instrumentation.

7. Minimum GPA of 3.00 from an accredited university.

8. Good command of English.

9. Have knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project), Plaxis, AutoCAD, Soil Investigation and Soil/Concrete Lab Test, and Slope Stability Analysis.

10. Recruitment Location: Universitas Gadjah Mada (01 & 02 November 2025) and Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember (05 & 06 November 2025).
